Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, training, human relations, work ethics and teamwork individually and collectively on the work productivity of the employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Muara Enim Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that leadership has a significant effect on the work productivity of the employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Muara Enim Regency. Training has a significant effect on work productivity. Human relations have a significant effect on work productivity. Work ethic has a significant effect on work productivity. Team work has a significant effect on work productivity. Leadership, training, human relations, work ethics and teamwork have a significant effect on the work productivity of the employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Education, Training, Personality, and Years of Service on the Competence of employees at the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City. This study uses quantitative research methods with respondents, namely employees of the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City, totaling 41 respondents. Tests in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the tools of the SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) version 26 program. The results of the research show that Education, Training, Personality, and Years of Service have proven to have a significant effect on the competence of employees at the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City, both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Work Facilities, Use of Information Technology, and Allowances together on Employee Work Motivation at the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City. This study uses quantitative research methods with respondents, namely employees of the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City, totaling 41 respondents. Tests in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the tools of the SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) version 26 program.The results of the study show that Leadership Style, Work Facilities, Use of Information Technology, and Allowances have proven to have a significant effect on Employee Work Motivation at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Pagar Alam City, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to the effect of the division of tasks, Motivation, Competence, and Work discipline on the quality of teachers at state Junior High School 1 Ujanmas Muara EnimRegency. The type of research used in this study was quantitatipe research. The data in this study used primary data by using research Collection technugues and questioonnaires. The reserch used survey methods, thereserch respondent werw 35 techers. Questionnaire instruments regarding quality of work as related variable, divison of tasaks, motivation, competence, and work discipline as independent variables an the analisys tool of tasks partially has a signicante affect on quality of work competence partially has a signicante affect on quality and work discipline paertially andf correlation has a significante affect on the quality of Juniore high school teachers in Negeri 1 Ujanmas Muara Enim District.

Abstract

The title of this research is the effect of Information Quality and Trust on Purchasing Decisions on the Lazada Marketplace. This research aims to determine the effect of Information Quality and Trust in Purchasing Decisions on the Lazada Marketplace. The study was conducted in December 2021 – February 2022. This research sample is a Lazada Marketplace consumer at the Faculty of Economics and Business Students at the Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu with the number is 150 people. The sampling technique is probability sampling. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 24 for windows. Based on the results of multiple linear regression obtained the following equation form: Y = 6,350 – 0.679 (X1) – 0.288 (X2). The results of the study and hypotheses in this study show that the Quality of Information (X1) and Trust (X2) have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions (Y) on the Lazada Marketplace in the Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu environment..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the handling of financing for non-insurance emergency patients at Muhammadiyah Bandung Hospital, to find out the problems and efforts that have been made by the hospital and the weaknesses of the efforts that have been made in handling non-insurance emergency patient financing. Researchers in this study used descriptive qualitative research method by exploring the meaning of a phenomenon that occurs by describing it through specific and scientific words and language. The results obtained in this study are in dealing with the problem of handling financing in non-insurance emergency patients, the Hospital has made efforts in accordance with procedures at Muhammadiyah Bandung Hospital. The results of this study can increase understanding and attention to financing problems in Indonesia, especially in non-insurance emergency patients. place of research, interviews with several parties involved in handling financing for non-insurance emergency patients and documenting research activities both interview activities and financing handling activities for non-insurance emergency patients

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the description of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital. The effect of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital. The effect of emotional intelligence partially on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital. Partial influence of organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital. This research includes quantitative research in the sense that in this study it uses numbers, starting from data collection to interpreting data with statistical tests. The data collection technique used was a survey method. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that emotional intelligence was in the very good category, organizational commitment was in the good category, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees was in the good category. There is a significant simultaneous influence of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees. There is a partial significant effect of emotional intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees. There is a partial significant effect of organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the simultaneous and partial effect between the work environment and work motivation on employee loyalty Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this research is the employee in Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya which amounts is 87 people and the sample is 37 respondents who is an employee of the secretariat, transportation sector, traffic sector, infrastructure facility sector, public communication information sector, informatics and coding sector and UPTD testing motorized vehicles, used purposive sampling technique. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results showed that simultaneously the work environment and work motivation has significantly affect on employee loyalty. Partially the work environment has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Partially the work motivation has a significant effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to qualitatively analyze the import procurement procedure in Company PT. DUA MALAIKAT. The research method used is a case study by collecting data from interviews with five respondents involved in the import procurement process. The results show that the import procurement process in Company PT. DUA MALAIKAT consists of several stages, namely determining needs, searching for suppliers, negotiating prices and contracts, verifying suppliers, payment and delivery, quality inspection, as well as receiving and storing goods. This study also found several challenges in the import procurement process, such as difficulties in determining the quality of imported products and issues related to international trade regulations. Therefore, Company PT. DUA MALAIKAT needs to improve import procurement management and collaborate with international trade experts to ensure an effective and efficient import procurement procedure.
