<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work stress on employee performance at PT Citra niaga logistics. in the era of globalization now many companies are demanding employees to do more without paying attention to the level of work stress on employees which results in reduced employee performance and it also has an impact on the company. Therefore, motivation and work stress are very influential on employee performance and can have an impact on the company. This study uses HRM theories related to performance, work motivation, and work stress the approach used in this study is an associative approach. This research will be conducted at PT Citra Niaga logistics Surabaya by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Citra Niaga logistics. this study used 60 respondents and the method in this study was quantitative. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, dividend policy and sales growth on company value. This study used descriptive and verifiative methods. The population in this study is 25 mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2022. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 23 companies from the period 2017 to 2022 as many as 138 observational data. The analysis technique uses panel data regression using the Eviews analysis tool. The results showed that capital structure negatively affects company value, dividend policy and sales growth have a significant positive effect on company value. The implications in this study provide useful insights for company management in making smarter and directed financial and operational decisions towards increasing company value]]>

<![CDATA[The soundness level of a bank is a comprehensive description of its financial performance which involves several critical aspects. This analysis does not only look at the extent to which a bank is able to maintain its financial stability, but also evaluates its capacity to deal with risks that may arise. The purpose of this study is to compare the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk with PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. for the 2019-2022 period using the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Assets (ROA), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). This research method is comparative qualitative. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports. Data analysis techniques by collecting data, reviewing the data obtained, calculating and analyzing it then interpreting it so that a real picture is obtained. The conclusions of the study are (1) CAR BRI and BRI are ranked 1 which means very healthy. This indicates that the two banks have a better level of capital adequacy to protect themselves from credit risk and other risks and the bank has greater ability to deal with unfavorable market conditions. (2) BRI's ROA was 2.99% higher than BNI's which reached 1.7%. This means that BRI is in a very healthy category compared to BNI which is in a healthy category. (3) The Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) of BRI and BNI shows that the two banks experience erratic increases and decreases every year, however, in terms of accumulation, BRI has a lower LDR than BNI. BRI's health level is in rank 2 in the healthy category, while BNI is in rank 3 in the fairly healthy category]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze brand signature and brand logo affect brand reputation. This research provides novelty because there has not been found before a correlation between brand signature and brand logo on brand reputation either simultaneously or partially. Purposive sampling is the sampling method used in this study, using quantitative descriptive methodology. Participants in this study used Ms Glow skincare products to become respondents spread across Indonesia. Respondents in this survey are men and women aged 15-55 years. Information with primary data as many as 106 respondents who used the Ms Glow brand and received questionnaires distributed using Google Form. The data analysis technique used in this test is Partial Least Square (PLS). This study used SmartPLS tool version 3.3.9. The results showed that there is an influence between brand signature on brand reputation as the first hypothesis. The second hypothesis suggests that brand logos influence brand reputation.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine whether there are any influences from Oveirheiad Cost, Risk Cost and Wadiah Deposits Against Murabahah Margin Acquisition at Sharia Commercial Banks. The variabeil deipeindein applied to this study is Murabahah Margin Gain, for the indeipeindein variabeil applied to this study is Oveirheiad Cost, Risk Cost and Wadiah Savings. This research takes part in the list of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in the reintime of research starting from the 2018-2022 peiriodei. The data in this study uses the following data that is processed using the Eivieiws 10 program. This study uses paneil data reigretion analysis with Fixxeid Eiffeict Modeil (FEiM) sensing. Based on the results of the hypothetical test, it can be concluded that partially the Oveirheiad Cost variabeil has no effect on obtaining murabahah margins. Partial Risk Cost may have a significant effect on murabahah margin gain and partial wadiah savings may have a significant effect on murabahah margin gain. The results of the study show that simultaneously or together variabeil oveirheiad cost, risk cost and wadiah savings may have an effect on obtaining murabahah margins]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to empirically examine the effect of performance-based budgeting and the difficulty of determining performance measures on performance accountability using a quantitative approach and tested with SPSS 24. This research was conducted on OPD of Ambon City government with a research sample of 69 employees. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The test results show that performance-based budgeting has a positive and significant effect on local government performance accountability, while difficulty determining performance measures does not affect local government performance accountability]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to test and analyze the effect of teacher work attachment on organizational commitment and innovative work behavior of teachers directly and test organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The method used in this study is quantitative research method. The sample in this study amounted to 86 respondents who were teachers at SMP Kapuas Tengah District. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model using the Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. The results showed that organizational commitment proved to mediate between work attachment and innovative work behavior of teachers. <![CDATA[The rapid development of the internet has made the development of e-commerce or online trading a new event in the Indonesian economy. Electronic Commerce and E-commerce are buying and selling activities through online media that utilize the internet, which does not need to meet face to face between sellers and buyers but uses online media as intermediaries. This research was conducted using a quantitative method with the aim of proving and analyzing the influence between the quality of information, convenience and lifestyle and purchasing decisions on e-commerce shopee. The population in this study is generation Z in Jakarta Province who have made transactions at Shopee. The sample size is 100 respondents obtained through the non-probability method with purposive sampling. This study uses primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method through the Smartpls 4 application. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency in 2020-2022. The analysis used is the Radom Effect Model (REM) method. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of career development and motivation on employee performance at the Office of the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province. The sampling technique is carried out using non-probability sampling with saturated sampling techniques. The sample of this study was taken as many as 76 respondents. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing direct questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative. Based on research that has been conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 2.190 + 0.393X1 + 0.469X2 +e which shows that career development and motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province. The results of the partial test (t-test) were obtained from the results of the assessment of career development variables that had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province. The results of the F test of career development and motivation variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province.And the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test of career development and motivation variables can explain employee performance at the Office of the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province by 0.802 or 80.2%, the remaining 19.8% is explained by other variables that are not studied in this study]]>
