Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using the Canva application as a learning medium in science subjects at elementary schools through a literature review method. The data used are secondary data obtained from various journals, scientific articles, and conference proceedings. The analysis of six scientific works indicates that the use of Canva has a positive impact on increasing students' learning motivation, academic performance, and creativity. Canva's features, which allow the creation of interactive learning media such as videos and visualizations of abstract concepts, facilitate educators in delivering material. Additionally, Canva helps enhance students' science literacy by presenting engaging content aligned with 21st-century technological advancements. The platform is also considered practical and user-friendly for teachers, requiring no special design skills. However, some limitations were identified in its application, such as the frequent combination of Canva with other learning media and suboptimal implementation in online learning. In conclusion, Canva is an innovative, effective, and relevant learning tool to improve the quality of science education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of flash card media in improving the reading ability of class I students at SDN Semolowaru 1 Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental design method, namely Pre Experimental Design in the form of One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The research subjects were class I students at SDN Semolowaru 1 Surabaya. Class 1 students totaling 23 students with 10 male students and 13 female students. The data collection technique uses tests in the form of a pre-test before giving treatment and a post-test after the treatment is given, to compare the results before and after using flash card media. The validity of the instrument used is construct validity using SPSS version 25 tools. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive quantitative analysis techniques and paired t-test. The research results showed three main findings: first, students' reading ability before using flash card media was classified as poor with an average score of 55; second, students' reading ability after using flash card media increased with an average score of 83.5; third, there is a significant influence on students' reading ability after using flash card media, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. This research concludes that the use of flash card media is effective in improving the reading ability of class I students at SDN Semolowaru 1 Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the Jigsaw learning model in improving mathematics learning outcomes among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Kuanyar. The study involved 21 students as subjects, employing a quantitative approach with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. Data collection was conducted using learning outcome tests in each learning cycle. The results indicate that the use of the Jigsaw model significantly positively impacts students' learning outcomes. Data analysis using this method shows a mean value of -29.523, with a standard deviation of 9.47428 and a standard error mean of 2.06746. Furthermore, the obtained t-value is -14.280, with a two-tailed significance of 0.000. Since the significance value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), this indicates a significant effect of the learning model on students' learning outcomes. The Jigsaw learning model plays a crucial role in enhancing students' attention and interest during the learning process. This model encourages students to be more confident, responsible, and actively engaged in problem-solving within their groups, making it effective in improving the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Kuanyar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the positive and negative impacts of using handphone both at school and at home, on the social development of fifth grade students of Al Fattah Islamic Elementary School. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research type that focuses on case studies. The subjects studied were fifth grade students of Al Fattah Islamic Elementary School. Data collection was conducted through observation, questionnaires, and interviews condensation with 10 fifth grade students selected using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used was the Miles, Huberman, & Saldana, namely data, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the impact of mobile phone use on students includes positive and negative impacts, where the negative impacts are greater than the positive impacts. The negative impacts of handphone use are that it makes students dependent, reduces students' social interaction with peers and the surrounding environment, students are less active in discussions or group work, students often say and behave impolitely, and students become indifferent to the surrounding environment and tend to be more interested in virtual interactions than direct interactions so that they become passive individuals and develop towards anti-social individuals. While the positive impacts of handphone use are that students find it easier to communicate with friends and find information or learning materials that are not yet known.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Era digital saat ini juga berpengaruh dalam dunia pendidikan. Karakteristik siswa sudah banyak yang dekat dengan teknologi serta dilihat dari kemampuan pihak sekolah dalam menfasilitasi teknologi agar pendidik dan sekolah mengintegrasikan pendekatan TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, Content Knowleedge) untuk melaksanakan pendidikan di era digital. Penelitian ini mempunyai maksud tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Integrasi Pendekatan TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, Content Knowleedge) Sekolah Dasar SIKL untuk melaksanakan pendiidkan era digital. Adapun metode atau cara yang diterapkan peneliti terhadap laporan ini adalah dengan metode atau cara kualitatif, yakni pengumpulan sumber data yang berasal dari wawancara secara virtual serta jurnal penelitian yang mana lebih mengutamakan pada tema Integrasi Pendekatan TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, Content Knowleedge) untuk melaksanakan pendidikan di era digital. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Integrasi Pendekatan TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, Content Knowleedge) merupakan kerangka pembelajaran untuk mengolah berbagai bentuk pembelajaran baru yang menggunakan penggabungan tiga komponen penting antara lain teknologi, pedagogic, dan konten/materi pengetahuan, serta didalamnya terdiri dari tujuh komponen TPACK yaitu CK (Content Knowledge), PK (Pedagogy Knowledge), TK (Technology Knowledge), TPK (Technological Pedagogical Knowledge), TCK (Technological Content Knowledge), PCK (Pendagogical Content Knowledge) dan TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge). Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan integrasi pendekatan TPACK di era digital pada masa pandemic covid-19 tetap menerapkan blended learning dengan menggunakan domain google classroom sebagai platform pembelajaran di kelas. This study has the objective of describing the integration of the TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, Content Knowleedge) approach to the SIKL Elementary School to carry out education in the digital era. The method or method applied by researchers to this report is the qualitative method or method, namely the collection of data sources from virtual interviews and research journals which prioritize the theme of Integration of the TPACK Approach (Technological, Pedagogical, Content Knowleedge) to carry out education. in the digital age. This research shows that, the Integration of the TPACK Approach (Technological, Pedagogical, Content Knowleedge) is a learning framework for processing various new forms of learning that use the combination of three important components, namely technology, pedagogics, and content / material knowledge, and it consists of seven TPACK components. namely CK (Content Knowledge), PK (Pedagogy Knowledge), TK (Technology Knowledge), TPK (Technological Pedagogical Knowledge), TCK (Technological Content Knowledge), PCK (Pendagogical Content Knowledge) and TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge). Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) in overcoming problems related to the integration of the TPACK approach in the digital era during the Covid-19 pandemic continues to apply blended learning by using the google classroom domain as a learning platform in the classroom. Abstract

Pendidikan yang berkualitas menjadi dasar pengembangan dan kemajuan pada era globalisasi. Oleh karenanya perlu diterapkannya paradigma baru berupa peningkatan kualitas pendidikan yang harus dikelola dan diselenggarakan oleh pihak pendidikan sebagai respon kebijakan pemerintah dan keinginan masyarakat. Dalam menjalankan fungsi manajemen dalam setiap lembaga pendidikan tidak terkecuali di Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) perlu adanya Implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) sebagai usaha dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dimasa mendatang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) di Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) Malaysia di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat eksplanatori yaitu penjelasan terhadap topik implementasu Total Qualiti Management (TQM), Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi tidak langsung, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisa data kualitatif yang dianalisa dengan metode Deskriptif. Hasil penelitian terhadap implementasi menunjukan bahwa terdapat ada 5 langkah yang dilakukan SIKL Malaysia dalam mengimplementasikan TQM diantaranya : 1) perbaikan secara terus menerus (continous improvement); 2) menentukan Standar Mutu, (Quality assurance); 3) perubahan kultur (change of culture); 4) perubahan organisasi (upsidedown-organization); dan 5) mempertahankan hubungan dengan pelanggan (keeping close to the customer). Abstract

Kedisilinan merupakan salah satu proses pembentukan perilaku siswa. Kedisiplinan merupakan salah satu hal penting yang berpengaruh dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan peran guru dan orang tua sebagai contoh dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan anak. Daily report merupakan suatu program yang berisi kegatan-kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mendisiplinkan siswa dengan cara siswa melakukan kegiatan secara terus menerus dan sistematis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui deskripsi mengenai desain, pelaksanaan, keberhasilan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan dari program daily report siswa kelas 3B di MI Hidayatun Najah Tuban. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu dengan memberikan gambaran secara langsung mengenai fakta-fakta yang berkaitan dengan desain, pelaksanaan kolaborasi antara guru dengan orang tua siswa, keberhasilan dan faktor pendukung serta penghambat proses pelaksanaan program daily report untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data bahwa implementasi daily report dengan cara mengisi buku yang berisi item-item yang harus dikerjakan oleh siswa dalam satu hari, dan sebagian diisi oleh orang tua dan Sebagian lagi diisi oleh guru. Ketika di rumah orang tua mengisi kegiatan yang harus di lakukan pada saat di rumah, dan ketika berada di sekolah guru yang mengisi kegiatan yang ada di sekolah pada buku penghubung siswa. Untuk mengisi buku penghubung dengan cara memasukkan angka 1 untuk item yang dikerjakan dan mengisi angka 0 untuk yang tidak dikerjakan oleh siswa, serta ketika siswa tidak sholih. Daily report ini dapat membentuk kebiasaan baik siswa karena secara tidak langsung siswa dipaksa untuk mengerjakan sesuatu yang positif secara terus menerus. Dari kebiasaan-kebiasaan positif tersebut maka terbentuklah kedisiplinan siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berhitung siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika materi pengurangan bilangan susun panjang kelas I A MI KH. Romly Tamim Belung Kecamatan Poncokusumo Kabupaten Malang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa pada meteri pengurangan bilangan susun panjang kelas I A MI KH. Romly Tamim semester genap tahun pelajaran 2021-2022 melalui media Lalutu (Place Value Tube). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I, 12 orang atau 48 % siswa mencapai KKM, dengan rata-rata nilai 70,2. Pada siklus II, 17 orang atau 70 %siswa mencapai KKM dengan rata-rata nilai 75,96. Dari peningkatan ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, penggunaan media Lalutu (Place Value Tube) terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa kelas 1 A MI KH. Romly Tamim Belung.

Abstract

Abstrak: Akidah Akhlak merupakan ilustrasi yang signifikan dalam menyampaikan cara berperilaku hormat dari usia anak muda sekarang. Karena sifatnya yang teoritis, dalam mempelajari Akidah Akhlak, masih diperlukan objek-objek yang menjadi mediator atau pelatihan yang membantu kapasitas tersebut untuk berinteraksi sehingga realitas mudah dipahami orang banyak. Pemilihan media yang tepat dapat menjadi penopang tantangan siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dalam menangkap materi. Tujuan kajian tulisan ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan media aktual (lingkungan) dalam pembelajaran akidah akhlak untuk kelas bawah MI/SD. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian yaitu peran lingkungan sebagai mediator dalam pembelajaran Akhlak-Akidah di MI/SD sangat penting dan mendukung pembelajaran siswa. Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan lingkungan dapat mengembangkan sisi pedagogisnya. Adapun simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan lingkungan dan menekankan proses dirancang untuk memberikan siswa pengalaman langsung dan memungkinkan pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak yang bermakna dan berkualitas. Kata kunci; Media, investigasi, belajar Akidah Akhlak Abstract: Akidah Akhlak is a significant illustration in conveying how to behave respectfully from the young age of today. Due to its theoretical nature, in studying Akidah Akhlak, objects are still needed to become mediators or training that helps the capacity to interact so that reality is easily understood by many people. The selection of the right media can support the challenges of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in capturing the material. The purpose of this study is to find out the actual use of media (environment) in learning morals for the lower class of MI/SD. This research method uses literature study. The result of the research is that the role of the environment as a mediator in learning morality in MI/SD is very important and supports student learning. Learning by using the environment can develop its pedagogical side. The conclusion of this research is that learning activities that utilize the environment and emphasize the process are designed to give students direct experience and enable meaningful and quality learning of Akidah Akhlak.

Abstract

Educational institutions have various kinds of religious cultures that are applied in their organizational systems. However, not all educational institutions have their own culture, which is a characteristic of these educational institutions. Spiritual attitudes are very appropriate to be implemented in the school environment, and this is because schools are a place for interaction between others, gathering with peers, and communication, so it becomes a very strategic place for fostering, directing, and preparing students to become religious figures. This study aims to determine religious culture, the formation of spiritual attitudes, and the influence of religious culture on the spiritual perspectives of students at SD Terpadu Ainul Ulum Pulung Ponorogo. This type of research is quantitative with questionnaires and documentation data collection procedures; the object of this research is SD Terpadu Ainul Ulum Pulung. The population of this research is the students of SD Terpadu Ainul Ulum, while the sample is 50% of the population, which is 45 students. Data related to religious culture and students' spiritual attitudes were analyzed correlational, while data associated with the influence of religious culture on spiritual attitudes were analyzed correlational using the Contingency Correlation formula. The results of data analysis: (1) The application of religious culture is good. This is known from the results of the study, which showed the highest percentage (73%), (2) students' spiritual attitudes were in a good category. This is known from the results of the study, which showed the highest percentage was 62.2%), (3) Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between religious culture on the self-adjustment ability of SD Terpadu Ainul Pulung Ponorogo students.. Keywords: Religious culture; Learners, Spiritual Attitude Abstrak: Lembaga pendidikan memiliki berbagai macam budaya religius yang diterapkan didalam sistem organisasinya. Namun tidak semua lembaga pendidikan memiliki budaya tersendiri yang menjadi suatu ciri khas bagi lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Sikap spiritual sangat tepat diimplementasikan di lingkungan sekolah, hal ini disebabkan karena sekolah merupakan salah satu wadah untuk interkasi antar sesama, kumpul dengan sebaya, komunaksi, sehingga menjadi tempat yang sangat strategis dalam membina, mengarahkan dan mempersiapkan peserta didik menjadi sosok yang religius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui budaya religius, pembentukan sikap spiritual, dan pengaruh budaya religius terhadap sikap spiritual peserta didik di SD Terpadu Ainul Ulum Pulung Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan prosedur pengumpulan data kuesioner dan dokumentasi, objek penelitian ini yakni SD Terpadu Ainul Ulum Pulung. Populasi dari penelitian ini yakni selurus siswa siswi SD Terpadu Ainul Ulum, sedangkan sampelya yakni 50% dari populasi yaitu 45 siswa. Data yang terkait tentang buadaya religius dan sikap spiritual siswa dianalisis secara korelasional, sedangkan data terkait dengan pengaruh budaya religius terhadap perilaku sikap spiritual dianalisis secara korelasional dengan rumus Korelasi Kontingensi. Hasil analisis data: (1) Penerapan budaya religius sudah baik. Hal ini diketahui dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan prosentase tertinggi (73%), (2) Sikap Spiritual siswa termasuk kategori baik. Hal ini diketahui dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan prosentase tertinggi 62,2%), (3) Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya religius terhadap kemampuan penyesuaian diri siswa SD Terpadu Ainul Pulung Ponorogo.
