Abstract

The study aims to determine the Effect of Mental Health on Employee Engagement and Performance (Study of the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office). The method used in this study is a correlational quantitative method carried out using 42 employees and staff of the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office of North Luwu Regency. The research sampling technique uses a questionnaire and also uses SPSS Version 30 in processing the research data. These results indicate that Mental Health (X) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement (Y1) and Performance (Y2). And Employee Engagement (Y1) also has a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y2). In addition, Mental Health (X) has an indirect effect on Performance (Y2) but through Employee Engagement (Y1) as a partial mediator. This means that Mental Health not only increases employee engagement to work and the Organization, but also contributes to improving overall Performance. In addition, employee engagement has also been shown to have a significant effect on improving employee performance. Indirectly, mental health also improves performance through employee engagement. The better the mental health, the higher the employee engagement and performance, which ultimately has a positive impact on the organization as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Customer Experience, Word of Mouth, Perceived Value, and Brand Awareness on the Repurchase Intention of Uniqlo consumers at DP Mall Semarang. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 136 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0. The results indicate that all independent variables, namely Customer Experience, Word of Mouth, Perceived Value, and Brand Awareness, have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Among these variables, Word of Mouth and Brand Awareness are the most dominant factors influencing repurchase intention. The R-square value of 0.782 suggests that the research model has strong explanatory power for the dependent variable. These findings imply that improving customer experience, consumer-to-consumer communication, perceived value, and brand awareness simultaneously can enhance consumers’ intention to repurchase.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are standard for integrated organizations, yet their impact on financial reporting quality remains debated. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to analyze the relationship between ERP systems and reporting quality, screening papers from 2015 to 2025 via Scopus and Google Scholar. Addressing two research questions, the study identified 68 initial records, narrowed to 10 high-quality empirical studies. Results show a publication surge in 2017 followed by fluctuating trends until 2025, primarily within the Business, Management, and Accounting sectors (37%). Qualitative synthesis reveals that ERP significantly improves timeliness and accuracy by providing a "single source of truth" and reducing manual errors. Furthermore, digital audit trails enhance faithful representation and verifiability. However, system complexity may hinder understandability without adequate staff training. Ultimately, ERP improves accounting outcomes by integrating technology with workforce skills, though success depends on organizational readiness.

Abstract

Multinational corporations which lack innovative work behavior will find it impossible to compete against other businesses which operate across international boundaries. The study examines how knowledge sharing and work engagement and job autonomy together impact innovative work behavior of employees in multinational enterprises. The research team establishes an explanatory research framework through its quantitative research methodology. The research team collected data through surveys which included 150 employees who worked at multinational corporations. The research team applied multiple linear regression for data analysis after they had completed validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests which included assessments of normality and multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The study shows that knowledge sharing and work engagement and job autonomy bring positive effects to innovative work behavior because each factor produces separate effects and their combined effects create a coefficient of determination value of 0.79. Organizations can enhance their employees capacity to innovate by implementing initiatives which expand knowledge sharing programs and improve work engagement and provide employees with necessary organizational freedom. The study offers practical human resource management solutions to multinational company management which will lead to improved innovation through knowledge sharing and employee engagement and work flexibility practices. The research expands existing literature on innovative behavior by studying global organizations in this particular context.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, solvency, and financial flexibility on financial distress in retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2024 period. This research uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique, resulting in 22 companies as the sample. Data were collected through financial statement documentation and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that partially, liquidity has a significant effect on financial distress, while solvency and financial flexibility have no significant effect. However, simultaneously, all three variables have a significant effect on financial distress. These findings indicate that the company’s ability to meet short-term obligations is a key factor in determining financial distress. This study is expected to provide insights for investors and management in anticipating financial distress risk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work-Life Balance and Authentic Leadership on Job Satisfaction among employees in the aviation industry. This industry has its own characteristics and challenges, such as high workloads, uncertain work schedules, and strict safety and operational demands, which have the potential to affect work-life balance and the leadership style implemented within the organization. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method as a data collection technique, which was distributed to employees in the aviation sector. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to test the relationship between variables. The results of the study indicate that Work-Life Balance and Authentic Leadership have a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. In addition, both variables have been shown to play a role in increasing employee job satisfaction levels. These findings provide practical implications for company management in designing policies that support work-life balance and the implementation of authentic leadership to create a better work environment and improve employee well-being.

Abstract

Women play a pivotal role in strengthening entrepreneurship, particularly within household-based microenterprise sectors. However, women’s entrepreneurial motivation is not always directly driven by economic necessity or the attractiveness of available business opportunities. This study investigates the influence of push factors and pull factors on women’s entrepreneurial motivation in Tengah Subdistrict, Kramat Jati District, East Jakarta. Using a quantitative explanatory research design, data were collected from 30 women microentrepreneurs through five-point Likert-scale questionnaires administered via purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 software. The findings reveal that push factors do not have a significant effect on women’s entrepreneurial motivation (β = −0.026; p = 0.953), leading to the rejection of the first hypothesis. Likewise, pull factors also show no significant influence (β = 0.562; p = 0.187), resulting in the rejection of the second hypothesis. These results indicate that women’s entrepreneurial motivation cannot be adequately explained solely through the push–pull framework and is likely shaped by broader psychological and social dimensions. Theoretically, this study underscores the limitations of the push–pull model in explaining women’s entrepreneurship within local community contexts. Practically, the findings suggest that empowerment programs should prioritize the development of internal motivational capacities. Future studies are encouraged to adopt more comprehensive models by incorporating psychological, social, and cultural variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the economic value of small-scale household tempe agroindustry in Padaringan Village, Purwadadi District, Ciamis Regency. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation of tempe producers, and analyzed using cost, revenue, income, business efficiency (R/C ratio), and value-added analysis based on the Hayami method. The results show that the total production cost per cycle was IDR 333,000, while total revenue reached IDR 1,530,000, generating an income of IDR 1,197,000. The R/C ratio of 4.59 indicates that the tempe business is highly efficient and economically feasible. Value-added analysis reveals a high added value ratio of 78.23%, indicating that most of the product’s value is generated from processing activities. These findings demonstrate that the tempe agroindustry plays an important role in increasing household income and strengthening the local economy. The tempe industry has strong potential to be developed as a leading sector in rural economic empowerment through improved production efficiency, product innovation, and strengthened marketing networks.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, particularly among Shopee Star Sellers in Malang City, which have high transaction volumes, is not necessarily accompanied by optimal monetary results. This study aims to examine the impact of financial literacy and the use of financial technology about financial performance, with financial Using management as a moderating factor. This study used a quantitative research method, collecting data using a questionnaire from 140 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The results show that financial performance is positively and significantly impacted by financial knowledge. Financial performance has also been shown to be positively and significantly impacted by the usage of financial technology. The impact of financial literacy on financial performance has not, however, been shown to be mitigated by financial management. Additionally, it has not been demonstrated that financial management can mitigate the impact of financial technology use on financial performance. These findings show that using financial technology and raising financial literacy both directly enhance financial performance. The study concludes that while financial management does not function as a moderating variable in this research model, financial literacy and the usage of financial technology are the primary determinants in increasing financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of beauty influencers, competitive pricing, and relationship quality on the loyalty of teenage girls in Pontianak City who use makeup artist services. The study population includes all teenage girls in Pontianak City who have ever used makeup artist services, although the exact number is unknown. A total of 113 respondents participated in the study, using a purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires, and data analysis was processed using SPSS version 26. The results indicate that beauty influencers do not have a significant effect on consumer loyalty, suggesting that promotions via beauty influencers have not yet become a primary factor in maintaining loyalty among users of makeup artist services. Conversely, competitive pricing and the quality of customer relationships were found to have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, meaning that the more appropriate the price and the better the relationship established with the customer, the higher the tendency for consumers to continue using the service. These findings confirm that price and customer relationship factors play a more dominant role in shaping loyalty compared to beauty influencers.
