Abstract

Despite the economic slowdown, the agricultural sector grew during the Covid-19 pandemic. The growth of the agricultural sector equates to the growth of the capital needs of agricultural MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of MSMEs financing in the agricultural sector on the GDP growth of the agricultural sector during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a simple linear regression method, with agricultural MSMEs financing as the independent variable and GDP growth in the agricultural sector as the dependent variable. The data used in this study are 2020-2021 MSMEs Credit Data for Agriculture, Hunting, and Forestry Sector and 2020-2021 Gross Domestic Product at Current Market Prices by Industry (Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishery) which is processed into annual GDP growth year on year (yoy) data. The results show that the financing of MSMEs in the agricultural sector had a 45,6% significant impact on GDP growth in the agricultural sector while 54,4% is influenced by other factors that are not investigated in this study.

Abstract

The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) is data and information about the level of community satisfaction obtained from the results of quantitative and qualitative measurements of people's opinions in obtaining services from public service providers by comparing their expectations and needs. The results of the community satisfaction survey for the type of service at the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Bekasi Regency show that the quality of service at the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises has a satisfaction index of 79.02 and is categorized as a "good" service unit which is in the SKM between 76, 61 -  88.30.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low participation of members in conducting transactions in commercial units, especially KDN Mart provided by cooperatives. This study to determine the application of the promotion mix at Kopkar PD Kebersihan Kota Bandung Dharma Nirmala, to determine the participation of members as customers of the and to find out what efforts can be made to increase the number of members. participation as a customer through the promotion mix. The research method used is descriptive analysis.The results of this study are involving 92 people, namely members of the cooperative as respondents to assess the implementation of the promotion mix. As for the results of this research, the promotion mix that is considered important for members and has been carried out well by the commercial unit needs to be maintained. Other indicators are advertisements, strategic ad places, advertising messages, ad designs and price discounts. The results of the research on member participation as customers, member participation in the Commercial Unit is still low and when viewed from the number of purchasing frequencies.

Abstract

One Pesantren One Product (OPOP) program is the flagship program of West Java Province, which the research sites are 4 (four) champion pesantren which already have “Kopontren” spread over 4 (four) districts/cities as follows pesantren Nurul Hidayah in Kabupaten Garut, Pesantren Riyadlul Ulum in Tasikmalaya city, Pesantren Raudhatul Irfan in Kabupaten Ciamis, and Pesantren Al Muhajirin in Kabupaten Purwakarta. The results showed that the implementation of the OPOP program stages in 4 (four) pesantren as a whole was running effectively, except for the socialization stage and the training and apprenticeship stage, where at the socialization stage there were additional media or socialization facilities that were not contained in the Technical Guidelines for the OPOP program implementation such as administrators organizational areas, pesantren associations and letters from the relevant government. At the stage of training and apprenticeship there is a mismatch between the place of internship and the type of business of the pesantren.

Abstract

The research object is XYZ Credit Union. The income of the XYZ Credit Union in 2019 to 2020 has decreased. This is probably caused by the lack of management service to members (customers) of XYZ Credit Union hence it is not followed by the members participation. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of service quality in the XYZ Credit Union unit able to increase member satisfaction. To find out the members' satisfaction with the implementation and to know the members' expectations for the implementation. Then the results of the assessment are analyzed by the level of expectation of its implementation with a recapitulation table and with a Cartesian diagram and then reviewed again with a gap analysis.

Abstract

The KSU Tandangsari Producer Cooperative is a cooperative whose members are dairy milk producers, which produce whole milk. To obtain a number of advantages and take advantage of market opportunities, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive SWOT analysis with a Business Model Canvas approach. The purpose of this study is to conduct a SWOT analysis to determine both internal and external factors that can affect the dairy cow milk business, find out the position of cooperatives, formulate alternative strategies, set strategic priorities that can be applied and compile the development of a dairy cow milk business model. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this study are factors that affect the dairy business, including a high dairy cow population as well as the main force. The main drawback is the limitation of business capital at the breeder level. The main opportunity is a wide market opportunity and the main threat is the high price of additional feed. The position of the dairy cow milk business is in quadrant V which indicates the "Survive and Maintain" strategy. The main strategy that cooperatives can implement is the strategy of increasing farmer capital through programs from cooperatives and the government. In the preparation of the business model canvas, there is development in 5 blocks of the business model canvas, namely value propositions, customer relationships, key activities, key resources and revenue streams

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the wadi'ah contract on wadi'ah savings products carried out by the Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Nusa Ummat (NU) Sejahtera branch of the Tanjungsari branch of the Sharia Financing and Savings Cooperative (KSPPS). KSPPS BMT NU Sejahtera is a sharia-based financial institution. KSPPS BMT NU Sejahtera offers a variety of products to meet the needs of the community, including raising funds including wadi'ah savings. This researcher uses a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. Descriptive method is a method that describes and answers the problems of a phenomenon or event that occurs in the field or describes and describes findings in the field. The results of the research that has been done can be concluded that the implementation of the contract on wadi'ah savings at KSPPS BMT NU Sejahtera Tanjungsari branch can be said to be in accordance with sharia and the procedures carried out have been carried out properly

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Pesantren Darul Fatwa Cooperative. The purpose of this study is to determine the sources and uses of working capital in cooperatives. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with cooperative guidance on financial reports during the 2019-2021 research period. Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of sources and use of working capital with sequential financial reports. The results show that the annual source of capital increases and every year a lot of working capital is not used or used.

Abstract

In various district now is being advanced so it affects human activities, they often used internet and shopisticated goods to their daily activites. These makes people used internet for online shopping so the online business has a higher potential. But there are so many competitors so Idealistina Shop need a research to develop online business using the social media people used in daily activities. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The results of this research is Idealistina Shop implemented marketing mix strategy (Product, price, promotion, place) and Idealistina Shop needs Growth Oriented Strategy as the results of IFAS and EFAS strategy implementation because the results shows Idealistina Shop has a good opportunities and strengths to develop the business.Idealistina Shop recommended to recruit a marketing employee because this shop doesn’t have any employee to develop the marketing strategy, other than that Idealistina Shop needs to improve the quality of customer services, endorse influencers use advertisement features on social media.

Abstract

Blended learning is a new term for people working in the learning and development industry. In this format, it does not hinder face-to-face learning. With learning and training, employees can immediately take part in online training on the topics needed. It addresses the challenges of Cooperative companies with distributed or distributed workforces by combining the benefits of in-person and online learning. The biggest benefit is that employers do not need to invest anything or rely on special innovations to increase the effectiveness of employee training programs. It also offers unparalleled flexibility, enhances learning, is self-organizing, reduces travel costs, accelerates current communications and can overcome misunderstandings during virtually continuous training.
