Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim to empirically examine the influence of MarketShare and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Year 2009-2018 partially or silmutanously. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling using a purposive sampling research method. The population of this study is the company's financial statement data, namely PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2009-2018. In this study using secondary data types obtained at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The secondary data is then processed and analyzed using time series analysis. Multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the f test and t test. Based on the results of the study the influence of MarketShare and Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Equity of 75.2%. Hypothesis test results explain that MarketShare and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) together have a significant effect on Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The partial effect of MarketShare on Return on Equity (ROE) is 60.09 %, and hypothesis testing shows MarketShare has a positive and significant effect. Large influence partially Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Equity (ROE) is 15.10%, and hypothesis testing shows no significant effect on Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) of Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2009-2018

Abstract

The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Burn Out and Workload on the Performance of Operational Personnel at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Tiga Gajah Station Branch. The t-value of the burn out variable is -1.233> -2.05183, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that partially there is no significant influence of burn out (X1) on performance (Y). The t-value of the workload variable is 3,622> 2.05183. Then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of workload (X2) on employees’ performance (Y). The results of the F test analysis show that burn out and workloads simultaneously have a significant influence on performance, where the F count of (17,613) is greater than the F table (3.35). The results of the coefficient of determination R Square of 0.674, meaning that the amount of contribution or the amount of influence of the independent variable that is burn out, workload, and the dependent variable is performance by 67.4% while the remaining 32.6% is determined by other variables not included in the research model this is like ability and expertise, knowledge, work design, personality, organizational culture, and job satisfaction (Kasmir, 2016: 189).

The Influence of Market Risk, Credit Risk, and Liquidity Risk on Financial Performance in State-Owned Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 Period. This study aims to examine the influence of market risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk on the financial performance of state-owned banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period, either partially or simultaneously. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it is concluded that partially market risk variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on financial performance (Y), credit risk variable (X2) has a negative and significant influence on financial performance (Y), and liquidity risk variable (X3). Noinfluence, no significant and negative direction on financial performance (Y). Simultaneous test results show that market risk (X1), credit risk (X2), and liquidity risk (X3) have a significant and positive influence on financial performance (Y). From the results of the coefficient of determination, the percentage of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 87.9%, while the remaining 12.1% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh variasi produk dan sistem pembayaran Terhadap Pendapatan Panglong Kayu Di Kecamatan Muaradua. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 15 usaha panglong kayu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalahRegresi Linier Berganda.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Fhitung 22.530>Ftabel 3.89 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya Ada pengaruh yang signifikan variasi produk dan sistem pembayaran Terhadap Pendapatan Panglong Kayu Di Kecamatan Muaradua. Secara parsial variabel variasi produk memiliki nilai t-hitung (3.029) > t-tabel (2.17881) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya bahwa Ada pengaruh yang signifikan variasi produk Terhadap Pendapatan Panglong Kayu Di Kecamatan Muaradua. Sedangkan variabel sistem pembayaran memiliki nilai t-hitung (3.426) > t-tabel (2.17881) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya bahwa Ada pengaruh yang signifikan Sistem pembayaran Terhadap Pendapatan Panglong Kayu Di Kecamatan Muaradua. koefisien determinasi (R2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0.790. Hal ini menunjukkan berarti sumbangan pengaruh variasi produk dan sistem pembayaranterhadap pendapatan sebesar 79% sedangkan sisanya 21% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study discusses the Effect of Workload and Career Development on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Bakti Nugraha Yuda Energy Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The population in this study were 166 respondents, and the samples taken in this study were 63 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study was through questionnaires. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression tools. The results of the analysis in this study explain that the tcount of each variable Workload (X1) is 2.251, and Career Development (X2) is 2.709 which is greater than the ttable value of 2.001 which states that each variable has a partial effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bakti Nugraha Yuda Energy Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Simultaneously there is the influence of Workload and Career Development on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT.Bakti Nugraha Yuda Energy. with Fcount of 20.750 greater than Ftable of 3.15, the value of the coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.409 means that in this case the contribution of Motivation and Job Satisfaction is 40.9% while the remaining 59.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

Profitability Ratio Analysis at PT. Siantar top, tbk. The purpose of calculating financial ratios is needed for a company to be able to find out the good and bad financial conditions in the processing of a company. Analyzing the profitability ratio aims to determine the profit or profit. The analytical method used is a quantitative method by analyzing data in the form of financial statements of Pt. Siantar top, tbk last 5 years. The profitability ratios used are Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE) for the period 2018 to 2022.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This Study aims to The influence of Organization Climate and Career Development on Employees’ Performance at PT. Surya Mustika Lampung Baturaja The population in this study was 38 employees at PT. Surya Mustika Lampung Baturaja. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using the Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. The results of the analysis explain each of the Organizational Climate variables () is 2,439 and Career Development () is 4,141 greater than the value of 2,030 stating all variables influence the Employees’ Performance at PT. Surya Mustika Lampung Baturaja with a calculated F value of 22.619 greater than F table of 3.27 states that together all variables Influence Climate and Career Development influence Employees’ Performance at PT. Surya Mustika Lampung Baturaja. The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.564 meaning that in this case the contribution of Climate and Career Development is 56.4%, while the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of selling prices (2) promotions on UK return up sales. 10 liters and (3) against the sales volume of the UK return up.10 liters on the figure of the devil Lahat. This research is a survey research with an associative design. The population in this study were all consumers of Sihan Lahat figures. The population in this study are selling prices, promotions and sales volume of round up Uk.10 liters at the Sihan Lahat shop which was established from 2001 to 2020. The samples taken in this study are the data table selling prices, promotions and sales volume for 5 years the last one is from 2015 to 2019. Data collection uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Research results The test results together show (Selling Price) and (Promotion) have a joint effect on Sales Volume, thus the company should pay attention to the two variables that greatly influence the Sales Volume. with a significance level found that (1) the effect of selling price has a positive effect on sales volume, (2) promotion has a positive effect on sales volume and (3) the effect of selling price and promotion has a positive and significant effect on sales volume of Round up uk.10 liters on the character damn Lahat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dual role conflict and work stress on the performance of female employees at PT. Prime Monysaga. The sample used as many as 95 people, data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature study. The data were processed using SPSS version 22. The results showed that the partial negative and significant effect of the multiple role conflict variable on the performance variable was -0.599 (ꞵ₁) as evidenced by the t-count value of -3.978 and (sig. 0.000) > 0.05 while the negative effect and partially significant work stress variable on the performance variable of -0.269 as evidenced by the t-count value -2.215 and (sig. 0.029) <0.05 simultaneously there is a significant effect of multiple role conflict and work stress on performance as evidenced by the f-count value 18.522 and (sig 0.000), the Adjusted R Square value is 0.272, which means 27.2% dual role conflict and work stress affect performance and the remaining 72.8% is influenced by factors not examined in this study.
