Abstract

This study discusses, in general, the evaluation of the work carried out by the Civil State Apparatus (ASN) in the environment of government offices in Indonesia. Enhancing the quality of ASN performance is one of the most optimal methods and strategies for improving service performance and giving recognition to specific service units that have a view to delivering optimum service and performance in the office environment. This means that the empowerment implemented against ASN can improve performance more optimally. The methods used in this research are qualitative methods, where research is carried out by collecting data and information from a variety of literary sources, such as books, journals, and other literary resources. In an age of increasingly stringent and diverse global competition, the human resources (HR) aspect has become a very essential element that plays a key role in the sustainability of a company or organization. The results of the research show that the evaluation of the work of ASN has an impact on the performance of ASN in doing its work in the company's office environment. The conclusion obtained from the results of this research is to empower the quality of ASN performance to be one of the most optimal methods and strategies in the effort to improve service performance and to give recognition to certain service units that can provide service, evaluation, and performance quite optimally in the environment of the government office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of tax, foreign ownership and company size on transfer pricing. The data used in this study are secondary data and quantitative research methods. This study uses the observation method for the company`s financial reports and annual reports. This research focuses on basic materials and industrials sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. The sampling method used purposive sampling. This study uses SPSS 25 to analysis 175 observational data. Data analyzed using descriptive statistics, model feasibility test, classic assumption test, logistic regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Research has shown that taxes have no influence on transfer pricing, foreign ownership and company size affect transfer pricing.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the effect of non-financial compensation and job stress reduction on employee performance. Non-financial compensation and reducing job stress have an important role in improving employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population of this research is employees at manufacturing company "X" totaling 130 employees. The sample size used was 82 samples with a random sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23. The research results show that non-financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the calculated t value which is greater than the t table and significantly smaller than 0.05. Reducing job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the calculated t value which is greater than the t table and the significance level is smaller than 0.05. These results show that financial compensation and job stress reduction are needed to improve employee performance at company "X"

Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and employee engagement on employee performance at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. The object of this research is the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application. The population in this research is employees at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Service. as many as 30 respondents. This research shows that Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement both have a positive and significant effect on performance. By testing the coefficient of determination, a value of 0.602 or 60.2% was obtained. The Performance variable can be explained by the Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement variables while the remaining 30.8% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the office of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Ukm, North Toraja Regency. The sampling technique in this research used the total sampling method where the entire population was sampled as 32 State Civil Servants, the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is a quantitative method with the SPSS version 25 application, using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The research results show that there is an influence of the independent variables work environment and work motivation on the dependent variable employee performance, this can be seen through the f test by obtaining a significance value for the influence of X1 and X2 on Y of 0.000. This significance value is smaller than 0.05, when compared with the calculated F value with F table, it is obtained 35.017 > 3.32, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Ukm North Toraja district. The influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance is 70.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, liquidity, and asset growth on profitability in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2022 period. This research was conducted based on information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research used a non-participant observation method and the determination of sampling used a purposive sampling method. There are 12 Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies as samples in this study. The results show that working capital turnover (WCTO), liquidity (Quick Ratio) partially has no effect and is not significant on profitability (ROE) and asset growth partially significant effect on profitability (ROE). The ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is very low, it is indicated by the coefficient of determination R square of 15.1%.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach to see how intellectual agility abilities and innovation behavior influence generation Z's interest in entrepreneurship. Data was collected from 255 students at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) from three management, accounting and digital business study programs at different levels. Probability sample with snowball technique using a questionnaire connected to Google Form. Data was collected and then tested for validity and reliability through classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and innovation behavior. The research results show that intellectual ability and innovation behavior have a positive impact on interest in entrepreneurship. Likewise, intellectual agility and innovation behavior influence entrepreneurial interest, this is in line with basic theory and research findings.

Abstract

The sports product business is an important pillar in the progress of national sports. This can be seen from the high popularity of sales of sports products in society, both from sellers and buyers who both want to make a profit. Understanding the factors that influence consumer buying interest is the key for business people to gain profits and increase market share in this industry. This research is a type of quantitative research and uses a purposive sampling technique of one hundred respondents. The analysis method in this research uses quantitative primary data, the test stages carried out are: validity test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The research results show that advertising influences consumer buying interest, endorsement services influence consumer buying interest, the marketing system influences consumer buying interest and the payment system influences consumer buying interest. The Fcount results show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that the variables of advertising, endorsement services, marketing systems and payment systems simultaneously influence consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of service quality and interpersonal communication at the diploma and transcript counter on the satisfaction of Gunadarma University students and alumni for the 2023-2024 period and to find out which has the most dominant influence on the satisfaction of Gunadarma University students and alumni. The data collection method was carried out through distributing online questionnaires and direct questionnaires to respondents. The data obtained was then processed using SPSS version 24 tools. This analysis includes descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, correlation test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research are that Service Quality and Interpersonal Communication at the Diploma and Transcript counters affect Student and Alumni Satisfaction, Service Quality has no effect on Student and Alumni Satisfaction, and Interpersonal Communication simultaneously has a significant influence on Gunadarma University Student and Alumni Satisfaction for the 2023-2024 Period.

Abstract

The shipping industry faces increasingly complex challenges in the era of globalization and intense competition. The main issues faced include a shortage of skilled workforce, fluctuations in fuel prices, regulatory changes, and pressure to maintain environmental sustainability. This research aims to investigate effective human resource management (HRM) strategies to address these challenges. The research method utilized a literature review approach involving theoretical and empirical analysis from various relevant sources. The findings indicate that the implementation of HRM strategies focusing on skill development, recruitment and retention of workforce, and work-life balance has proven effective in enhancing productivity, employee retention, and financial performance of shipping companies. Additionally, the research reveals the importance of adaptability of shipping companies to changes in the business and technological environment, which can be achieved through leadership development and innovation promotion. These findings provide valuable insights for practitioners and researchers in understanding the dynamics of human resource management in the shipping industry and lay the foundation for the development of more effective strategies to address future challenges.
