This study aims to determine the effect of benefits and ease of use on customer decisions to use Bank Mandiri Mobile Banking in Medan City. This research was conducted from August to September 2022 at Bank Mandiri Medan. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive analysis. The population in this study is all customers who use Mobile Banking with a total of 4,103 customers.and the sample in this study is 100 customers from the population selected with Purposive Sampling Technique. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires using Likert scale measurements. The test of the research instrument used is a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 0.921 + 0.351X1 + 0.465X2 + e. The results of this study show that: benefits have a positive and significant effect on customer decisions using Bank Mandiri Mobile Banking with a significance value of 2,206 > 0.30. Ease of use has a positive and significant effect on customers' decisions to use Bank Mandiri Mobile Banking with a significance value of 3,785 > 0.00

This research aims to determine the influence of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on the purchase decision of Wardah Skincare products on the shopee marketplace through consumer trust. The respondents used in this study were women and men aged 17 years who were domiciled in the city of Medan and had purchased wardah skincare products on the shopee marketplace and filled out online customer reviews and online customer ratings. After collecting data, the sample used in this study was 100 respondents with purposive sampling method with non-probability sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that online customer reviews and online customer ratings do not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Online customer reviews have no influence on consumer confidence while online customer ratings have a significant effect on consumer confidence. Consumer trust has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The influence of online customer reviews on purchasing decisions through consumer trust is not significant while online customer ratings on purchasing decisions through consumer trust have a significant influence. The data analysis used in this study is through a structural equation modeling approach / Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Smart-PLS 3.0 software

The increase in the realization of the regional tax budget from year to year cannot be used as a guideline in measuring the success of tax collection that has been carried out by local governments. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the contribution and effectiveness of local taxes and levies so as to assist local governments in measuring the success of collecting local taxes and regional levies. The purpose of this article is to analyze the reconciliation of local tax collection in Indonesia, especially at the Regional Finance Agency of Pangkalpinang City. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The results of this study show that the average level of effectiveness of local tax collection in Pangkalpinang City in 2011-2020 can be categorized as very effective. This Regional Original Revenue is contributed by 4 types of taxes, namely restaurant tax, street lighting tax, land and building rights acquisition duty and land and building tax. Meanwhile, the growth rate of local taxes fluctuates. However, although still relatively effective, improvements are still needed so that tax revenue increases even more

This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion on the purchase decision of electrical products carried out below the line. The study used quantitative descriptive methods, sampling techniques with purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were users of the Philips lamp brand. The data used is primary data. Primary data comes from the distribution of questionnaires through google forms with a total of 125 respondents who are users of the Philips lamp brand spread across Jabodetabek with an age range of 17-55 years. Data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS). The Likert scale is used in data retrieval with a range of 1-4. The results showed that there was an influence between promotions on purchasing decisions. According to respondents, the Below The Line promotion carried out by the Philips Lighting Brand had a significant impact on making a purchase. With product displays and demonstrations, exhibitions, discounts, coupons and sales promotions, respondents immediately make purchases right away even if they are not planned

This study aims to find out more about "The Effect of Promotion and Impulse Buying Behavior on Purchasing Decisions at TikTok Shop." In accordance with the subject matter raised, namely the effect of promotion and impulse buying behavior on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop among Surabaya city students. The background of this study is the existence of consumer behavior in making a purchase due to the influence of promotions held by a company or business actor and also from consumer impulse buying behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine: how the relationship between the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop, to determine the effect of Impulse Buying behavior on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop, to determine the effect of promotion and Impulse Buying behavior on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop. The method used in this research is Quantitative method by obtaining data through distributing questionnaires with 100 respondents which were analyzed using SPSS 25. So the conclusions and results obtained from this study are Promotion and Impulse Buying behavior have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at TikTok Shop among Surabaya city students

This study aims to determine the effect of Company Size and Return On Equity (ROE) on the Company Value of the Cigarette Sub-Sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2021. Variables to measure company size are LN (Total Assets), the variable Return On Equity (ROE) measured by Net Income / Total Equity, the variable used to measure Company Value is PBV (price per share). The population of this study is companies in the manufacturing sector of the Cigarette subsector listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period with a total of 5 companies. Using the purposive sampling method, a sample of 4 companies was taken. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis tests and also classical assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests, with an alpha signification level of 5%. The results showed that the variable Company Size (Ln) did not have a significant effect on Company Value (PBV) and ROE was not significant on company value, while company size and ROE did not simultaneously affect company value

This research aims to analyze and determine the difference in the company's financial performance using the Du Pont System method. This type of research is a comparative research with the research instrument in this study is a table list in the form of data on total assets, sales, net profit and equity. The population in this study is the entire financial statements of PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure, Tbk and PT. Sepatu Bata, Tbk. The sample used in this study is the financial statements of PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure, Tbk and PT. Sepatu Bata, Tbk during the period 2014 – 2021. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This research was conducted at PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure, Tbk. and PT. Sepatu Bata, Tbk. with data access through www. Idx.com.id. The data were analyzed using Du Pont System analysis independent sample t-test. The results of the study showed that there was no difference in financial performance between PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure, Tbk. with PT. Sepatu Bata, Tbk is measured using Du Pont's Return On Investment and Du Pont's Return On Equity approach

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of fintech development on financial independence in micro-enterprises, with financial literacy and financial inclusion as intermediary variables. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. This study used primary data by taking data from questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling, so the sample size used is 385 people using the Cochran formula. Data analysis techniques in this study use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using smartPLS to be able to solve problems and assumptions raised in this study and used to test relationships between variables. The results of this study show that Fintech has a positive and significant effect on financial literacy. Fintech does not have a positive and significant influence on financial inclusion. Fintech has a positive and significant influence on financial independence, with financial literacy as an intermediary variable. Fintech has a positive and significant effect on financial independence with financial inclusion as an intermediary variable. Fintech does not have a positive and significant influence on financial independence

This study is intended to identify how the implementation of the village microfinance program by Baznas affects the development of micro-enterprises owned by mustahik in BAZNAS, Maros Regency. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods include observation, face-to-face interviews, and documentation. Research findings show that the implementation of the Village Microfinance program by the National Amil Zakat Agency in Maros Regency contributes significantly to micro-entrepreneurs in developing their businesses, especially for those who have difficulty accessing capital. This program also helps micro-entrepreneurs to overcome the impact of declining income due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to financial support, mustahik engaged in the micro business sector also receive market access assistance from the Village Microfinance program by BAZNAS, making it easier for them to promote the business products they produce

This study is to find out more about "Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions for Asus Laptops for Surabaya Students". The variety of laptop products available today encourages consumers, especially students in the city of Surabaya, to be more selective in making purchasing decisions by knowing when a laptop brand meets the criteria as an ideal laptop product. Asus is one of the trusted electronics manufacturers in Indonesia that has produced a variety of products and is a brand of pride for its consumers. The research method used is quantitative with a sampling technique of ten using non probability, the number of respondents is 100 people with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis was tested with the T test and F test. The test results show that product quality has a negative or insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for asus laptops for Surabaya students, while brand image has a positive or significant effect on purchasing decisions for asus laptops for Surabaya students. Together (simultaneously) product quality and brand image have an influence of 67% on purchasing decisions for asus laptops for students in Surabaya
