Abstract

In the dynamic business era, UMKM Circle Store has come under scrutiny, facing various strengths and challenges. This phenomenon serves as the focal point of research to gain a profound understanding of the internal strengths, external opportunities, weaknesses, and threats that Circle Store may encounter. The research aims to identify key factors influencing the business performance of UMKM Circle Store, particularly through the SWOT approach. A qualitative research method was employed, involving in-depth interviews, direct observations, and analysis of relevant documents. This identification process is carried out through internal and external factors, IFAS and EFAS, as well as the SWOT matrix. The research findings reveal that the internal factor or IFAS attains an overall score of 3.51, while the external factor or EFAS obtains an overall score of 3.82. This indicates the potential to optimize strengths and opportunities while minimizing weaknesses and threats.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style on the performance of teachers at the State Senior High School 4 Bone. This research variable consists of leadership style and performance. This type of research is quantitative associative. The population was 38 teachers at State Senior High School 4 Bone. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a sample size of 38 respondents, namely the entire population. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees. Data analysis techniques using simple regression with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership style has a positive and significant effect partially on teacher performance at State Senior High School 4 Bone.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah bagaimana meningkatkan ketahanan pembelajaran di lingkungan akademik konvensional dan menggali potensi manfaat dari penerapan pembelajaran ini. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan desain longitudinal, artikel ini mengumpulkan data dari mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Makassar sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran blended dan online memiliki tingkat ketahanan yang memadai di lingkungan akademik konvensional. Meskipun demikian, faktor-faktor seperti kualitas materi pembelajaran, interaksi antara dosen dan mahasiswa, serta dukungan teknologi tetap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketahanan pembelajaran. Artikel ini merekomendasikan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memperluas cakupan dan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi ketahanan pembelajaran blended dan online. Dalam konteks pandemi COVID-19, penelitian lebih lanjut juga harus mempertimbangkan dampaknya terhadap pembelajaran kombinasi dan daring. Artikel ini memberikan dasar bagi praktisi, pengambil kebijakan, dan peneliti untuk memahami peran teknologi dalam pendidikan tinggi, dengan langkah-langkah konkret untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran di lingkungan akademik konvensional.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the understanding and ability of business groups in Kassi Village, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency in making effective business projections. This program is expected to provide strategic provision for business actors in managing finances, planning business development, and facing market challenges. The technique of implementing this activity includes three stages starting from the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the activity evaluation stage. The results of the training showed that traditional business owners have difficulty in applying business forecasting techniques to their businesses because sales records are sometimes incomplete or non-existent. After conducting the simulation, participants were able to understand the basis of sales forecasting for future sales forecasts. In addition, business owners can know their business forecast with certainty. Knowledge of business forecasting is expected to improve business performance and competitiveness. The limitation of this training is that the implementation method does not use instructional techniques so that knowledge about business forecasting can be implemented in business activities.

Abstract

The gaming industry has witnessed rapid growth over the past few decades. Games are no longer perceived solely as entertainment but have evolved into a significant revenue-generating industry. One popular game, Hayday, offers an engaging experience centered on farming and business. To enhance business process management within the game, the concept of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is highly relevant. This paper explores the implementation of enterprise architecture based on the Zachman Framework within the context of Hayday. The Zachman Framework serves as a structured methodology to design and manage enterprise architecture effectively. By leveraging the framework, organizations can map various perspectives into a comprehensive 6x6 matrix, enabling a deeper understanding of their enterprise architecture. This study adopts a case study approach using qualitative methods. The findings and discussion elaborate on the implementation of the Zachman Framework in the Hayday game application across six key perspectives: data, process, location, people, time, and motivation. This implementation aims to optimize business process management in the game and to lay the groundwork for the development of suitable ERP software.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh interaktif orientasi pasar, kapasitas penyerapan, dan lingkungan eksternal terhadap kinerja bisnis pada sub-sektor manufaktur makanan di Sulawesi Selatan, dengan absorptive capacity sebagai variabel mediasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain penelitian kausal, data dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner dari 130 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pasar memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Selain itu, absorptive capacity berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara orientasi pasar dan kinerja bisnis, menegaskan perannya yang krusial dalam memperkuat kemampuan perusahaan untuk mengadopsi teknologi baru, memahami tren pasar, dan merespons perubahan regulasi, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga mengonfirmasi bahwa lingkungan eksternal memengaruhi kinerja bisnis, memperkuat pentingnya adaptasi dalam pasar yang dinamis. Temuan ini menekankan bahwa strategi orientasi pasar yang kuat dan kapasitas penyerapan yang optimal sangat diperlukan untuk menghadapi tantangan industri secara efektif dan memastikan pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Stunting is one of the nutritional problems that still occurs in Indonesia. Stunting treatment does not only refer to medical and nutritional aspects, but is also influenced by social and cultural factors, including the social stigma inherent in families with stunted children. This study aims to examine the forms of social stigma against stunting and its impact on prevention and handling efforts in Santur Village. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study with an in-depth interview method with parents, posyandu cadres, local health workers, and village officials. The results of the study show that stigma in the form of negative labeling and feelings of shame often hinder parents from accessing health services and being open to information related to child nutrition. This information shows the importance of a community-based approach that not only focuses on the medical aspect, but also targets changes in people's social views on stunting. By overcoming social stigma, it is hoped that efforts to prevent and handle stunting can run more effectively and comprehensively.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic was also felt by the miniature craftsmen of the phinisi ship in the Bontobahari sub-district, Bulukumba Regency because of marketing limitations that only relied on offline stores. The purpose of this service is to help craftsmen business owners in utilizing digital media as a means of marketing the miniature phinisi boats in the Bontobahari sub-district, Bulukumba Regency. The instruments used in this service are observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the service show that there is an increase in the sale of miniature pinisi ships during the use of digital marketing using Instagram and the market reach is also getting wider.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the influence of digital marketing and brand awareness on consumer purchase intentions for local sports shoe products in Makassar City. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22 software. The results of the study indicate that digital marketing and brand awareness partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions. The digital marketing variable provides a dominant contribution to increasing purchase intentions compared to brand awareness. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.773 indicates that the two independent variables are able to explain 77.3% of the variation that occurs in the purchase intention variable. This finding indicates that digital-based marketing strategies and increasing brand awareness are key factors in strengthening purchase intentions for local products amidst competitive market competition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on brand awareness of Zymuno herbal honey products in Makassar City. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. Data were collected using a survey through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression, accompanied by F test, t test, and determination coefficient analysis. The results of the study indicate that product quality and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on brand awareness. Partially, each variable also shows a significant effect. The determination coefficient value of 74.5% indicates that variations in brand awareness can be explained by the two independent variables. These findings provide practical recommendations in designing marketing strategies for local herbal products.
