Abstract

The development of the use of technology and social media, helps coffee shop businesses grow and compete. One of them is the Kenangan Coffee shop business. Some important variables that are taken into consideration for consumers in choosing which coffee shop to go to are Instagram social media marketing, brand image, and service quality. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Instagram social media marketing variables, brand image, and service quality on the purchase decision of Kopi Kenangan.This study includes quantitative research and uses questionnaires as primary data. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Partial Least Square method and using the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software applications. The results of the research obtained are Instagram social media marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. This shows that uploading content on Instagram social media can influence consumer purchasing decisions. Brand image variables do not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Service quality variables have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. This proves that good service from coffee shop employees can influence consumer purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of dividend policy, profitability, leverage, and size on firm value. This research was a quantitative study. The type of data was secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and company website. The populations of research were banking companies which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2016 period. While the samples of this study determined by purposive sampling method. The total of data were 111. The analysis method was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicated that dividend policy and size had no influenced the firm value, while profitability and leverage influenced the firm value

Abstract

Objective. This study aims to evaluate and examine the effect of transactional leadership style on employee turnover at PT Lion Express. Method. The research method used is a quantitative approach, where data collection is done through questionnaires. The population of this study consisted of former employees at PT Lion Express, which amounted to 73 individuals. The sample was taken using the saturated sampling method. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS version 25 software, with descriptive analysis methods and hypothesis testing in the form of regression analysis. Results. This research shows that transactional leadership style has a significant influence on employee turnover of PT Lion Express. This study also shows that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The results of this study confirm that transactional leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee turnover. Implication. The findings provide valuable insights for the management of PT Lion Express, who may consider evaluating and possibly changing the applied leadership style to reduce employee turnover rate as well as against companies with similar leadership styles.

Abstract

This research was made to identify the emergence of the quiet quitting phenomenon, the contributing factors associated with the trend of work-life balance, and the follow-up impacts that happen in an educational institution through a qualitative-descriptive method approach with data collection through interviews and literature studies.. The results showed that most employees are indicated to have done quiet quitting due to various reasons, such as efforts for work-life balance to reduce the level of burnout or stress due to workloads that are not proportional to compensation and expectations, which results in the level of job satisfaction continuing to drop. However, employees in an educational institution that promotes Merdeka Belajar curriculum are demanded to constantly make a variety of teaching and learning innovations, be responsive in dealing with the changing era, responsive in dealing with educational problems, and continue to develop their own capacity as educators and agents of change. Therefore, teachers and school staff should not lose their passion and enthusiasm for work to increase their motivation to make the Merdeka Belajar movement a successful program for the sake of Indonesian education and the betterment of the nation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of internal control and individual morality on the tendency of fraud in managing funds of PT. Andalas Mitra Prestasi Unit Sungai Penuh, and to determine the influence of internal control and individual morality together affect the tendency of fraud in the management of funds Distributor PT. Andalas Mitra Prestasi Unit Sungai Penuh. The result of the study is that from the results of the partial test (Test t) shows that the internal control variable does not affect the tendency of fraud in the management of funds of PT. Abstract

Various human activities make transportation services as a support in every activity. One of them is the intercity and interprovincial (AKAP) bus transportation service which from year to year is increasing. Thus, business owners must be able to compete and create innovation. The purpose of the research is to understand the impact of service quality and customer experience on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PO Bejeu Jepara. The approach used was quantitative with 110 samples analyzed using the SEM method using the Smart-PLS device version 4.0.  The tests are outer model tests, inner model tests, mediation tests, and hypothesis tests. The validity test is valid because the loading factor has a value greater than 0.7 and an AVE value greater than 0.5. Reliability tests are considered reliable, because composite reliability &; Cronbach's alpha have values greater than 0.7. From the mediation test, it was revealed that service quality to customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction was called Partial Mediation. Likewise with customer experience to customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The conclusion is that the quality of service and customer experience have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of inflation and foreign investment on gross regional domestic product in Indonesian provinces. This research uses a quantitative approach that intends to explore high and low GDP in Indonesian provinces. The population in this study is all provinces in Indonesia amounting to 38, sampling techniques using purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 provinces that meet the criteria. The analysis used is Panel Data Regression with the help of eviews 12 software. The results of the analysis show that inflation has a real impact on the increase in gross regional domestic product, then foreign investment also proves that it can significantly affect the increase in gross regonal domestic product

Abstract

Financial knowledge is the main element in carrying out business activities, the advice and desire of business actors to continually improve their financial knowledge is the main factor in ensuring business continuity. This study is oriented towards explaining the dimensions of financial knowledge regarding financial management among 53 MSME actors in Mariso District, Makassar City. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique, but there were 23 respondents whose statements were not filled in completely so they could not be used. The test results provide evidence that financial knowledge which is characterized by the dimensions of knowledge of personal finance, knowledge of investment and knowledge of insurance has an effect. which is positive and significant for the financial management of MSME actors, there is only one dimension of knowledge, namely the dimension of knowledge about savings and loans which shows positive results but is not significant in improving the ability of business actors to carry out financial management. These results explain that in general the financial knowledge possessed by MSME actors in Makassar City tends to be high so that it can improve the financial management of MSME businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to control the quality of Bakerold bakery products in Lubang Buaya, East Jakarta by analyzing the overall amount of bread produced and the amount of bread damaged at a certain period of time using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method, namely (check sheet, histogram, pareto diagram, cause and effect diagram and control chart) so as to determine the factors that cause disability and prevention carried out. The results of the analysis control chart show that the amount of production inspected in February 2022 was 8,724 pcs, the amount of damage was 137 pcs. The supervisory limit is UCL 0.0359, LCL is 0 because it concerns the product, the smallest value is 0. The results showed that there were 5 points of abnormal behavior that were outside the quality control limit or Upper Control Limit (UCL), the cause of deviations in the quality of Bakerold bread was caused by dough not rising and burnt caused by 4 factors, namely, humans, machines, materials and methods. The solution is done through monitoring work and urging employees to be more thorough in working, coordinating between departments and making written work guidelines, and conducting briefings and evaluations to employees regularly to reduce the occurrence of errors and evaluating employees regularly to reduce the occurrence of errors

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of education, work experience and attitudes on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Sungai Full City partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all teachers who held positions/classes at SMP Negeri 6 Sungai Full City, namely 30 people. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis tools used are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Sungai Full City, simultaneously there is a significant influence between education, work experience and attitudes towards teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Kota Sungai Full, which can be proven. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the influence of education, work experience and attitudes on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Sungai Full is 66.7%. Meanwhile, the remaining 33.3% is explained by other causal factors not examined in this study
