Abstract

This study aims to determine the decision-making process for purchasing Taylor De' Virdis products through live streaming sessions on the social media platform TikTok. In examining this topic, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative method with a netnographic approach. Data collection was carried out through digital observation by joining the internet community as a live host. Data was obtained from live streaming archives from June 2025 and analyzed step-by-step using the netnography method: entry, data collection, analysis, and interpretation. This study was analyzed based on Kotler & Armstrong's consumer decision-making theory. The results of this study indicate that the purchasing decision process during Taylor De' Virdis' live streaming on TikTok involves five distinct stages, namely: (1) the emergence of a need due to live streaming content recommendations, (2) interactive information search through the comment section, (3) evaluation of alternatives influenced by real-time product demonstrations, (4) purchase decisions based on careful consideration and rational judgment, and (5) post-purchase satisfaction dependent on the accuracy of information provided by the host.

Abstract

This research examines how work motivation, self-efficacy, and leadership influence productivity levels in women-led micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan. The research is based on the importance of enhancing the role of the MSME sector, particularly those led by women, in strengthening regional economic resilience. The methodology employed is a quantitative approach through a survey of 96 female MSME entrepreneurs. Information was collected through questionnaire distribution, while data processing utilized multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26 software. The findings indicate that individually, all independent variables—work motivation, self-efficacy, and leadership—have a positive and significant impact on business productivity. Among the three, self-efficacy demonstrates the strongest influence. Collectively, these three variables contribute significantly to productivity with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.634, indicating that more than 60% of the variation in business productivity can be explained by this model. These results reinforce the urgency of strengthening internal factors to boost the productivity of women-led MSMEs. Consequently, MSME empowerment programs need to be expanded not only to financial and technological access, but also to non-material aspects such as increasing work motivation, entrepreneur self-confidence, and adaptive and collaborative leadership skills to create competitive and sustainable businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze fire vulnerability levels and determine the optimal placement of fire stations in Katingan Hilir District, Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan. Using a quantitative method and spatial modeling approach, the research integrates ten years of NASA MODIS satellite data (2015–2024) focusing on three key variables: fire hotspots, rainfall, and land cover. Findings reveal that 48.5% of the 301 recorded fire hotspots were not covered by the three existing fire stations, with the highest concentration found in Hampangen Village. Based on spatial overlay modeling and a 15-minute response time standard, the study recommends establishing a new fire station in this high-risk area. This spatial assessment offers valuable input for adaptive spatial planning and aims to enhance the regional fire risk management system.

Abstract

The effectiveness and clarity of food logistics management, especially at BULOG Bandung, present notable challenges that call for the integration of blockchain technology. This research assesses the readiness of BULOG Bandung's workforce for the adoption of blockchain by utilizing the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) 2.0 framework. A quantitative research methodology was applied, which involved structured surveys and statistical analysis using Pearson correlation to evaluate employees' readiness. The results reveal a moderate level of technological readiness with an overall TRI score of 3.12. The dimensions of Optimism (3.42) and Innovativeness (3.25) suggest that employees possess a favorable view of technology, while Discomfort (2.92) and Insecurity (3.27) indicate apprehensions related to digital transformation. Analysis using Pearson correlation demonstrated a significant association between TRI dimensions and the willingness to adopt blockchain (r = 0.38, p < 0.05). These findings underscore the necessity for focused training initiatives, pilot blockchain projects, and technical assistance to boost employee confidence. Future investigations should examine the long-term behavioral adjustments and organizational elements that affect blockchain adoption in the logistics sector.

Abstract

This study examines the feasibility of expanding the Pontianak traditional delicacy—bingke cake—to Bandung City. Employing a mixed-methods approach (qualitative and quantitative), it evaluates market dynamics, human resource requirements, and financial viability. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentary studies. Financial feasibility was analyzed using the Break-Even Point (BEP) method, while strategic readiness was assessed via SWOT analysis. The results indicate that sales volume in recent months has consistently exceeded the break-even point, signifying financial viability for expansion. The SWOT analysis revealed strengths in cultural appeal and market potential within Bandung, but also identified challenges such as limited production capacity and human resources. The study concludes that the bingke cake business is feasible for expansion and provides strategic recommendations, including workforce development and local marketing strategy adjustments. These findings contribute to entrepreneurship literature and offer practical guidance for MSMEs in developing traditional culinary businesses in urban markets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Prosperous Family Card (PFC) Program in Kala Kemili Village, Central Aceh Regency, and to identify the factors contributing to its mistargeting during implementation. The KKS program is one of the government's strategic instruments to alleviate poverty by distributing non-cash social assistance to poor and vulnerable families. The findings indicate that the number of KKS recipients in Kala Kemili Village, Central Aceh Regency, is relatively high. There are 400 KKS recipients out of a total of 700 households in the village. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results show that the implementation of the KKS program in Kala Kemili Village has not been fully effective. Several key obstacles identified include a lack of public outreach, inaccurate beneficiary data—such as recipients who have passed away or relocated—and limited facilities and resources at the village level. The study recommends enhancing data validation, increasing the capacity of village officials, and strengthening coordination among relevant agencies to support the accurate targeting of the KKS program.

Abstract

Ready-to-drink (RTD) herbal drinks are liquid products based on natural ingredients such as spices and medicinal plants that are packaged practically and consumed directly as functional drinks that support health. This study aims to analyze consumer perceptions of Herbavita, a functional ready-to-drink (RTD) herbal drink product based on local wisdom developed in South Lampung. This product is formulated from red ginger and turmeric with varying ratios, then tested using the hedonic method by 20 respondents. The study used a mixed methods approach with quantitative analysis through assessments of taste, aroma, and color, as well as qualitative analysis of criticism and suggestions for product development. The results showed that the sample with a balanced composition (50% red ginger and 50% turmeric) obtained the highest score for all sensory parameters, indicating consumer preference for balanced taste and aroma. Respondent profile analysis revealed that the majority were from the young age group and domiciled in Pasuruan, with a relatively balanced gender distribution. Suggestions from respondents emphasized the importance of attractive, functional, and informative packaging design as a supporting factor for product appeal. These findings demonstrate that product innovations based on traditional ingredients can be well-received if presented in a format that aligns with modern consumer preferences. Therefore, combining traditional values with innovative approaches is key to developing adaptive, competitive, and sustainable RTD spiced beverage products.
