Abstract

This study examines the impact of domestic and foreign investment on economic growth in Indonesia, with the aim of understanding the factors that contribute to economic development. Economic growth is crucial for the progress of a region, but global economic growth has been disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Investment serves as a catalyst for economic growth, and this study focuses on the effects of domestic and foreign investment on economic growth in Indonesia. The research method used is correlational research with a quantitative approach. The variables analyzed include domestic investment, foreign investment, and economic growth. Secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics spanning from 2020 to 2022 are utilized for the analysis. The data is analyzed through multiple panel data regression methods, using t-tests and classical assumptions. The results from the analysis show a significant positive effect between Domestic Investment and Foreign Investment on Economic Growth in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, exchange rates on the trade balance in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods and analysis used by panel data analysts. Data collection in this study was sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The testing of this study used Eviews 12 with a sample number of 27 provinces with a total of 108 units. The results of the first panel data analysis prove that the inflation variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the trade balance, while the exchange rate has a negative and significant influence on the trade balance in Indonesia. The result explains that lower inflation will result in an increase in the trade balance. Meanwhile, the higher the exchange rate will result in a low trade balance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Transformational Leadership, Intrinsic Work Motivation, and Extrinsic Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Pandeglang Regency with Job Satisfaction as Intervening. In this study examined five variables, namely three independent variables (exogenous), one dependent variable (endogenous) and one intervening variable. The independent variables are transformational leadership, intrinsic work motivation, and extrinsic work motivation. While the dependent variables are employee performance and intervening variable satisfaction. This research was carried out at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Pandeglang Regency by sampling using saturated sampling techniques  , totaling 97 respondents. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire in the form of a list of statements accompanied by open-ended questions, then the data was analyzed using SEM (structural equation model) techniques  using the help of SmartPLS software. The first hypothesis that states that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect  on job satisfaction is supported or accepted, meaning that the higher the application of transformational leadership, the job satisfaction of employees (subordinates) will increase.  The second hypothesis that states intrinsic motivation has a positive effect is not significant  on job satisfaction, meaning that intrinsic motivation possessed by employees has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, but not significantly.  The third hypothesis that extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect  on job satisfaction is rejected, meaning that extrinsic motivation has no impact on employee job satisfaction.  The fourth hypothesis that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on  employee performance is rejected, meaning that the application of transformational leadership has no impact on improving employee performance.  The fifth hypothesis that  states that  intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect  on employee performance is rejected, meaning that the intrinsic motivation possessed by employees has not been able to improve employee performance. The sixth hypothesis that extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant  effect on employee performance is rejected, meaning that extrinsic motivation has no effect on employee performance.  The seventh hypothesis states that  job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect  on employee performance is supported or accepted, meaning that the higher the level of employee job satisfaction, the employee performance will increase

Abstract

Trade can be interpreted as a form of interaction carried out by certain actors to fulfill their needs. Often, in the international scope, the parties interacting within it are more easily categorized between one country and another, but more specifically, they are business actors in each country. Likewise, Indonesia can be said to have carried out a lot of international interaction or trade with other countries, both bilaterally and multilaterally. If studied more deeply, it can be understood that there are various types of commodities traded, including each region that contributes to it. One of them is that West Sulawesi Province also has superior products that are traded internationally or globally, not only in imports, but also in the form of exports. Available data shows that West Sulawesi Province has superior commodities but in non-oil and gas form, namely Animal or Vegetable Fats and Oils (HS Code 1518). In recent years, it has been shown that this commodity has an important role in supporting the increase in the export value of West Sulawesi Province, namely 430 million US$ in 2018, 459.2 million US$ in 2019, 503 million US$ in 2020, and 647 million US$ $ in 2021 where 91.65% of the province's export commodities are animal or vegetable fats and oils. The West Sulawesi government can provide support through policies, infrastructure development and export promotion to encourage increased exports of these commodities

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of time budget pressure, motivation and integrity on audit quality. The independent variables in this study are time budget pressure, motivation and integrity. The dependent variable in this study is audit quality. The data in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires directly to 27 auditors of the Ambon City Inspectorate and 22 Maluku Provincial Inspectorate auditors. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of per capita income, average years of schooling, expected years of schooling, life expectancy and economic growth simultaneously and significantly influencing the human development index. The research uses quantitative methods, sampling techniques with saturated samples. used is secondary data. Secondary data comes from data from the West Sulawesi Provincial Central Statistics Agency with a population of 6 (six) districts with a research year of 12 (twelve) years from 2011-2022 so that the total population is 72. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression analysis method The method used is the OLS (Ordinary Least Squares) method which is often used to estimate population regression functions from sample regression functions, classical assumption tests include heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, t tests, f tests and determinant coefficient tests (R2) which aim to determine the effect whether or not the independent variable has on the dependent variable and how big its influence is with a significance level of 5 percent (α = 5%).
