<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the standard time required in one cycle of pallet roll production work so that the production capacity can be known. In this study, the work sampling method was used to calculate the standard time, and an objective method was used to determine the adjustment factor. There are several steps to obtain the standard time from a soap chip sack work cycle, namely: conducting preliminary measurements, testing data uniformity, testing data adequacy, determining adjustment factors, determining allowance factors, and calculating cycle times and normal times. From the calculation results, the standard time needed to work on pallet rolls for 7 days is 0.1165 minutes/pcs, or the equivalent of 6.99 seconds/pcs. So that the production capacity that can be produced depends on the number of hours on the existing shift. For shifts I and II with a total of 7 hours of work, the capacity can reach 3605 pallets. <![CDATA[This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of table tennis through the student section method approach. The research was conducted on students of Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Patimura University, Ambon, in 2021. Using the type of classroom action research (CAR). The instrument used for data collection is observation and performance test of basic table tennis technical skills (Rubric for Assessment). Based on the results of this research data, it shows that the application of the part method in table tennis learning has a positive impact on improving students' learning abilities, this can be seen from the absorption of students increasing from the first cycle by 66.74% (13 students from 34 students have finished studying) and the second cycle increased to 83.79.%. In the second cycle, classical student learning completeness has been achieved. This means that the success indicators have been achieved as expected by researchers and table tennis lecturers]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether motivation and work discipline affect the performance of the employees of the Indonesian Hypertension Doctors Association (PERHI) Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a questionnaire as a data source. The population in this study were 56 employees of the Indonesian Hypertension Doctors Association (PERHI) in Jakarta. The sample in this study were 56 people as respondents. The analytical tool in this study is multiple linear regression. The next stage is the questionnaire data was analyzed with the SPSS computer program tool. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of ownership structure includes institutional ownership and managerial ownership on corporate social responsibility. The study also examines the effect of financial performance on the relationship between ownership structure and CSR. The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from the annual reports of food & beverage industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2021. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method in order to obtain 29 companies as samples. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis using the Eviews 12 software. The results show that institutional ownership and managerial ownership have a negative and significant effect on CSR. The financial performance variable measured by ROA has a negative and significant effect on moderating the relationship between institutional ownership and CSR, but the measurement with Tobins'Q has no effect on moderating the relationship. Meanwhile, financial performance measured by ROA and Tobins'Q has no effect in moderating the relationship between managerial ownership and CSR. The findings have practical implications for managers, regulators, and investor for improving CSR. Future research is expected to be able to examine the effect other ownership structures on CSR and using sample of various sectors companies]]>

<![CDATA[The problem of this research was dividend policy had important role to stock price volatility and there was factors that important as a measurement to made a financial planning decision. The objectives of this research was to analyze the effect of stock price volatility in 33 Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period of 2016 – 2020 The methodology of this research was panel data regression analysis resulting Random Effect Model that used the type of time series data and cross section through the data processing program used EViews 9, with total of 33 Manufacturing CompaniesFinding and contribution of this research were div, dividend payout ratio, dividend yield, firm size, leverage, earnings per share variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the variable stock price volatility. ividend payout ratio, dividend yield, firm size and leverage variable did not have a significant effect, while the earnings per share variable had negatively significant influence to the stock price volatility. Research implication in this research was can be reference for company management in order to increase stock price volatility by adding more concern to a variabel earning per share that had significant impact to stock price volatility and also for Investor as a consideration on investment determination to predict companies that can give a maximum yield of profit.]]>

<![CDATA[The primary purpose of this paper is to determine the factors that influence the growth of companies in the non-cyclical consumer industry sector. This sector is an industrial sector that produces or distributes primary consumer goods which are basic needs so that they are not affected by economic growth. The sample consists of 39 companies in the field of consumer non-cyclical listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022. This study uses multiple regression analysis to analyze the variables that are the focus of the study. This study showed that company size and return on assets (ROA) significantly positively affected company growth. In contrast, the current ratio had an insignificant negative effect, and company leverage had a positive but not significant effect on company growth. The impact given between variables is statistically significant. Company managers can use this research to optimize company growth. They can pay attention to aspects such as increasing market share, reducing operating costs, increasing profits to increase the company's net income and need to anticipate the impact of competing companies that will affect company revenues]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of good corporate governance (GCG) on dividend policy with the independent variables board size, board independent, institutional ownership on the dependent variable, namely dividend payout ratio (POUT) and dividend yield (YD). The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from the annual reports of non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2021 period. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method in order to obtain 30 companies as samples. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis using the Eviews 9 program. The results show that the independent board variable has a significant effect on dividend policy. This implies that a higher proportion of board independence cyclical consumer on the Indonesian stock exchange can encourage dividend policy. Meanwhile, the board size and institutional ownership variables have no significant effect on dividend policy.]]>

<![CDATA[Stock market liquidity attracts the attention of researchers especially in emerging markets because market liquidity helps to allocate efficient financial resources. Increased stock market liquidity has an effect on the efficiency of stock valuations, and therefore can help increase the value of the company. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine whether the ownership structure, board characteristics had an effect on the liquidity of the stock market. The independent variables are the ownership structure with institutional investor and managerial ownership proxies and the characterization of the board with board size proxies and board independence. The depen variable is the liquidity of the stock market. There are three control variables in this study, namely firm size, firm age and return volatility. This study collected data from 34 manufacturing companies in the non-cyclicals consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange within a period of 5 years (2017-2021) and used a multiple regression model for testing. The findings of this study show that institutional investors, managerial ownership, return volatility do not have a significant effect on stock market liquidity. Meanwhile, board size, board independence, firm size, firm age have a significant effect on stock market liquidity. The results of this study can be used to present a successful model for manufacturing companies in Indonesia to concentrate more on the ownership structure. board characteristics in stock market liquidity. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of reading and listening skills on the speaking ability of students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program at STKIP Mutiara Banten. In this study, data collection was carried out through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents in the STKIP Mutiara Banten environment. The number of samples taken in this study were 60 people. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling. The method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24.0. The results of data processing indicate that the variables of reading and listening skills on the speaking ability of students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program at STKIP Mutiara Banten. The test parameter for the effect of reading skills on speaking skills shows a significant table value of 0.620 greater r table 0.005 , the effect of listening skills on speaking skills shows a significant table value of 0.646 greater r table 0.005, and the effect of reading and listening skills together shows a significant table value of 0.837, which is significantly greater than r table of 0.005.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using gadgets (online game addiction) and emotional intelligence on students' learning motivation at SMAN 7 Pandeglang. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used instruments to measure online game addiction, emotional intelligence and instruments to measure students' learning motivation. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing with path analysis calculations, the results show that 1) there is an effect of gadget use (online game addiction) on learning motivation, 2) there is an influence of emotional intelligence on learning motivation, 3) there is an influence of online game addiction and emotional intelligence on learning motivation. student learning motivation at SMAN 7 Pandeglang.
