Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and leverage on share prices of coal sub-sector companies on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. The financial ratios studied are Profitability (ROA) and Leverage (DER). The population in this research are coal sub-sector companies on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. The sample consisted of 23 companies that published complete financial reports for 3 years (2019-2021) using the purposive sampling method, namely a sample selection technique using certain criteria that the researcher had determined for the object under study. Data collection was carried out using documentation methods and accessing the web and related sites. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the profitability variable has a partially significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the Leverage variable does not have a partially significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, it was found that share prices and leverage jointly influence share prices with R2 0,354 (35,4%). Keywords: Profitability, Leverage, Share Price

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of debt and working capital on the profitability of retail trade sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The financial ratios studied are Debt and Working Capital. The population in this research is retail trading sub-sector companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The sample consisted of 24 companies that published complete financial reports for 3 years (2020-2022) using the purposive sampling method, namely a sample selection technique using certain criteria that the researcher had determined for the object under study. Data collection was carried out using documentation methods, literature study and accessing the web and related sites. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the debt variable has a partially significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, the working capital variable has a partially significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously, it was found that debt and working capital jointly influence profitability with R2 0.171 (17.1%). Keywords: Debt, Working Capital, Profitability

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Marketing Performance Analysis of batik businesses in Pekalongan through Entrepreneurship Orientation, Market Orientation, Product Innovation and E-commerce (Case Study of Batik Traders at the Setono Wholesale Market and IBC Pekalongan) with a total of 158 respondents with a sampling technique using the Stratified technique Random Sampling. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS ver.22 for Windows program. The results of the tests carried out show that entrepreneurial orientation (X1) has a significant positive effect on marketing performance. Market orientation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Marketing Performance (Y) with a sig value of 0.007. Product Innovation (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Marketing Performance (Y) with a sig value of 0.000. E-Commerce (X4) has a positive and significant effect on Marketing Performance (Y) with a sig value of 0.042.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity on stock returns, the effect of profitability on stock returns, and the effect of liquidity and profitability on stock returns in coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data used is secondary data obtained via the website www.idx.co.id. The sample consisted of 23 companies that published complete financial reports for 4 years (2018-2021). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that 92 data were obtained.The research results show that Liquidity variables do not have a significant influence on stock returns. Meanwhile, the Profitability Variable has a significant influence on Stock Returns. Simultaneously, it is found that Liquidity and Profitability both have a simultaneous influence with R2 of 0.209 (20.9%) Keywords: Liquidity, Profitability and Stock Returns

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on work stress, the effect of workload on work stress, the effect of work stress on turnover intention, the effect of work environment on turnover intention, the effect of workload on turnover intention, the influence of work environment on turnover intention through work stress, and the effect of workload on turnover intention through work stress at PT. Metropolitan Land, Tbk Metland Menteng branch. This study uses an associative research strategy. Data collection techniques through questionnaires using the Simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the SEM-PLS method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Metropolitan Land, Tbk Metland Menteng Branch. The sample is determined based on the Slovin formula, with a total of 56 samples. The results of this study indicate that: 1) work environment is significant to work stress; 2) workload is significant to work stress; 3) work stress is significant to turnover intention; 4) work environment is not significant to turnover intention; 5) workload is significant to turnover intention; 6) work environment is insignificant to turnover intention through work stress; and 7) workload is significant to turnover intention through work stress. This study also shows that work stress only mediates workload on turnover intention and does not mediate work environment on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information related to the influence of parental norms on money management; qualitative methods with literature survey techniques seek to place, obtain, read, and evaluate research literature. Analysis and search for articles involving themes with titles, abstracts, and keywords related to parental norms, money management, and financial socialization agents. Selection of compositions according to writing needs, list of documents, and type of article. The data collection technique in this study was a literature survey collected from the database using Harzing's Publish or Perish (PoP). The study results show that parents are very influential in shaping children's financial management behavior. Technically, parents are role models for children in shaping their financial management behavior

Abstract

The Montigo Resorts Nongsa, Batam is the only five star resorts in Batam, Riau Archipelago. As one of the hotel that operate under the management of KOP Group, this hotel has attract many attention and start from the opening day the hotel has already serve many guests, not only local but also international guests. As a five star hotel, undoubtedly guests that come to the hotel have high expectation of what they would experience in here. To make sure that guests’ satisfactions are fulfilled, having a staff who can give a good personalized service is one of the important aspect. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of personalized service towards guest satisfaction in front office department. This research is conducted by using descriptive and causal research method the data analysis method in this research are descriptive analysis method, validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive statistics, coefficient of correlation test, coefficient of determination test, linear regression analysis and Z-test. After doing research and data analysis, the writer summarized the questionary result into a conclusion. The writer found out that Personalized Service has an influence towards Guest Satisfaction at The Montigo Resorts Nongsa, Batam, but some problems often arise as the result of staffs being less vigilant on several aspects of implementing the personalized service. Based on the existing theories, the writer stated some recommendation to the hotel about what they could do to get the maximum result for the guest satisfaction that is influenced by personalized service, for the guest and the hotel itself.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and empowerment on employee performance at PT.KAI (Persero) Divre III Palembang. In this study it was collected by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews and descriptive data analysis techniques with a quantitative (statistical) approach to variable data and multiple regression analysis. The research instrument uses validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. The results of this partial research show that Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value (0.023 <0.05), so statistically at a significant level of 5% (0.05), it can be stated that the partial hypothesis H2 is proven and accepted. Empowerment has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value (0.016 <0.05), then statistically at a significant level of 5% (0.05), it can be stated that the partial hypothesis H2 is proven and accepted. Leadership and empowerment have a significant effect on employee performance. The correlation coefficient value obtained was 40.4 and the determination coefficient value obtained was 16.3 percent indicating that there is a relationship between leadership and empowerment on employee performance.

Abstract

Factors that can influence purchasing decisions are product quality and price. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions. This research begins with a preliminary survey of 10 stores as a sample of respondents who are consumers of CV. Tunas Mandiri. The population in this study was 60 building stores. The sample is determined by taking the entire population as a sample (census). Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents and conducting unstructured interviews. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 29. The results of the analysis show that product quality partially has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (prob = 0.001 <0.05)., while price has no effect on purchasing decisions (0.080> 0.05). Product quality and price simultaneously have a positive effect on purchasing decisions (prob = 0.001 <0.05).

Abstract

Career development shows a person's emotional and mental reactions to his work, career development affects the quality and quantity in the terminal service unit type a karya jaya Palembang. This study aims to analyse the effect of career development and work enthusiasm on employee performance at the Karya Jaya Palembang Type A Terminal Service Unit. The object of this research is 42 employees of Terminal Service Unit Type A Karya Jaya Palembang. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis which is processed using the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program version 26. Based on the results and discussion, there is an influence of career development and work enthusiasm on employee performance. Career development and work enthusiasm simultaneously have a significant effect on performance variables. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the influence of career development and work enthusiasm has a positive and significant effect on performance on the performance of employees of the terminal service unit type A Karya Jaya Palembang
