Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of price and trust on consumer interest in using the travel services of PT. Anugerah Quba Mandiri for Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. A quantitative method was employed, collecting data through surveys from 69 respondents, who were potential or actual customers. A structured survey instrument was utilized to measure respondents' perceptions regarding price, trust, and consumer interest. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to evaluate the relationship between price and trust with consumer interest. Additionally, validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the authenticity and dependability of the research instrument. The research findings indicate that price significantly influences consumer interest in utilizing the travel services of PT. Anugerah Quba Mandiri (t = 7.266, p < .001). However, trust does not show a significant influence (t = -0.293, p = .770.

Abstract

This community service aims to find out how Zafa Tour Bengkulu's strategy is to increase understanding of the congregation. Ensuring the congregation's understanding is in accordance with the Shari'a is an important task for PT. Zafa Mulia Mandiri, even for all other travelers. However, before going into the strategy itself further, there are several things that Zafa Tour Bengkulu must pay attention to. The methods used in this service activity are lecture methods, question and answer sessions and simulations in the form of practice accompanied by demonstrations by the presenters, the congregation present and the entire committee. Through this ritual activity, the congregation shows increased understanding through being active during the activity and briefly summarizing the insights gained. However, even though rituals are regularly held, regular evaluations and various teaching innovations may be needed so that learning is memorable and well received by the congregation.

Abstract

In brief, public budgeting can be described as a financial plan that outlines various costs related to the plans made (expenditures) and how much and in what way to obtain money to fund those plans (revenue). The purpose of this research is to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of budget use in the Library and Archive Office of Seluma Regency. The analysis method used in this study is descriptive method. The results of the study show that the spending efficiency of the office in 2019 had an efficiency level of 38.92%, which increased to 59.65% in 2020. From the perspective of this efficiency change, it can be seen as a decrease in efficiency, but it remains in the very efficient interval since the ratio value is still below 60%. In 2021, the efficiency level decreased to 96.07%, categorized as less efficient. However, in 2022, the efficiency ratio increased to 78.28%, categorized as efficient, and continued to rise in 2023 by 27.19% in the efficiency level assessment category. The average efficiency ratio from 2019 to 2023 for the office is 60.02%, which is categorized as efficient as it falls within the 60%-80% interval. The effectiveness of direct spending budget management in the office in 2019 was 92.25%, falling into the effective criteria, while in 2020, the effectiveness level decreased to 74.51%, categorized as less effective. In 2021, it increased to an effective level with a ratio value of 95.93%, but in 2022, it decreased again to 93.08%, still within the effective assessment criteria. In 2023, the effectiveness ratio increased to 99.12%, categorized as effective. It can be concluded that the average effectiveness level of the budget spending in the Library and Archive Office of Seluma Regency can be considered effective because the average value from 2019 to 2023 is 90.98%, which is in the effective category.

Abstract

The accountability report must be able to trace the inefficiencies of each component, so that corrective actions can be taken if a situation is found that may cause the established goals to not be achieved. The purpose of this research is to analyze the accounting for the responsibility of the Additional Income Budget of Employees (TPP) at DISDIKBUD Seluma Regency. Data collection was conducted through interviews, and the analysis method used in this study is descriptive method. The results of the study show that the organizational structure at the Department of Education and Culture of Seluma regency for the implementation of the TPP budget is considered good due to the separation of responsibilities. The TPP budgeting is carried out by the budget planning department, while the disbursement of TPP is executed by the finance department. The budget preparation at the department is based on the Decree of the Regent of Seluma Regency, and the budget disbursement is done by proposing the TPP amount from each employee to the treasurer. The treasurer then compiles a summary for all employees' TPP, which is then reviewed by the PPK before being submitted to the Head of Department for approval. Once approved, the TPP can be disbursed. The Department of Education and Culture of Seluma regency has not adequately separated controllable and uncontrollable costs, as the TPP expenses are included in controllable costs. The department has prepared accountability reports in the form of TPP budget realization reports. In the accountability report, it can be seen the comparison between the budget and its realization, as well as the differences. For the year 2022, the budget realization was 93.62%, and for 2023, it was 89.83%. This budget surplus occurred due to deductions in TPP for employees who committed violations such as arriving late, not clocking in, and performance not meeting working hours

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Factors Affecting Employee Performance at the Village Office of Seluma Selatan District. The sample in this study was 72 village office employees in Seluma Selatan District. Data collection using questionnaires and the analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis test. The results of the regression analysis showed Y = 4.362 + 0.193X1 + 0.367 X2 + 0.361X3 + e. This illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (motivation), X2 (education) and X3 (work discipline) on performance (Y). This means that if the variables of motivation, education and work discipline increase, it will increase the performance of the newspaper. The coefficient of determination is 0.584. This means that X1 (motivation), X2 (education) and X3 (work discipline) have an effect on performance (Y) of 58.4% while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t-test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially (individually) the variables of education, motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on the newspaper performance variable because the significant value is smaller than 0.05. The results of the F-test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the variables of education, motivation and work discipline have a simultaneous (together) effect on the performance of Village Office Employees because the significant value is smaller than 0.05

Abstract

Islamic Microeconomics prioritizes sharia principles that regulate economic activities in a fair and transparent manner. The method used in this study is descriptive analytical with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through literature reviews that included classical literature such as Ibn Khaldun's works, to modern documents from government and academic institutions. The results of research on government policies in Islamic microeconomics show that subsidies in the agrarian sector have a significant positive impact on the welfare of farmers in South Sumatra such as reducing production costs, increasing productivity, access to quality agricultural inputs such as superior seeds that encourage increased crop yields, increasing food security and reducing social inequality. Therefore, the role of the state is very important where government policies must support the achievement of the welfare of a just and prosperous society without contradicting the teachings of Islam

Abstract

In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, the food industry faces the challenge of meeting consumer demand while managing resources efficiently to maximize profits. This research focuses on optimizing the profitability of risol products, snacks made from flour dough with various fillings, using the simplex method. The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data was collected from the Risol XYZ Plant through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis is carried out by compiling a mathematical model that describes the function of the goal to maximize the existing advantages and constraints. The results of the analysis show that by using the simplex method, factories can improve production efficiency and profitability. From the calculations carried out, the objective function Z = 75,000X₁ + 50,000X₂, with the constraints of wheat raw materials, breadcrumbs, chicken meat, carrots, potatoes, and production capacity. Strategic recommendations are provided to improve efficiency and integrate sustainability practices in the production process. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of production management and optimization science, as well as practical benefits for the food industry, especially in the production of risol.
