Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness and implementation of the e-filing system on individual taxpayer compliance at the Pratama tax service office in Sorong City. The data of this study were obtained from a questionnaire (Primary) distributed to taxpayers who already have a taxpayer principal number and who have worked for more than one year using purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study were 80 respondents with associative research methods and quantitative approaches. Before doing the research, the statements are first tested using validity and reliability. Then these results were analyzed using descriptive tests, instruments, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression techniques and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that (1) Taxpayer Awareness has a positive and significant effect on the compliance of individual taxpayers. This is evidenced from the results of the determination coefficient test which has an R Square of 0.175 which means that the influence of taxpayer awareness and the application of the e-filling system on taxpayer compliance is 17.5%. (2) In the variable X1 the results of the t-test statistics have a significant value smaller than the level of significance, namely 0.001 <0.05, while in the X2 variable the t test results also have a small value, namely 0.001 <0.05, which means that the two independent variables have an influence. positive and partially syndicate on the dependent variable and each hypothesis of the dependent variable accepts H0 and rejects H1. (3). The results of the statistical f test have a significantly smaller value than the level of significant that is 0.004 <0.05, which means that the two independent relations have positive and significant effects simultaneously (simultaneously) on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location and price on purchasing decisions at Farmers in the Cianjur Region, West Java. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that location has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 46.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8.959 > 1.986). Price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 36.5%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7.343 > 1.986). Location and price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 12,541 + 0,425X1 + 0,424X2 and the contribution of influence is 55.5%, hypothesis testing is obtained F count > F table or (57.897 > 2,700).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Great Hall for the Implementation of National Road VI Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study motivation significantly influence employee performance by 48.8%, hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (7.439 > 2.002). The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance by 44.9%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (6.873 > 2.002). Motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7,469 + 0,416X1 + 0,413X2 and the contribution of the influence is 62,7%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on job satisfaction at PT. POS Indonesia Cinere Branch Office. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction by 45.3%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (9,001 > 1,984). The work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction by 44.2%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8.806 > 1.984). Leadership and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 10,553 + 0.365X1 + 0.378X2. The influence contribution is 53.6%, the hypothesis test is obtained by F arithmetic > F table or (56.081 > 2.700).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Current Ratio on Return On Assets at PT. Adira Dinamika Multifinance, Tbk in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable Current Ratio obtained an average value of 127.57%. The Return On Assets variable obtained an average value of 72.36%. Current Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets with a regression equation value of Y = 24,643 + 0.374X, and a correlation coefficient value of 0.878 or has a strong relationship with a determination value of 77.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction at Sari Asih Hospital in Ciamis Region. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable Service Quality obtained an average score of 3.409 with good criteria. Patient Satisfaction Variable obtained an average score of 3,831 with good criteria. Service quality has a significant effect on patient satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 9.311 + 0.851X, and a correlation value of 0.774 or strong with a determination of 59.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction staying at Hotel Kartika Chandra Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 46.9%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (9,215 > 1,985). Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 44.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8,704 > 1,985). Service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 9.894 + 0.389X1 + 0.369X2 and the contribution of the influence is 54.7%, hypothesis testing is obtained F count > F table or (57,311 > 2,700).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio on Return on Assets at PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Current Ratio has a significant effect on Return on Assets of 51.7%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (2,927 > 1,989). Debt to Asset Ratio has a significant effect on Return on Assets of 59.4%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (-3,423 > 1.989). Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets obtained by the regression equation Y = 1.762 + 0.024X1 + -0.154X2 and the determination value is 62.5%. 2,770).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Tunggal Abadi in Serang, Banten. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 98 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable compensation obtained an average score of 3,415 with good criteria. Employee performance variable obtained an average score of 3.849 with good criteria. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the value of the regression equation Y = 10.347 + 0.824X, and the correlation coefficient value of 0.765 or has a strong relationship with a determination value of 58.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study of leadership variables obtained an average score of 3,417 with good criteria. Employee performance variable obtained an average score of 3.841 with good criteria. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation value of Y = 9.266 + 0.853X, and a correlation coefficient value of 0.773 or has a strong relationship with a determination value of 59.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.
