Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of M-Banking services, customer satisfaction, and location on Bank Sinarmas customer loyalty in the Millennial generation and generation Z. This study uses a quantitative approach to the census method on 172 respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach with a census method of 172 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that M-Banking services have a significant effect on customer loyalty in both generations. Meanwhile, customer satisfaction does not show a significant influence on loyalty, both in the Millennial generation and the Z generation. The location factor has a significant influence only on generation Z, while in the Millennial generation it is not significant. This indicates that there are differences in preferences between generations on factors that affect loyalty. This research provides important implications for the development of banking service strategies that are oriented towards digital needs and accessibility across generations.

Abstract

Essentially, India's shift towards modernity disrupted traditional localities, marking the onset of a broader political mobilisation among Hindu and Muslim communities. The social reform movement, which later crystallised into a pan-religious movement among Hindus and Muslims, shaped 19th-century India. Various factors have contributed to this movement. The British rule in India is one important factor that helped in triggering the movement leading to the growth of communal tension between the Muslims and Hindus. The formation of pan-Indian communities is not just a passive process; it is also perceived as a deliberate project undertaken by various people, including the different religious groups. This deliberate effort contributed to the development of a ‘perception of crisis’ that necessitated intentional actions, ultimately leading to the emergence of pan-Indian communities among the Hindus and the Muslims. The promotion of Hindi as the medium of instruction in government schools and colleges, along with cow protection and anti-Ahmadiya propaganda among Hindus, coincided with a new evolution marked by conflict between fundamentalists and revivalists among Muslims. Later, this process raises the question of the arrival of a new ideology known as ‘communalism’, with communal riots being just one of the outcomes of the propagation of this ideology. This research article will give an overview of the formation of Pan-Indian communities among Hindus and Muslims and its evolution in the 19th century.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the amount of wages and overtime incentives, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on job satisfaction of CV. SWL Pagar Merbau Deli Serdang workers and how big the effect is. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test and linear regression. Based on the results of primary data regression processed using SPSS 25, the following multiple linear regression equation is obtained: Y =5,425+ 0.181X1 + 0.689X2 + e. Partially, the wage amount variable (X1) has a significant influence on the job satisfaction of CV. SWL Pagar Merbau Deli Serdang workers, as evidenced by the calculated t value > t table (2,530> 2.018). The overtime incentive variable (X2) has a significant influence on the job satisfaction of CV. SWL Pagar Merbau Deli Serdang workers, as evidenced by the calculated t value > t table (8,832> 2.018). Simultaneously, the variables of wage amount (X1) and overtime incentive (X2) have a significant influence on the job satisfaction of CV. SWL Pagar Merbau Deli Serdang workers. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the calculated F value > F table (56.946 > 3.22). The variables of wage amount (X1) and overtime incentive (X2) are able to contribute to the influence of the variable of job satisfaction of CV. SWL Pagar Merbau Deli Serdang workers by 73.1% while the remaining 26.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the conclusion above, the author suggests that the wages received by workers greatly influence job satisfaction, the amount of wages can be increased and maintained in the form of improving the quality of work by achieving targets set by the company. The level of overtime incentive provision is based on the length of employee work and work targets, therefore, it needs to be increased and improved according to the workload given to employees. Company leaders greatly influence worker job satisfaction by providing additional wages to workers to improve worker job satisfaction so that the quality of worker work is better.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relevance of the Independent Curriculum policy to the needs of 21st-century education, especially in learning Natural Sciences (IPA) at the Elementary School level. 21st-century education emphasizes the importance of developing critical thinking skills, creativity, communication, and collaboration (4C), which is in line with the spirit of the Independent Curriculum. The study used a qualitative method with a literature study approach from various scientific literature sources. The results of the study show that the Independent Curriculum focuses on developing student competencies through differentiated learning, project-based learning, and strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile. This curriculum provides flexibility for educational units to adjust the learning process to the needs and context of students, which is in line with the demands of the 21st century. In the context of science learning, the integration of science literacy, local potential, and contextual learning in the Independent Curriculum can improve the relevance and quality of education. Thus, the Independent Curriculum is considered relevant and effective in preparing students to face global challenges in today's digital era.

Abstract

This study used a descriptive questionnaire to examine the social-emotional development of fifth grade students in digital-based Citizenship Education (PKn) learning at SD Inpres I Tobelo, North Halmahera. Digital-based PKn learning is a necessity in the era of digital transformation, but its impact on students' social-emotional development has not been widely studied, especially in the context of basic education in the 3T (Frontier, Outermost, and Disadvantaged) areas. Based on the results of the study, students' social-emotional development is positively influenced by the implementation of digital-based PKn learning, especially in terms of collaboration skills, digital empathy, and learning independence. However, there are obstacles in the form of a digital divide, changes in direct interaction patterns, and limited infrastructure. By utilizing digital technology to integrate social-emotional elements in PKn learning, this study produces an integrative learning model with five main components: (1) digital readiness assessment, (2) technology-assisted collaborative learning, and (3) technology-assisted collaborative learning. learning, (3) digital social reflection, (4) digital citizenship simulation, and (5) social project-based evaluation. The implications of this research provide a theoretical and practical basis for the development of digital citizenship.
