Abstract

This study aims to examine leadership, working conditions, and facilities on job satisfaction of general hospital employees Mayjen H.A. Thalib. While the sample in this study were general hospital employees Mayjen H.A. Thalib which amounted to 34 respondent. Data collection techniques in this study are primary data collected through the  distribution of questionnaires to respondents. This research method uses qualilative methods, while the analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. Partially there is an influence between learership (X!) on job satisfaction (Y) in public hospital Mayjen H.A. Thalib evidenced by the value of t arithmetic > t table t value where the magnitude of the influence of leardership on job satisfaction of general hospital employees Mayjen H.A. Thalib by 17,4%. There is a positive and sifnificant effect between working condition (X2) partially on job satisfaction (Y) at the general hospital Mayjen H.A. Thalib was proven by the value of t count = 2,872% (t tabel 2,042%) with a significant = 0,007% (significant < 0,050%). Where the effect of working conditions on job satisfaction of general hospital employees Mayjen H.A. Thalib of 20. 04%. There is a positive and significant effect between facilities (X3) partially on job satisfaction (Y) at the general hospital Mayjen H.A. Thalib evidenced by the value of t count = 2.224 (t table > 2.042) with a significant value = 0.034 (significant < 0.050). the magnitude of the influence of facilities on job satisfaction of Mayjen H.A.Thalib general hospital employees. Talib by 5.8%. there is a simultaneous influence between leadership (X1), working condition (X2), and facilities (X3) on job satisfaction (Y) which is 43.3%. while the side 56.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work stress, workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi in Kab. Mukomuko. This type of research is quantitative, where this research uses numerical data and the research process emphasizes measuring objective results using statistical analysis. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 107 respondents using saturated sampling techniques, where all members of the population were sampled, using instrument tests (validity tests and reliability tests), descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests) multiple linear regression and t test, with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the research show that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi in Kab. Mukomuko, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi in Kab. Mukomuko, and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi in Kab. Mukomuko. Which means the first hypothesis is accepted, the second hypothesis is accepted and the third hypothesis is accepted

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Employee Job Involvement, Job Loyalty, and Team Cooperation on Employee Performance at PT. Agro Wira Ligatsa Pasaman Barat. The independent variables used in this study are Employee Job Involvement, Job Loyalty, and Team Cooperation. Meanwhile, the dependent variable in this research is Employee Performance. The determination of the research sample uses the Total Sampling method, and a sample of 112 employees is obtained. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence of employee job involvement on employee performance, thus accepting the first hypothesis. There is a significant influence of job loyalty on employee performance, thus accepting the second hypothesis. There is a significant influence of team cooperation on employee performance, thus accepting the third hypothesis

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance in Perumda Tirta Khayangan (full river city). The variables used in this research include the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y), and the independent variables, namely transformational leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2). This type of research uses a quantitative method, wanting to collect data by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using total sampling, namely a non-random sampling technique. By using instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this research show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of Return On Assets and Current Ratio on Company Value with Company Size as a moderating variable in Transport Sub Sector Companies listed on the BEI for the 2013-2022 Period. By using a sample of 2 companies and the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis tool, t test, F test and determinant coefficient, the result was that Return On Assets did not have a significant effect on Company Value (PBV) in Transport Sub Sector Companies Listed on the BEI for the 2013-2013 Period. 2022, with a t_count value of 0.282 < t_table of 2.101 while the Sig Return On Asset (X1) value is 0.781 > Sig 0.05, the Current Ratio has no significant effect on Company Value (PBV) in Transport Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2013 Period -2022, with a t_count value of -0.695 > t_table of - 2.101 while the Sig Current Ratio (X2) value is 0.496 > Sig 0.05, Company Size does not moderate the influence of Return On Assets on Company Value (PBV) in Transport Sub Sector Companies Which Registered on the IDX for the 2013-2022 period, with a calculated t_value of 1.431< t_table of 2.145 while the Sig. 0.173 > from the Sig value. 0.05, Company Size does not moderate the influence of the Current Ratio on Company Value (PBV) in Transport Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2013-2022 Period, with a calculated t_value of 1.564 < t_table of 2.145 while the Sig. 0.139 > Sig. 0.05 (alpha).

Abstract

Ecological problems have become one of the current issues. A Human-centered mentality, causes humans to view themselves as the masters of all creation. This view gives rise to acts of exploitation of nature which lead to disasters in the form of environmental pollution, the fact that environmental pollution problems are carried out by companies is a symbol of the failure of planning and design carried out by companies. This causes a business environment to be able to maintain its business processes so that companies must implement appropriate strategies to achieve company survival and sustainable development. thus the companies need to implement Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) in relation to innovation strategy which can provide many benefits for its users, including increasing product innovation, with the hope that companies can create innovative, quality and environmentally friendly products so that they can overcome the ecological crisis. This research aims to determine implementation Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) in relation to innovation strategy to overcome the ecological crisis. The approach model used in this research is the library approach. The research results explain that every company that carries out its activities uses environmentally friendly concepts through implementation Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) will have a higher value compared to other companies, so it can be concluded that the implementation Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) in relation to innovation strategy, can create quality products, and be a controller to increase product innovation as a means of overcoming the ecological crisis

Abstract

PT Sarana Multigriya Financially (Persero), hereinafter referred to as SMF or the Company, cannot be separated from the history of the Indonesian nation. This history began in 1983, where the government discussed the establishment of secondary housing finance institutions among housing finance industry stakeholders. This research uses quantitative methods, namely explaining the relationship between variables, testing theories, making a picture or descriptive about a situation objectively using numbers, starting from data collection, data interpretation and appearance and results. measured by Return Of Assets (ROA) in 2011-2021 fluctuated with an average ROA value of 0.0199 or 1.99%. The DER value of PT Multigriya Keuangan Persero in 2011-2012 fluctuated with an average value of 0.556 or 55.68%. Ln Value Total assets of PT Multigriya Finansial Persero in 2011-2012 experienced an average value fluctuation of 29.44 or 2.520%. The Current Ratio (CR) of PT Multigriya Finansial Persero in 2011-2012 experienced an average value fluctuation of 29.44 or 2.520%. Based on the results of the t test, a calculated value of 0.060 was obtained with a significance level of 0.954. The amount of influence of each independent variable on the dependent variables, namely Capital Structure, Company Size, and Liquidity on the Profitability of PT. The Company's Financial Multigriya for the 2011-2021 period amounted to 64.5%. While the rest (100% - 64.5%) i.e. 35.5% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of marketing mix on the purchase decision of scarlett whitening products.  The analysis method in this study using quantitative primary data, the test stages carried out are: validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The data used in this study used a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale, and valid data that was collected as many as 100 respondents. The sampling method in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling techniques. The testing tool used is SPSS 25. The results showed that variables in the marketing mix, namely products, places, and promotions, had a partial effect on purchasing decisions, while price variables did not partially affect purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of viral marketing on buying interest in mother of pearl product on the Tik Tok application. Novelty in this research where case studies used have not been found in partial and simultaneous correlations. The method applied in this study is a quantitative descriptive method.  Research data comes from primary data. Taking. Sampling is taken by purposive sampling with the criteria that the respondent has never bought a mother of pearl product.  Male and Female respondents were involved in this study with an age range of 17-55 years.Determination of the number of samples using the slovin sampling formula. Respondents involved in the study were 100. The data testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The Likert scale is used to determine the answers by respondents. Based on the research results, it showed viral marketing variable have a positive and significant effect partially on the purchase intention variable. If Viral Marketing increased then purchase intention buy interest in mother of pearl products.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted by the South Pesisir Education and Culture Office. The sample in this research was all employees, totaling 54 respondents. This research is quantitative research and the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the leadership style variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Pesisir Selatan Education and Culture Service, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Pesisir Selatan Education and Culture Service, and work discipline has a positive and significant influence significantly to the performance of employees at the Pesisir Selatan Education and Culture Service, with each calculated t value being greater than the t table and the significant value being smaller than alpha. The conclusion is that the first hypothesis is accepted, the second hypothesis is accepted and the third hypothesis is accepted
