Using an online questionnaire, 500 active Indonesian e-commerce users provided quantitative data, and 20 respondents participated in in-depth interviews that yielded qualitative data. While qualitative data were examined thematically, quantitative data were evaluated using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart-PLS software. The key conclusions show that customer service responsiveness, product clarity, user reviews, flexible return policies, and platform trust are significant determinants of online purchasing behavior. Competitive pricing and promotional tactics also have a big impact. These results have consequences for e-commerce organizations, who should concentrate on enhancing aspects of trust, the quality of product information, and efficient promotional techniques to draw in and keep customers. Abstract

The second greatest cause of death for women worldwide is breast cancer. When abnormal cells in the body proliferate out of control, cancer is the result. The diagnosis of breast cancer was established using anthropometric data obtained from standard blood tests. From the UCI Machine Learning Repository, the Breast Cancer Coimbra Data Set was obtained and put to use. One popular classification decision tree method is the C4.5 approach. By selecting the appropriate features and applying the appropriate strategy to address class imbalance throughout the classification process, the performance of the C4.5 algorithm may be enhanced. To determine the accuracy of the classification, tests are conducted using a confusion matrix. Accuracy in this study is anticipated to increase with the application of the C4.5 Algorithm, the Bagging approach to address class imbalance, and the PSO feature selection method. The C4.5 Algorithm, PSO, Bagging Technique produce the best accuracy results, with an average of 86.36 percent. The C4.5 classification method has the second highest accuracy, with a PSO accuracy of 79.39 percent. Utilizing the Bagging Technique in conjunction with the C4.5 Algorithm, the accuracy of 75.0% is the third highest. Furthermore, it has a 65.71 percent accuracy with the C4.5 categorization. As a result, the increase in accuracy from before adding PSO and Bagging Technique was 20.65%, indicating that the inclusion of PSO and Bagging Technique had a substantial impact on the calculation process.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance of the Professional Certification Institute (LSP KP) for Marine and Fisheries during the period of 2019-2023. The performance of the LSP KP is measured based on indicators such as the number of certifications issued, the pass rate of competency test participants, and the level of stakeholder satisfaction. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and related document analysis. The analysis results indicate an improvement in performance regarding the number of certifications issued; however, there are still challenges in service quality and the efficiency of the certification processing time. This research also identifies the factors that influence the performance of LSP, such as the availability of resources, the competence of assessors, and regulatory policies. The main conclusion of this research is that although the performance of LSP KP has improved, further enhancements are needed to reach higher standards. Recommendations are made for strengthening the capacity of assessors, improving infrastructure, and refining operational procedures. The implications of these recommendations include an improvement in the quality of certification and industry trust in LSP KP, which can ultimately contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of the workforce in the maritime and fisheries sector.

This study looks at how digital entrepreneurship is being used by small enterprises in the agriculture industry to empower them. It focusses on how this is affecting market access, production efficiency, and bolstering competitiveness. The advent of digital transformation has presented small enterprises with novel prospects to surmount customary constraints, including restricted availability of markets, finance, and technology. This research employs a qualitative methodology and a case study approach to investigate how small agricultural firms might use digital technologies, like e-commerce platforms and the Internet of Things (IoT), to increase market access and productivity. In-depth interviews with small business owners, technology suppliers, and other stakeholders were used to gather data. Direct observation and document analysis were also used. The results of this study show that small enterprises' operational efficiency and revenue are greatly increased when digital entrepreneurship is implemented. Collaboration with a range of stakeholders, including the government and academic institutions, and sufficient digital literacy have shown to be crucial for the effective execution of this plan. This study also emphasises how crucial it is to create both domestic and global business networks in an effort to increase market penetration and boost the competitiveness of small enterprises in the agriculture industry. In order to increase the sustainability and competitiveness of small enterprises in the agriculture sector, this study makes recommendations based on its results for policy makers and industry participants to assist the widespread adoption of digital entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of monetary policy on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in Indonesia, emphasising the implications of interest rates, inflation, and macroeconomic stability. Using a quantitative approach through multiple regression analysis, this study analyzes the relationship between monetary policy variables of Bank Indonesia's benchmark interest rate, inflation rate, exchange rate, foreign exchange reserves, and budget deficit with the company's financial performance, as measured using Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). Secondary data used in this study include the annual financial reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015-2023. The study results indicate that the benchmark interest rate has a significant negative effect on ROA and ROE. In contrast, the inflation rate shows varying impacts on NPM and other financial performance. In addition, macroeconomic stability is measured through indicators of the rupiah exchange rate against the USD, foreign exchange reserves, and budget deficit, which significantly affect the company's financial performance. These findings emphasize the importance of monetary policy and macroeconomic stability in determining the profitability of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This study implies that corporate management needs to develop more adaptive strategies to deal with fluctuations in monetary policy and macroeconomic conditions. In addition, policymakers need to consider the long-term impact of monetary policy on the manufacturing sector to create an economic environment conducive to industrial growth. This study contributes significantly to the literature on the impact of monetary policy on corporate financial performance in emerging markets.
