Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of talent management on organizational innovation with artificial intelligence (AI) as an intervening variable in Indonesia. The background of this study is based on the importance of strategic human resource management in driving organizational innovation in the era of digital transformation. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents from various organizations in Indonesia that have implemented talent management systems and AI technology. The results of the study indicate that talent management has a significant effect on organizational innovation, both directly and through artificial intelligence as a mediator. This finding strengthens the argument that organizations that manage talent effectively will be better able to adopt intelligent technology and ultimately create sustainable innovation. The role of AI as an intervening variable has been shown to strengthen the relationship between talent management and organizational innovation. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of human resource and technology management, as well as practical implications for policy making in driving organizational digital transformation.

Abstract

This research method is quantitative by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Bandar Agung Perkasa Medan and the sampling technique used the census method because the population was less than 100 people. The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that partially the quality of human resources, performance evaluation and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Simultaneously, the quality of human resources, performance evaluation and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The magnitude of the determination coefficient of 0.811 means that the ability of the human resource quality variables, performance evaluation and incentives on employee productivity is 81.1%, while the remaining 18.9% are other variables that were not studied. In conclusion, partially and simultaneously the quality of human resources, performance evaluation and incentives on employee productivity at PT. Bandar Agung Perkasa.

Abstract

In this digital age, Management Information Systems (MIS) play a crucial role in underpinning business strategy. This research examines how MIS integrates people, technology, and organization to improve decision-making, work efficiency, and competitive advantage. By turning raw data into useful insights, MIS helps companies maximize performance, cut costs, and respond to market changes immediately. The research emphasizes the importance of a flexible and adaptable MIS structure to keep pace with advances in digital technology and the dynamic business world. In essence, the proper use of MIS not only supports day-to-day activities but also drives critical decisions that keep businesses thriving and competitive in the digital age. In the current age of globalization, the importance of management information systems (MIS) in promoting effective business operations and supporting sound decision-making is vital. This article examines how the implementation of SIM allows companies to incorporate information technology, enhance productivity, manage data efficiently, and quickly adapt to changes in the market. Nonetheless, the execution of SIM involves more than just technology alone. This article also emphasizes the significance of company culture and the enhancement of employees' digital skills in facilitating adaptation to swift technological advances.

Abstract

The increasing importance of school administration digitization to improve efficiency, transparency and quality of educational services. Web-based Management Information systems (MIS) offer strategic solutions for managing all institute administration data and processes in an integrated and real time manner. This study aims to analyze the literature on the implementation of web-based MIS in educational institutions. To achieve this study conducts a literature review by examining relevant research findings to provide a comprehensive overview of the benefits, challenges and success factors of implementing web-based MIS in the education sector. the review indicates that web-based MIS facilitates the digitalization of school administration, provides all stakeholders with more information, and aids in faster and more accurate decision-making. However, several obstacles such as network infrastructure, human resources and socialization remain major challenges that need to be overcome (Fatoni et al., 2025).

Abstract

Hybrid composites are composites composed of several matrices and fibers, where the fiber types are vertical fibers and random fibers. The materials used to make hybrid composites are HDPE waste and palm fiber. With variations in fiber and powder volume fractions of 70%: 30% 60%: 40% and 50%: 50%, with different fiber directions, namely vertical and random, specimen making and testing procedures refer to ASTM D 638 for tensile tests and ASTM D256-03 for impact tests. A study has been conducted on the effect of variations in volume fractions in hybrid composites on the mechanical properties of the composite. The tests carried out in this study were tensile tests and impact tests. The results of the tensile test showed the highest value of 16.588 MPa for the variation of the HDPE volume fraction of 70% fiber 30% vertical fiber direction and the lowest value was 8.2762 MPa for the variation of the HDPE volume fraction of 60% fiber 40% with random fiber direction. While for the impact test the highest value was 8.53 joules with the variation of the HDPE volume fraction of 60% fiber 40% vertical fiber direction and the lowest value was 4.53 joules with the variation of the volume fraction of 60% fiber 40% with random fiber direction. It was concluded that if using the unidirectional fiber direction (vertical) to make the specimen, it will have better strength and toughness values.
