Abstract

Based on surveys conducted on Telkomsel cards used by GraiPari Telkomsel city pagar alam customers, there are still shortcomings, one of which is the Telkomsel card product provides less choice of variants. And perception about Telkomsel card product has its own value for consumers compared to other brands. The majority of consumers provide imperfect judgments, this is likely because consumers have not felt satisfied, comfortable with the product, therefore the author is interested to do peneletian this. Problem formulation in this research is: is there any influence of product innovation to consumer purchasing decision of Telkomsel Card at Graipari Telkomsel city Pagar Alam, is there any consumer perception to consumer purchasing decision of Telkomsel Card at GraiPari Telkomsel city Pagar alam, is there any influence of product innovation and consumer perception to consumer purchasing decision Telkomsel Card at Graipari Telkomsel kota pagar alam. The sample of this research is all consumer of Telkomsel card in Graipari Telkomsel city pagar alam which amounts to 100 people, in period of one month purchase that is in May 2020. Based on the results of data processing using SPSS, the regression equation obtained is :. The value of coefficient of determination (r ^ 2) based on data processing table of SPPS of 0,723. The variables affecting Telkomsel Graipari consumers can be influenced by the variables that exist and the variable with the respondents of 72.3%, while the rest of 27.7% can be taken into account by other variables that are not included in this research model. Variable of product innovation with t count> from t table or 2,725> 2.000, hence Ho is rejected and Hietahui, this indicates that there is significant influence to variables influencing consumer Graipari Telkomsel kota pagar alam. Variable consumer perceptions with t count> of ttable or 2,543> 2,000, then Ho rejected and Hietahui, this indicates that there is significant influence between consumer variable to consumer variable Graipari Telkomsel city pagar alam. Results of data processing with the value of Fcount of 16.729. With the value of F arithmetic> F table. From the hypothesis test results then the decision taken is the same variable and different variables for each consumer who have different variables to consumers Graipari Telkomsel city pagar alam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource quality, professionalism of work, commitment to employee performance PDAM Baturaja partially and simultaneously. Research approach used in this study is quantitative. Population in the company amounted to 150 and taken 75 respondents to use the sample with the sampling method is simple random sampling or simple random sample by means of a lottery / raffle of names of employees PDAM Baturaja is then taken as samples used lottery of 75 names of employees Selected in the draw. Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis were used to determine the influence of strong between the dependent variable and independent variables. The test results and analysis conducted states that the variable quality of human resources and a significant positive effect on employee performance PDAM Baturaja Regency. Variable professionalism and significant positive effect on employee performance PDAM Baturaja. And variable commitment and significant positive effect on employee performance PDAM Baturaja. And the quality of human resources, professionalism, and commitment to simultaneously positive and significant influence on employee performance PDAM Baturaja Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) influence of selling price and distribution channel to sales volume of product coffee kapal api (2) the effect of selling price on sales volume (3) influence of distribution channel to sales volume. Research subject is CV. BINTANG TERANG LAHAT and sample data is selling price, distribution channel and sales volume year 2012-2016. The data obtained are then analyzed using regression analysis using SPSS application. Based on the analysis obtained Y = 14505.685 + .039 X1 + 35.025 X2+ e which mean constanta value of 14505.685 mean if the independent variables are ignored the value of variable (Y) of 14505.685. the result of the research shows that there is significant effect of selling price (X1), distribution channel (X2), together to the sales volume (Y). The test T influence variable (X1) on (Y) cost (X1) is 8.535 with significant is .013 ≤ 0,05, influence variable (X2) on (Y) cost (X2) is 4.502 with significant level of .046 < 0,05. The test result F obtained 60.058 by taking a significant level of 5% then with a significant level of 0.016 < 0,05.

Abstract

Banks in achieving their profitability will certainly be faced with various risks, risk management is a logical and schematic method in identifying, quantifying, determining attitudes, determining solutions, and monitoring and reporting risks that occur in each bank business activity. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of credit risk (NPL) and market risk (NIM) on bank profitability (ROA). This research is conducted at state-owned commercial banks listed on the IDX for the period 2010-2019. The method used in this research is quantitative and the source of the data in this study is obtained from secondary data with a sample size of 4 banking companies, namely Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Tabungan Negara and Bank Mandiri. The results of this study indicate that the credit risk free variable (NPL) has a negative but significant influence. The market risk variable (NIM) has a positive and significant influence on profitability with a regression coefficient value of 0.466 with a significant level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination shows that the contribution of the influence of the variable credit risk (NPL) and market risk (NIM) to profitability (ROA) is 87.3%, while the remaining 12.7% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the regression model.

Abstract

EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT CV DIMAS PRASETYA PALEMBANG. Jl. Lt. Col. Iskandar No. 630 Floor I. Tel. 310679. This study aims to determine the level of employee performance at the company CV Dimas Prasetya Palembang. This study uses two types of data, namely primary and secondary data, while the research method involves employee performance and data analysis in data collection, data reduction and data presentation. In addition, researchers use fishbone diagram data analysis methods (fishbone diagrams). From the results of the analysis, researchers know that the condition of employee performance at CV Dimas Prasetya Palembang has decreased employee performance due to lack of quality and low ability to cooperate or company effectiveness which is the result of decreasing employee performance at CV Dimas Prasetya Palembang. So that the performance of employees at the company is not good.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership, Compensation and Work Placement on Employees’ Performance at PT. Bakti Nugraha Yuda (Energy) PLTU Baturaja. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, compensation and work placement on employees’ performance at PT. Bakti Nugraha Yuda (Energy) PLTU Baturaja. In conducting the analysis, multiple linear regression was used. Based on data analysis and partial discussion, Leadership (X1) has an influence on Employees’ Performance (Y), with the results of T count (9,525) > T table (2,003), Compensation (X2) has an influence on Employees’ Performance (Y), with the result –T count (-4.108 ) < -Table (-2.003), and Job Placement (X3) have an influence on employees’ performance (Y), with the result of T count (4.745)> T table (2.003). And simultaneously Leadership, Compensation, and Work Placement have an influence on Employees’ Performance at PT. Bakti Nugraha Yuda (Energy) PLTU Baturaja, with the results F count (50,419)> F table (2.77). The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.715. This shows that the influence of leadership, compensation and work placement on employees’ performance at PT. Bakti Nugraha Yuda (Energy) PLTU Baturaja, amounting to 71.5% while the remaining 28.5% is influenced by other variables that are not explained in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of creativity and entrepreneurial skill on business success in culinary MSMEs in East Baturaja, OKU Regency. In conducting the analysis, multiple linear regression analysis is used with the SPSS 16.0 for windows program, showing that partially creativity has a significant influence on business success. Likewise, entrepreneurial skill has a significant influence on business success, and the R Square coefficient of determination is 0.618, it means that the percentage of contribution of creativity and entrepreneurial skill on business success is only 61.8% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as work hard and opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance appraisal using the behaviorally anchor rating scale method in Pengandonan, Ulu Ogan District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency (Case Study at PT. Barus Familly Jaya). Data analysis technique using behaviorally anchor rating scale method. Based on the results of research and processed data, it can be said that employee performance appraisal using the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale method can be said from respondents who have been given questionnaires and performance appraisals that have been summed and summed through the employee performance appraisal process are currently effective, with the Behaviorally Anchor method. Rating Scale of employee work behavior can be seen in detail so as to provide an overview of employee performance over a certain period. Currently, employee performance appraisal using the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale method can be carried out optimally so that a good employee performance appraisal can be carried out in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the efferct of Interest Rates, Dividend Payout Ratio, Earning Per Share and Price to Book Value on Stock Prices in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia Period 2013 – 2019. The population on this study amounted to 65 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 – 2019. The sample in this study amounted to 10 property and real estate companies using the purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple regression analysis techniques to test hypoytheses. The test result partialli show that Interest Rates and Dividend Payout Ratio variabel have no effect and have no significant on stock prices, while Earning Per Share and Price to Book Value have a significant positive effect on stock prices. Simultaneously the variable Interest Rates, Dividend Payout Ratio, Earning Per Share and Price to Book Value together have a significant effect on Stock Price.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The analytical method used is a quantitative method using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool that uses validity and reliability tests, as well as the T test and F test. The results of this study are explaining the value of t Innovation (X1) of 3.090 is higher than the t table of 2.07387 which means that the Innovation variable has a significant influence on Business Success, and t value Entrepreneurial Creativity (X2) of 6.146 is higher than t table of 2.07387 which means that the variable Entrepreneurial Creativity has a significant influence on Business Success. Simultaneous testing (F Test) of Entrepreneurial Innovation and Creativity variable show an arithmetic of 75.119 which is higher than the f table of 3.44, it means that simultaneously the Entrepreneurial Innovation and Creativity influence signficantly on the Success of Small and Medium Enterprises in Clothing Tailors in East Baturaja Sub-District. The (R Square) which is 0.872 means that the contribution of Entrepreneurial Innovation and Creativity is 87.2% and the remaining 12.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as opportunity and HR factors.
