Abstract

Abstract: One of the scholarship programs offered by the Surabaya City Government to students who live in Surabaya City and meet the necessary requirements is the Surabaya Resilient Youth Scholarship. The purpose of this study is to use the CIPP (context, input, process, product) evaluation method to assess the administrative management of the implementation of the Surabaya Resilient Youth Scholarship program. This research used qualitative methodology with data collection techniques of observation, interview, and documentation study. Based on the study findings, the management of the Surabaya Resilient Youth Scholarship program has been implemented in a manner that meets the four criteria of the CIPP evaluation technique (context, input, process, and product). The findings of this evaluation suggest that the program should be maintained with minor adjustments to the timeliness of the Surabaya Resilient Youth Scholarship funding. Abstract

The modern era today has created many obstacles that are quite heavy for business actors and are closely related to free trade to continue to innovate in the preparation of what methods will be carried out by the company in order to maintain its survival in the business world. Tight competition and also developments in the economic world in this era of globalization require that every management in a company always think creatively and progressively in order to be able to manage and adapt to changes that may occur in the company quickly and precisely. Therefore, it is very necessary to be implemented so that the company can continue to maintain the continuity of the company's existence in this modern era or the era of globalization. One industry that can survive well and even experience growth and development in modern times like this is the food and beverage industry. Abstract

This research aims to expand developing Green Jobs and Soft Skills: sustainable tourism stategic influence for improving services in West Java. With increasing environmental awareness and the need for sustainable tourism, skill development in the field of green jobs is becoming increasingly significant and necessary. This research method uses quantitative statistics by analyzing this research including surveys and interviews as respondents with tourism workers, entrepreneurs and related stakeholders in several main tourist destinations in West Java and processing the data using SPSS V 25 statistics. The results of the research show that the influence Green jobs and soft skills training are able to improve the quality of tourism services by contributing significantly positively to local economic growth in West Java tourist attractions. The implementation of these influences and strategies is proposed as a holistic and integrated approach to promote sustainable tourism that is economically profitable and environmentally friendly. Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja dan Tunjangan Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP) terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (DUKCAPIL) Kota Solok. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa Tunjangan Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh uji t, di mana nilai signifikan thitung 3,186 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,030 dengan nilai tingkat signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kemampuan Kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Uji T menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung 5,747 lebih besar daripada t tabel 2,030 dan nilai tingkat signifikansi 0,000 lebih rendah daripada 0,05. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kemampuan Kerja dan Tunjangan Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (DUKCAPIL) Kota Solok. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan fhitung 26,329 lebih besar dari ftabel 3,30 dan nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,000, yang jauh lebih kecil dari a (0,05). Ini juga dapat dilihat dari nilai R Square yang meningkat menjadi 0,606 atau 60,6%, dan variabel tambahan yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini memengaruhi sebagian besar.

Abstract

The study aimed to explore the phenomenon of functional pressure in e-learning and identify the primary challenges faced by university professors in e-learning during the Iraqi corona pandemic. The study adopted a descriptive analysis approach, and researchers employed targeted sampling techniques to contact a number of Iraqi universities in Baghdad. A total of 1,499 university faculties were approached, and 26 items were distributed online through social media platforms. Participants responded to the questionnaire. Data collection took place during the lockdown period in Iraq, spanning from May to September 2020. The findings from the comprehensive survey revealed that teachers across various academic degrees, genders, and years of service experience work pressure in e-learning. Notably, individuals with a PhD degree were found to face the highest levels of work pressure, particularly those holding the professor title. Abstract

This research aims to measure the success of implementing the green campus concept through both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The quantitative approach analyzes measurable data on sustainable practices such as energy reduction, carbon emissions, and waste management. Meanwhile, the qualitative approach involves in-depth interactions with key stakeholders to understand perspectives and behavioral changes in the implementation process. The research uses a sample of 200 respondents from June to August 2024, with multiple linear regression analysis, questionnaire distribution, interviews, and literature studies. The data are then processed using SPSS and AMOS Analysis V. 25. The results of the research show that the quantitative analysis reveals the impact of sustainable practices, while the qualitative analysis explores perspectives and challenges faced. The combination of these two approaches provides a holistic view of the success of the green campus concept. These findings serve as a basis for better decision-making to promote sustainability efforts on campus and enhance overall sustainability, where measuring the success of the green campus concept through both qualitative and quantitative approaches has a significant positive impact. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of mobile marketing in the Society 5.0 era through the Kopra by Mandiri application at KCU Plaza Mandiri Jakarta. By utilizing advances in digital technology, Kopra offers various features to increase the efficiency of banking services and make it easier for customers to carry out transactions. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research, through interviews and literature studies. Data analysis shows that digital transformation significantly increases customer satisfaction, with varying effects depending on the features used in Kopra by Mandiri services. The research results show that the Kopra application can increase the accessibility of financial services and support business actors, but is also faced with challenges such as the need for technological adaptation and data privacy concerns. This research recommends developing a more personalized marketing strategy and collaborating with the digital ecosystem to strengthen Bank Mandiri's position in the competitive banking industry. Abstract

The rapid growth of digital technology has significantly transformed marketing strategies among MSMEs in Indonesia. Social media and e-commerce platforms are no longer merely promotional tools but also play a crucial role in shaping consumer perceptions of brands. This study aimed to examine the effect of digital marketing on purchase decisions with brand image as a mediating variable among MSMEs. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey of 144 MSME consumers in Purwokerto who had interacted with digital promotions. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings revealed that digital marketing had a positive and significant effect on both brand image and purchase decisions. Furthermore, brand image partially mediated the relationship between digital marketing and purchase decisions, indicating that consumers evaluate brand perceptions before making purchasing decisions. These results highlight the importance of strengthening digital marketing strategies to build a positive brand image and enhance MSME competitiveness in the digital era. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan leverage pada harga saham perusahaan sektor perikanan. Profitabilitas diproksikan dengan return on assets (ROA), likuiditas dengan current ratio, serta leverage dengan debt to asset ratio (DAR). Penelitian ini memakai sampel berupa perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor perikanan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2021-2024. Data diuji menggunakan regresi linear berganda berbantuan SPSS 26. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa profitabilitas dan likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan pada harga saham perusahaan sektor perikanan, sedangkan leverage tidak memberi pengaruh signifikan pada harga saham perusahaan sektor perikanan. Hasil penelitian ini bisa saja berbeda jika variabel yang sama diterapkan pada sektor yang berbeda. Kata kunci: Harga Saham, Leverage, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas
