These factors can be social, economic, cultural, as well as access to information and health services Methods: This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to teenagers in coastal areas. Respondents were randomly selected from several middle and high schools in the area. Data analysis was carried out using statistical software to identify factors that significantly influence adolescent reproductive health knowledge . Results: The results of the study show that factors such as parental education, access to information (0.000), the role of schools (0.037), and peer (0.000) influence significantly influence the level of reproductive health knowledge of adolescents in coastal areas. On the other hand , cultural and economic values of the family also play an important role, but their impact varies more depending on the specific context of each community Conclusion: Knowledge of adolescent reproductive health in coastal areas is influenced by various interrelated factors. A good diet was 85.7%, protein intake was insufficient by 88.6%, iron intake was insufficient by 87.1%, and vitamin C intake was insufficient by 97.1%. The results of the cross-table analysis showed that female students with anemia had a poor diet of 75%, protein intake was 100%, iron intake was 100% insufficient, and vitamin C intake was insufficient by 100%. Conclusion: Bivariate analysis shows an F change value of 0.000 (<0.05) meaning there is a significant relationship between the variables of diet, protein intake, iron intake and vitamin C intake on the anemia status of young women, and this relationship shows an R value: 0.603 meaning a relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable is strong.

Abstract

Background: Nutritional status in girls can affect children's sexual maturity. Overnutrition status in girls can lead to earlier menarche, this is related to the fulfillment of the nutritional needs needed by the body, especially in the reproductive organs which are well fulfilled so that the hormones estrogen and progesterone function optimally so that the menarche process can run faster than normal age. Methods: This study uses a quantitative methodology based on a cross-sectional design. Using a complete sampling technique, this research draws its sample from 63 participants. Nutrient intake is the one that stands alone. Time to first menstrual period is the dependent variable. Statistical tests were conducted using the Spearman rank test based on data collected through weighing, measuring height, and giving questionnaires to respondents. Results: With a p-value of 0.003 (p<0.05), this study demonstrated a negative connection between nutritional health and the incidence of early menarche. Conclusion: This study discovered that early menarche was linked to poor nutritional status among 9–12-year-olds in SD Negeri Karangawen 1 in Demak Regency. it is recommended that nutritional education and intervention programs be implemented for young girls, particularly those aged 9-12, in SD Negeri Karangawen 1 in Demak Regency to improve their nutritional status and address issues related to early menarche.

Abstract

Background: Schizophrenia is one mental illness type. Family interactions are impacted by this disease because it leads individuals to behave erratically. Family caregivers will be less able to care for patients because of the strain this condition puts on them. The researchers at Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Hospital in Central Java Province set out to find out how family caregivers' capacity to care for their loved ones with schizophrenia correlated with their own subjective burdens. Methods: Using a cross-sectional method and a purposive sample technique, this study utilized a quantitative correlational type with a maximum of 38 respondents. A family burden questionnaire and the ability to care for one's family using the Spearman Rank test were the research instruments used. Results: The Spearman Rank test results reveal a significant value of 0.008 <0.05 between the objective load of the family and the ability to care for the family, and a unidirectional correlation coefficient value of -0.427 between the two variables. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship, and the higher the perceived burden, the worse the family's ability to care. It is recommended to provide support and resources to families to alleviate their perceived burden, thereby enhancing their ability to provide effective care
