Abstract

The online fashion industry is rapidly growing due to advancements in digital technology and changes in consumer behavior. This article explores effective digital marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and competitiveness of online fashion businesses, with a focus on SMEs. These strategies include the use of digital advertising, social media, and marketplaces. Social media, particularly Instagram, is highly effective in building brand awareness and increasing engagement through features like Stories, Reels, and Shopping. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of digital marketing as a primary solution to maintain business continuity. Training in digital marketing strategies is crucial for SMEs to understand and apply effective techniques such as SEO, SEM, and content marketing. SEO improves website rankings in search results, SEM uses paid ads for quick results, and content marketing focuses on creating relevant content. Digital analysis tools like Google Analytics help companies understand content performance and make necessary adjustments. With the right strategy, online fashion companies can achieve success in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of psychological empowerment on work engagement with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected from 99 employees of the Wera District Health Center, Bima Regency, taken from the entire population using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS to test the relationship between the variables studied. The research results show that psychological empowerment positively and significantly affects work engagement. In addition, organizational commitment has been shown to mediate between work engagement and psychological empowerment. These findings indicate that employee psychological empowerment can increase work engagement and organizational commitment. This research shows that organizational leaders need to prioritize employee psychological empowerment as part of a strategy to increase work engagement. Training and development programs centered on psychological empowerment and organizational commitment can be effective interventions. The next research is to conduct a longitudinal study to observe how psychological empowerment impacts work engagement over time. Additionally, expanding the sample size and examining other factors that may influence work engagement could provide a more comprehensive understanding of these dynamics across various organizational contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on team performance in construction projects. In the construction industry, leadership effectiveness is a key factor influencing project success. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design, involving 150 respondents consisting of 30 project managers and 120 team members from various construction projects in Indonesia. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured four dimensions of transformational leadership: ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration, as well as team performance based on timely task completion, quality of work results, and cost efficiency. The regression test results show that transformational leadership has a significant positive influence on team performance. The motivational dimensions of inspiration and ideal influence showed the highest correlation with team performance, with beta coefficients of 0.45 and 0.42, respectively (p < 0.05). The dimensions of intellectual stimulation and individual consideration also showed a positive influence with beta coefficients of 0.32 and 0.30 respectively (p < 0.05). Job satisfaction was found to be a significant intervening variable, where transformational leadership increased job satisfaction which then increased team performance. This research highlights the importance of implementing a transformational leadership style in construction projects to improve team performance. Recommendations include improving leadership competencies through training, increasing motivation and job satisfaction, encouraging innovation and creativity, and ensuring effective communication and building trust. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that team performance in construction projects can improve, so that projects can be completed more efficiently and effectively. The results of this research provide practical insights for project leaders and managers in the construction industry to adopt transformational leadership to achieve optimal work results.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, international market development is an important strategy for companies that want to expand their business reach and increase their competitiveness in the global market. This article discusses various strategies that companies can implement in developing international markets, from market research to technological innovation. Comprehensive market research, SWOT analysis, and a deep understanding of local consumer preferences are crucial first steps. In addition, customization of products and services, strategic alliances with local companies, and segmented marketing strategies are key elements in ensuring success in international markets. Compliance with trade regulations and policies is also very important to avoid legal problems and ensure smooth business operations. Through a proactive approach and investment in training and technology, companies can overcome legal and operational obstacles, strengthen their reputation, and achieve sustainable growth in the global marketplace.

Abstract

The research with the aim was conducted determining the implementation of intrinsic factors of human resource performance in Palembang water tourism. Employee research with associative the type. The sample in this research was 200 Palembang water employee for tourism employees who were selected using the proportional random sampling method. Used in the data of research is primary data a questionnaire data with collection method. Also used is Structural analysis modeling equation (SEM) The technique data analysis with an Application Program. The results and conclusions research show that: (1) positive and significant there is the application of intrinsic discipline factors on people performance. (2) There is the application positive and significant for influence organizational many culture factors on employee attitude. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of competency implementation on employee performance. (4) There is a negative and insignificant effect of the application of intrinsic environmental factors on employee performance. (5) A positive result and significant when the application of intrinsic motivation factors on employee performance. (6) Motivation strengthens discipline towards employee performance. (7) Motivation strengthens organizational culture on the performance of human resources in Palembang water tourism. The findings from this research are that increasing or decreasing has no effect organizational culture performance on employee.

Abstract

This study investigates how digital agility and knowledge-sharing culture affect the performance of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Semarang City, with innovation performance as a mediating factor. In today's rapidly evolving technological and business landscape, digital agility enables organizations and individuals to adapt swiftly, maintaining relevance and competitiveness. Knowledge-sharing culture facilitates the exchange of expertise and experiences, fostering new ideas through the combination of diverse knowledge. The research proposes seven hypotheses. First, digital agility's effect on innovation performance. Second, knowledge sharing's impact on innovation performance. Third, digital agility's influence on MSMEs performance. Fourth, knowledge sharing's effect on MSMEs performance. Fifth, innovation performance's impact on MSMEs performance. The indirect effect, digital agility has a positive and significant effect on MSMEs performance through innovation performance as a hypothesis 6, then knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on MSMEs performance through innovation performance as a hypothesis 7. The study surveyed 100 MSMEs owners in Semarang City, categorized by their business net income. Data analysis was conducted using SMART-PLS 4 software. Results indicate that both digital agility and knowledge sharing positively and significantly influence innovation performance. While digital agility has a positive but insignificant direct effect on MSMEs performance, knowledge sharing demonstrates a positive and significant direct impact. Importantly, the study reveals that digital agility and knowledge sharing indirectly enhance MSMEs performance through innovation performance. This research emphasizes the importance of digital agility and knowledge-sharing culture in improving MSMEs performance. As MSMEs reach critical growth stages, implementing more productive methods through digital agility and knowledge sharing becomes crucial. These practices generate new ideas, fostering creativity and innovation within the organization. The resulting innovation competitiveness allows MSMEs to develop unique products or services, creating a competitive advantage and attracting new customers.

Abstract

This research aims to increase public capacity and trust in Islamic commercial banks by using the concept of social responsibility disclosure. The independent variables are profitability as measured by ROA, company size, leverage as measured by DER, the Shia supervisory board size, and financing savings ratio. This research uses secondary data, with data collection using the purposive sampling method, and obtained a sample of 14 Sharia commercial banks in 2017-2022 which were managed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22 tools. The results of the research show that profitability (ROA) and company size have a positive impact significant to social responsibility disclosure, meanwhile, leverage (DER), size of the Sharia supervisory board, and financing savings ratio do not affect social responsibility disclosure. So, Sharia commercial banks should continue to increase their profitability in disclosing social responsibility because the higher profitability will motivate managers to disclose their social responsibility, the same goes for the size of the company, the higher the size of the company, the greater the number of assets owned by the company. This can expand corporate social responsibility disclosure because companies with large amounts of assets can finance social responsibility information.

Abstract

In the current digital transformation landscape, governments increasingly rely on electronic systems for financial management, yet the effectiveness of these systems often hinges on their usability and adaptability to evolving user needs. This study addresses these challenges by evaluating the usability of existing e-government applications for financial management and refining e-government models to enhance their efficiency, transparency, and accessibility. Through a comprehensive evaluation encompassing Nielsen's five usability categories—Learnability, Memorability, Efficiency, Error, and Satisfaction—alongside methodologies such as user surveys, usability testing, and expert evaluations, the research aims to identify areas for improvement within existing systems and refine e-government models. The expected outcomes include insights into usability challenges, empowerment of governments with more efficient fiscal management tools, and contributions to the broader discourse on optimizing public sector performance in the digital age. These efforts have the potential to significantly impact government fiscal efficiency and transparency, leading to better resource allocation, reduced waste, and increased accountability in public service delivery.

Abstract

Taxes play a very important role in financing various public needs. Enhancing tax compliance is crucial to increasing tax revenues. This study aims to investigate the impact of tax morality, tax fairness, and tax simplicity on tax compliance behavior through tax compliance intentions at the Jember Tax Office. The sample used was 400 respondents. This study uses the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) model. The results show that tax moral, tax fairness, tax simplicity, and tax compliance intention have a direct and significant effect on tax compliance behavior, respectively. A similar phenomenon also occurs in the connections between tax morals, tax fairness, and tax simplicity with tax compliance intention. Tax compliance intention acts as a mediator of the relationship between tax fairness and tax compliance behavior. On the other hand, tax compliance intention cannot mediate the correlation between tax morality and tax compliance behavior as well as the relationship between tax simplicity and tax compliance behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of data quality and experience on user satisfaction with the Data Application used in Jember Regency. The total population in the study was 11,667 who were State Civil Apparatus employees in the Jember Regency Government. The number of samples was determined as 117 people. The sampling method in this research uses purposive judgmental sampling, namely by determining certain criteria which aims to produce a sample that can logically be considered representative of the population based on the researcher's assessment. This research uses descriptive analysis, testing measuring instruments in the form of testing the validity and reliability of data, and testing research hypotheses. The research results show that the quality of data provided by the Jember Regency Satu Data Portal can have a very significant positive impact on user satisfaction. The user experience variable turns out to have a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction of the Jember Regency Satu Data Portal.
