Abstract

Financial distress is a situation where a company experiences financial difficulties before experiencing bankruptcy. This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of liquidity, leverage, operating capacity and sales growth on financial distress. The population in this research is all property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2023. Sample selection was carried out using a purposive sampling method and the number of samples obtained was 53 observational data. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that liquidity has a negative effect on financial distress, leverage has a positive effect on financial distress, operating capacity and sales growth has no effect on financial distress. The implication of this research is that it can confirm Signaling Theory.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Customer Experience (X1) and Store Atmosphere (X2) on Revisit Intention (Y) at Heira House Coffee & Studio. The method used is quantitative descriptive with 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using online and offline questionnaires, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that Customer Experience and Store Atmosphere each had a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention with a calculated t value of 3.141 and 3.001> t table value of 1.985 and a significance of 0.002 and 0.003 <0.05. Simultaneously, these two variables also have a significant effect on Revisit Intention with F count 17.002 > F table 3.090. The results of the determination coefficient test obtained an R Square value of 0.687. This means that 68.7% of the influence of the Customer Experience and Store Atmosphere variables on Revisit Intention. The more positive the visitor's experience and the more attractive the cafe atmosphere, the higher the likelihood of a repeat visit. Heira House Coffee & Studio is advised to continue to improve its services and products to maintain and increase the number of visitors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the influence of price, distribution, and promotion on the purchasing decision of local football apparel products in Makassar City; 2) the influence of price on purchasing decision; 3) the influence of distribution on purchasing decision; and 4) the influence of promotion on purchasing decision. This research employs an associative method with a quantitative approach. The variables analysed include price, distribution, and promotion as independent variables, and purchasing decision as the dependent variable. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers who had purchased local football apparel. The data were analysed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that: 1) price, distribution, and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions; 2) price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; 3) distribution has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; and 4) promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach to examine the economic thought of al-Ghazali, a prominent scholar in the Islamic intellectual tradition renowned not only for his contributions to Sufism and philosophy but also for his insights into economic and social ethics. The research aims to explore situs big77 al-Ghazali’s contributions to Islamic economics, particularly in the framework of justice, ethical trade, and equitable wealth distribution. The study begins by tracing a brief biography of al-Ghazali, his intellectual journey, and his leadership in the classical Islamic scholarly world. The discussion then focuses on his core economic thoughts as reflected in his works such as *Ihya’ Ulum al-Din* and *al-Mustasfa*, which emphasize the balance between spiritual and material needs in economic activity. The research also explores the impact of al-Ghazali’s economic thought during the caliphate era and its relevance in modern economic contexts, especially in addressing challenges related to wealth distribution and business ethics. The findings indicate that al-Ghazali’s ideas remain relevant and can serve as a reference for developing an Islamic economic system grounded in justice and oriented toward public welfare.

Abstract

The transformation of human resources (HR) is a crucial aspect in facing the Industry 5.0 era which emphasizes collaboration between humans and smart technology. This research aims to identify the main challenges, analyze opportunities, and evaluate HR development strategies in the context of human-centered innovation. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with HR managers and employees of companies that are undergoing or have undergone digital transformation, as well as documentation studies of HR policies and roadmaps. The slot deposit 5000 results of the study revealed five main challenges: digital competency gap, resistance to change, limitations of technology infrastructure, lack of managerial support, and high workload during the transformation process. On the other hand, more adaptive human resource development strategies have emerged, such as technology-based training, strengthening digital organizational culture, and implementing hybrid work systems. This study concludes that the success of HR transformation is highly dependent on the synergy between technology, organizational readiness, and inclusive leadership. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of overconfidence, herding factor, and financial literacy on the investment decisions of Generation Z. The case study was conducted on members of the Capital Market Study Group at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The independent variables in this research include overconfidence, herding factor, and financial literacy. This study is based on financial behavior theory and employs a quantitative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active members of the Semi-Autonomous Body of the Capital Market Study Group at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University (BSO KSPM UNUD). The population in this study consists of 314 individuals, using a saturated sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to test the influence of each independent variable on investment decisions. The results indicate that overconfidence, herding factor, and financial literacy positively affect Generation Z's investment decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Kantor Desa Batu Bingkung, Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Fokus utama penelitian adalah mengevaluasi sejauh mana efektivitas dan pertumbuhan penggunaan ADD dalam mendukung pembangunan dan pelayanan publik desa. Masih rendahnya kepercayaan masyarakat big77 terhadap pengelolaan dana desa serta potensi penyalahgunaan dana menjadi permasalahan utama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan evaluasi kinerja keuangan berdasarkan indikator rasio efektivitas dan rasio pertumbuhan enelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dengan melakukan evaluasi spesifik terhadap pengelolaan keuangan ADD Desa Batu Bingkung selama periode 2020–2023 menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif rasio efektivitas dan pertumbuhan, yang belum banyak dilakukan di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi laporan keuangan APBDesa. Data dianalisis menggunakan rumus rasio efektivitas dan rasio pertumbuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio efektivitas berada pada kategori efektif hingga sangat efektif, dengan nilai antara 90,75% hingga 100,29%. Sementara itu, rasio pertumbuhan menunjukkan fluktuasi, dengan pertumbuhan pendapatan tertinggi pada tahun 2021 sebesar 68,36% dan penurunan pada tahun 2022 dan 2023.

Abstract

This study explores the transformation of Muslim consumer values in Japan through the theoretical lens of Islamic consumer behavior, focusing on the development of Islamic studies and the halal industry. As a non-Muslim country experiencing significant growth in the halal market, Japan offers a unique context to understand how Islamic-based values, norms, and consumption preferences are formed and evolve outside Muslim-majority nations. The research adopts a qualitative-descriptive approach, utilizing a literature review and case studies of Japan’s halal industry. Findings reveal slot deposit 5000  that values such as halal, thayyib, ethical consumption, and spirituality form the foundation of Muslim consumer behavior in Japan. Furthermore, academic engagement through Islamic studies in various universities, along with halal certification efforts by local and global bodies, reinforce consumer preferences and trust. The study concludes that the transformation of Muslim consumer values in Japan not only influences individual behavior but also drives structural change within the halal industry ecosystem. These implications are vital for the development of the global halal market and for marketing strategies rooted in Islamic values.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of price and the use of QRIS transactions on consumer purchase intention at coffee shops (case study on Digital Business students) in 2024 and 2025 at the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The population in this study consists of all Digital Business students from the 2023 and 2024 classes at the Universitas slot thailand Pendidikan Indonesia. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling, specifically Stratified Random Sampling based on class year. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The data obtained were then processed using analysis with SPSS. The results of this study found that the price (X1) and ease of use (X2) variables have a significant effect on consumer purchase decisions and loyalty (Y).

Abstract

All companies are built and established with the aim of gaining profits which can later improve the company's image in front of the public. These profits are also expected to continue to increase consistently in each period. This study aims to determine the effect of inventory on the profitability of PT Indofood Tbk during the 2020-2023 period. This study uses data from the company's gacor777 annual financial report with a focus on inventory indicators such as Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITR) and profitability as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The analysis method uses regression which aims to determine the relationship between the variables. The results of this study can show that the efficiency of inventory management does not have a significant impact on the company's profitability where optimal inventory turnover can contribute to increasing the company's profits. This study emphasizes several important things where the importance of an integrated inventory management strategy with other operational factors can increase the company's profits.
