Abstract

This research aims to assess the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee effectiveness in the Office of Housing, Settlement, and Land Affairs in Bogor Regency. A quantitative research with an explanatory survey approach was conducted, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources from 77 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate a significant impact of leadership style (X1) and organizational culture (X2) on work effectiveness. Partially, leadership style has a significant influence, while organizational culture has a positive effect albeit with a lower level of significance. The leadership style variable plays a dominant role in influencing work effectiveness with a contribution of 37.1%. Overall, leadership style and organizational culture collectively have a positive impact on work effectiveness by 27.4%, while the remaining 72.6% is influenced by other factors not addressed in this study.

Abstract

Investment is the activity of investing capital in the present with the aim of getting profits in the future. A realistic investor will invest his funds in stocks that have high returns but with low risk. To minimize a risk, an optimal portfolio is formed. The optimal portfolio is a combination of expected return with minimal risk. The single index model underlies that the market price index is in line with the price of securities. This study aims to determine the return and risk, as well as to choose the optimal portfolio and the proportion of funds in the Energy Sector Index stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that there were 5 stocks included in the optimal portfolio with the proportion of funds for each stock, namely HRUM by 2%, MEDC by 10%, INDY by 7%, DOID by 80% and PTRO by 1%. With an expected return of 3.4% and a risk of 8.1%. Careful investors can diversify portfolios rather than investing entirely in individual stocks, to minimize risk.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, promotion, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Heaven Lights brand Muslim clothing in Bogor City. The result show that : 1) The product quality variable affects the purchase decision of Heaven Lights Muslim clothing in Bogor City with a tcount value of 3.802 ≥ t table (1.660) and a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.1. (2) The price variable has no effect on the purchase decision of Heaven Lights Muslim clothing in Bogor City with a tcount value of 1.067 ≤ t table (1.66) and a significance value of 0.289 ≥ 0.1. (3) The promotion variable has no effect on the purchase decision of Heaven Lights Muslim clothing in Bogor City with a tcount value of 1.558 ≤ t table (1.66) and a significance value of 0.122 ≥ 0.1. (4) The brand image variable affects the purchase decision of Heaven Lights Muslim clothing in Bogor City with a tcount value of 5.095 ≥ t table (1.66) and a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.1. (5) The variables of product quality, price, promotion, and brand image jointly influence the purchasing decision of Heaven Lights Muslim clothing in the city of Bogor with an Fhitung value of 94.561 ≥ Ftabel (2.00) and a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.1.

Abstract

A number of nations, including Indonesia, saw the effects of the worldwide economic downturn that started in 2020 with the horrific COVID-19 epidemic. As a result, many businesses saw a drop in sales and a corresponding decrease in profitability. This study aims to examine the relationship between the Solvency Ratio (DER), the Current Ratio (CR), and the Return on Equity (ROE) as they pertain to food and beverage firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and their profit growth. This research used financial records and data acquired via deliberate sampling from food and beverage firms listed on the IDX from 2018 to 2022. Profit growth is significantly impacted by return on equity (ROE), as shown in the analysis. It would seem that the growth in profits is unaffected by either the Current Ratio (CR) or the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Profit growth for the food and beverage sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022 is influenced by Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER).

Abstract

This study is to determine the influence of product variations and promotions on purchases at Kopi Kulo Galuh Mas Karawang. This type of research is kuantitative research. The population of this study were consumers who had already shopped and would shop at Kopi Kulo and the number of samples to be studied was 96 respondents. The sampling technique uses the lemeshow sample. In obtaining data and information that will support this research, the authors collect data by means of observations, questionnaires, literature studies. The results of the study obtained that product variations have a positive and significant effect partially on purchasing decisions at Kopi Kulo Galuh Mas Karawang, Promotions have a partial positive effect on purchasing decisions at Kopi Kulo Galuh Mas Karawang, and Product variations and promotions have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Kopi Kulo Galuh Mas Karawang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between price engagement, consumer loyalty, and repurchase intention at d'SRUPUT UNSIKA. This research uses a case study design to investigate complex phenomena in the context of d'SRUPUT UNSIKA. The target population consisted of 3,000 customers selected based on certain criteria such as frequency of visits or purchasing patterns. This method allowed for an in-depth exploration of the role of price engagement and consumer loyalty in driving repeat purchase interest. The study found a significant positive impact of price engagement on repurchase intention, while consumer loyalty had no significant positive effect. Recommendations include diversifying research variables beyond price engagement and loyalty, as well as considering factors such as product quality, taste, and promotion for a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of perceived usefulness on intention to use and want to know how the effect of perceived ease of use on intention to use. This type of research is a verification research. The population of this study is Management Students class of 2019 at Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang who have used the ShopeePay E-wallet more than twice and the resulting number is 103 respondents. Sampling uses a quantitative approach and the technique of determining the sample is using a multistage random sampling technique, through two steps. In obtaining data and information that will support this research, the authors collect data by distributing questionnaires. The research results show that the ease of use of the ShopeePay E-wallet has a significant effect on interest in use. This can be seen from the statistical results which show the coefficient value obtained with an F-count value of 9.518 > F-table of 3.09 with a meaning of 0.000 <0.05, meaning visible convenience and convenience at the same time affect interest in using the ShopeePay E-wallet . The consequence of repeating respondents' reactions from the apparent usefulness factor, seeing the simplicity of interest in utilizing the ShopeePay E-wallet shows that the maximum total score is close to the scale range, namely 515.4 and shows the result of the total score, which is 495.0 (Strongly Agree). Thus each variable shows a positive attitude in using the ShopeePay E-wallet.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the services provided to BPJS patients in Cihampelas District, West Bandung Regency. The research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the healthcare services provided at Klinik Pratama and Apotek Mulia Medika for BPJS participants are quite good. Patients are satisfied with the quality of services provided, including administration, medication services, and the comfort of the waiting room. However, there are still some challenges related to participants' understanding of BPJS facilities and accessibility barriers. This study offers valuable insights into the quality of BPJS services at primary healthcare facilities and can serve as an evaluation tool for service improvement in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the finances of PT Kino Indonesia Tbk using the vertical method and horizontal method. Results of vertical analysis of PT Kino Indonesia Tbk for the 2018-2022 period in the financial report shows that its financial performance fluctuates every year and shows quite good results seen from the value of liabilities being smaller than equity. Meanwhile, vertical analysis in the 2018-2019 profit and loss report shows a significant increase. from the profit percentage each year, but in 2020-2022 there was a decline due to the start of the coronavirus pandemic until the end of the pandemic period which caused limited business movements in various industries. Results of horizontal analysis of PT Kino Indonesia Tbk for the 2018-2022 period in the financial report show that the financial performance for 2018-2021 is quite good, judging by the percentage of total liabilities which always decreases, and total assets are greater than total liabilities, but in 2022 the results show less well, judging by the percentage increase in liabilities. short-term. Meanwhile, the horizontal analysis of the 2018-2019 profit and loss report shows quite good results assessed by the percentage of revenue that has increased, but in 2020-2022 the results are less good assessed from the percentage of revenue and profit for the current year that has decreased.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of service performance and consumer expectations as well as service indicators that are the company's priorities. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The number of samples is 100 samples with data analysis including service quality analysis, CSI analysis and IPA analysis (Importance Performance Analysis). The research results show that: (1) Based on the results of the gap analysis, it can be seen that almost all indicators have negative values. There is 1 indicator that has a positive value, namely indicator number 7, namely: "Negro Car Repair Mechanics in Palembang, South Sumatra provide accurate information regarding workshop services" with a percentage value of 102.47%, which means that for this indicator consumers feel very satisfied. Meanwhile, other indicators have a negative sign, which means that services related to these other indicators have not 100% met consumer expectations. (2) The results of the CSI analysis show that the CSI value is 70.67%. Based on the CSI analysis assessment criteria, this figure is in the quite satisfied criteria, this shows that consumers or service users at the Negro Palembang South Sumatra workshop feel quite satisfied with the service performance provided by the company, in this case the Palembang Negro South Sumatra workshop. (3) Service performance indicators that are a priority for improvement are indicators that are in quadrant I on the Cartesian diagram of IPA analysis (Importance Performance Analysis).
