Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the design of creative economic development based on the potential of rural areas. This research method is a qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. This research was conducted in Serang Regency, Banten Province, with a study focused on the pattern design of creative economic development in Serang Regency. This research used two data sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Based on a survey of 2 regional clusters in Serang Regency, culinary 41.07 percent, craft 17.86 percent, fashion 14.29 percent, and architecture 12.50 percent. Based on the number of workers 48.21 percent, Based on the length of business, Business actors who have been running a business around 4-10 years 55.36 percent, less than 3 years 30.95 percent, 11-20 years 9.52 percent and more than 20 year 4.17 percent. The government and the creative economy community in Serang Regency are expected to work together to improve creative economy training. Because there are still many creative economy entrepreneurs who have never attended coaching/training. The training needed by creative economy entrepreneurs is product marketing strategy, creative economic business financial management, innovative product design and business licensing mechanisms

Abstract

The development of foreign food businesses entering Indonesia has caused special foods originating from Indonesia to begin to lose their appeal, especially regional specialties, including the Lamongan Hj Fatimah Souvenir Shop business which sells Lamongan Regency specialties. This study used a quantitative method with a total sample of 300 respondents. This study uses SEM analysis using the Smart PLS application version 3.0 and the test tools used are the outer model, inner model, mediation test and hypothesis testing. The results of the research on the variable product variation (X1), service quality (X2), word of mouth (X3) and location (X4) on the increase in sales volume (Y) are mediated by customer loyalty (Z), namely from the validity test the value of outer loading > 0.7 and the number of AVE > 0.5 is declared valid, in the reliability test the value of composite reliability and corbanch's alpha > 0.7 is declared reliable. In the mediation test, the variables of service quality (X2) and location (X4) are stated to be partial mediation, while the variable product variation (X1) and word of mouth (X3) expressed full mediation. From the results of the hypothesis test the service quality variable (X2) and location (X4) have a positive and significant effect on increasing sales volume (Y), while the product variation variable (X1) and word of mouth (X3) have a negative and not significant effect on increasing sales volume ( Y)

Abstract

The increasing development of UMKM in Indonesia from year to year has the effect of increasingly fierce competition between businesses. One of the businesses that is growing rapidly is the culinary field, because it is felt that the culinary business has more promising prospects. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, taste, location, product quality and promotion on customer loyalty mediated by purchasing decisions. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 315 respondents, with SEM analysis using the Smart PLS application version 3.0. by testing the outer model, inner model, mediation test and hypothesis testing. The results obtained in the validity test stated that the loading factor was ≥ 0.7 and the AVE value ≥ 0.5 so that it could be declared valid, in the composite reliability test and Cronbach's alpha ≥ 0.7 so it could be declared reliable. The results showed that price (X1) had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), price (X1) had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Z), taste (X2) had a negative and significant effect on customer loyalty, taste taste (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Z), location (X3) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), location (X3) has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions (Z), product quality (X4) ) on customer loyalty (Y) has a negative and significant effect, product quality (X4) on purchasing decisions (Z) has a positive and significant effect, promotion (X5) has a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty (Y), promotion (X5) on decisions purchase (Z) has a negative and significant effect and purchase decision (Z) on customer loyalty (Y) has a positive and significant effect

Abstract

The development of a region that is increasingly advanced in the current era of regional autonomy, causing competition between regions to become tighter. In order for the regional economy to increase, people's welfare remains stable, the local government must increase competitiveness in the region. In order for regional development to be more focused, one of the efforts that can be done is to detect the leading sectors of the region. The area to be studied is North Maluku Province, South Halmahera Regency in 2016-2021, using data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This study aims to determine the leading sectors in Halmahera Selata Regency so that local governments focus on developing their regions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Islamic Work Ethic, Motivation and Compensation on productivity with the perception of convenience as a moderation variable. The object of research is part of SheopeeFood drivers in Semarang area. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and data collection using questionnaires from 100 respondents. The analysis tool used is moderated regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that Islamic work ethic has a positive and significant effect on productivity, motivation has a positive and significant effect on productivity. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on productivity. The perception of convenience is able to moderate the influence of Islamic work ethic, motivation, compensation on productivity

Abstract

Villages that have the potential to be made into pesantren-based tourism villages or Islamic religious education in Pandeglang Regency are Ciliang Village RT.04.RW.01, Kadumerak Village, Karangtanjung Pandeglang District, The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the application of tourism village potential development strategies in Ciliang Village, and also analyze the role of several related parties so that the management of the potential of pesantren-based tourism villages is more optimal. The research method that researchers do is descriptive qualitative research. The research is a research whose data is qualitative. Data was obtained through, observation, interviews, and SWOT Matrix Analysis, to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that Ciliang Village has in the development of rapid-based tourism villages. The results of this study show the need for tourism village development through the formation of tourism awareness groups, cooperation between the tourism village community and the Kadumerak village apparat and the Pandeglang Tourism Office and the right strategy in developing pesantren-based tourism villages in Ciliang Kadumerak Pandeglang village is through the concept of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika which reflects the diversity of cultures, traditions, natural beauty,  crafts and the number of pesantren and educational institutions that become the identity or characteristic of Ciliang village then become a concentration of pesantren-based tourist village tourist destinations in Pandeglang Regency, Banten

Abstract

The palm oil industry is one of the leading commodities and one of the main export players in Indonesia. This industry also contributes to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of 3.5% - 4%. Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics in 2023, the number of palm oil companies has increased dynamically in the last 20 years, this raises a trade off, namely whether the growth of the palm oil industry can harm the environment? Or can the growth of the palm oil industry increase its contribution to Indonesia's GDP share? The purpose of this study is to predict in the short term over 10 periods how the influence of the number of CPO companies and international CPO Prices on Indonesia's carbon emissions and GDP growth. The method used in this study is using quantitative methods using the Vector Autoregression (VAR) model to test the Criteria of Lag and the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) to see the impulse graph. The results show that the increase in CPO companies will contribute positively to variable CO2 emissions, while if Indonesian CPO companies increase it will increase international CPO prices. This can encourage Indonesia's CPO production as one of Indonesia's main export commodities which in turn the increase in exports can increase Indonesia's GDP

Abstract

One measure or criterion that needs to be considered for companies in using funding sources from bank debt is Degree Financial Leverage (DFL). This study aims to analyze the comparison of Degree Of Financial Leverage Between PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk and PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. The type of research used is comparative research. Quantitative data type, secondary data source. The research instrument used is a table containing data on Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the initial year and Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the final year, data on Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) for the initial year and Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) for the final year at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk and PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. The population used in this study is the entire financial statements of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk since it was listed on the IDX from 1998 to 2021, namely for 23 years and PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero), Tbk from 1991 to 2021, namely for 30 years. The sample in this study is the financial statements of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk and PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero), Tbk for 11 years, from 2012 to 2022. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique in this study is to use Degree of Financial Leverage (DFL) component analysis and Independent sample test. Abstract

Local taxes and local levies have significant potential as a major source of local revenue. To realize effective regional autonomy, competent financial management is needed so that the targets set can be achieved concretely. This can be achieved by setting targets and measuring real achievements. The purpose of this study is to understand the level of effectiveness, contribution, and growth rate of local taxes and levies in Cilegon City from 2017 to 2021. This research applies qualitative descriptive methods by utilizing primary and secondary data sources. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with related agencies, while secondary data was obtained from the Cilegon City Budget Realization Report from 2017 to 2021 obtained from the Cilegon City BPKAD. The results showed that the level of effectiveness, contribution and growth rate of regional taxes and levies in Cilegon City in 2017-2021 varied greatly. The effectiveness rate of local taxes and levies can be said to be effective with the effectiveness value of local taxes of 94.05% and the effectiveness value of regional levies of 95.09%. The local tax contribution rate can be said to be very good with a contribution value of 75.33%. The contribution rate of the regional levy can be said to be very less with a contribution value of 2.71%. The growth rate of local taxes and regional levies is classified as unsuccessful with the value of the growth rate of local taxes of 1.89% and the value of the growth rate of regional levies of -0.98%. It can be concluded that local tax revenues and local levies have reached an adequate level of effectiveness. The contribution of local tax revenue is considered very good, while the contribution of regional levy revenue is considered very lacking. However, the growth rate of local taxes and local levies did not achieve the expected results

Abstract

The cosmetics and household sub-sector companies are part of one of the consumer goods industry sectors listed on the IDX. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Cosmetic and Household Sub-Sector companies listed on the IDX. This type of research is associative using quantitative data types from secondary data sources. The research instrument is in the form of a list of tables in the form of financial statements containing total liabilities and total equity, an income statement consisting of net sales and net income, as well as a 2017-2021. The population used in this study were all cosmetics and household sub-sector companies listed on the IDX from 2017-2021 with a total of 10 companies. The samples in this study are 3 Cosmetics and Household Sub-Sectors listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2017-2021. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using library research and documentation. Data analysis techniques used the classical assumption test (consisting of the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test), multiple linear analysis, coefficient and determination tests, and hypothesis testing using the t test, f test. The results of the study state that the Net Profit Margin (NPM) and the Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER) together have a significant influence on stock prices
