Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT Astra Isuzu Palembang. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, documentation and observation. The analysis method used is quantitative method. So that researchers take the entire population, namely employees totaling 54 people. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. This study uses a descriptive correlation method with the aim of providing an overview of the effect of Work Discipline and Career Development on Employee Performance of PT Astra Isuzu Palembang. Based on the data analysis conducted, it shows that the significant influence of variable X1 (work discipline) with variable X2 (career development) with variable Y (employee performance). Thus the results of the study can be concluded that the research hypothesis that there is a positive influence on Work Discipline and Career Development on Employee Performance of PT Astra Isuzu Palembang, can be tested or accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of Puskesmas Sekip Palembang. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to 64 respondents. The type of data in this study uses qualitative data and quantitative data. To see the extent of the accuracy and feasibility of the research variable instrument used validity and reliability tests, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis models, with t tests and F tests. The results of the t test analysis in this study show that partially work motivation has a significant effect, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the Sekip Palembang Health Center. The results of the F test analysis and the coefficient of determination show that simultaneously work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of the Palembang Sekip Health Center by 37.7 percent, while the remaining 63.3 percent is influenced by other factors outside the study. This shows that the higher the work motivation and work discipline, the higher the performance produced by the employees of the Palembang Sekip Health Center.

Abstract

The church in its existence cannot be seen as limited to the implementation of the preaching of God's word in every ritual of worship. Therefore, if structuring and governance must be a link in structuring services, then in principle the church must also be viewed from an organisational perspective. On 25 May 1985, GPI Papua was institutionally formed. Its service area is spread over the two administrative regions of Papua and West Papua. As an institution that has 470 Pastors and is spread over 20 chapters, it indicates that the problem of the vastness of the GPI Papua service area, the topographical context and the socio-cultural context have an impact on the service and performance of Pastors as organic employees of GPI Papua who have binding institutional rules. In its findings, the performance of the Pastors is difficult to measure the level of success. By establishing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), the writing of this article wants to assert that the level of success of the Pastor can be seen from the perspective of the local community. On the other hand, methodologically, the writing of this article uses a qualitative approach by looking at case studies in the congregation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the physical work environment and work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Celikah Health Center, Kayuagung District, OKI Regency. In this study collected through distributing questionnaires with 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis models, with t tests and F tests. While what is used to see the extent of the accuracy and feasibility of the research instrument (measuring variables) is used validity and reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that partially the physical work environment has a significant effect and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the Celikah Health Center, Kayuagung District, OKI Regency. The results of the F test analysis and the coefficient of determination show that simultaneously the physical work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Celikah Health Center, Kayuagung District, OKI Regency. This shows that the better the physical work environment and the higher the work discipline that exists in employees, the better and higher the performance produced by employees of the Celikah Health Center, Kayuagung District, OKI Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh produk, harga dan faktor promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kopi "Janji Jiwa" di Kota Banjarmasin, mengingat perkembangan budaya minum kopi dan persaingan yang semakin kompetitif di wilayah tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan melibatkan 110 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa faktor produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan faktor harga dan promosi berpengaruh sebagian signifikan. Secara bersamaan, faktor produk, harga dan promosi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan untuk membeli kopi "Janji Jiwa" di Kota Banjarmasin. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah faktor produk mungkin perlu mendapat perhatian lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan faktor harga dan promosi memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam mempengaruhi preferensi konsumen terhadap produk kopi tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of free cash flow, liquidity, and company growth on debt policy with profitability moderating the independent variables in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2021. Debt policy is very important for managers in companies that are expanding. The total population of this study is 49 companies and the sample in this study was 19 companies x 5 years of research 95 observations. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive test, classic assumption test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that the free cash flow has no effect on debt policy, liquidity has an effect on debt policy, company growth has no effect on debt policy, in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2017-2021 period. Meanwhile, for the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test, the results show that profitability does not moderate the effect of free cash flow on debt policy, profitability does not moderate the effect of liquidity on debt policy, and profitability does not moderate the effect of company growth on debt policy in companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2017-2021.

Abstract

From the initial research that researchers did, the phenomenon within the company was related to the employees' work awareness for the organization, where it was an obligation that needed to be further developed. For that reason the clarity of goals and policies applied by the organization is a very important factor and needs to be implemented properly and correctly so that employee job satisfaction with the organization can grow. Of course employee job satisfaction can grow along with the creation of a conducive organizational climate. The warmth of the work relationship at the workplace, the organization's attention to the facilities and infrastructure that are increasingly adequate, the better employee rewards need to get the attention of superiors because these factors contribute positively to employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to find out the elements that influence the formation of employee job satisfaction on the CV. Ibnu Aqil Mandiri. The number of samples in this study amounted to 10 people using saturated sample techniques. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the most dominant factors affecting employee job satisfaction CV. Ibnu Aqil Mandiri is a desire for a decent life. This is based on the desire to get compensation in the form of basic salary, incentives in the form of additional bonuses outside of basic salary, benefits such as THR, leave due to illness, leave because of the interests of holding a marriage, pregnancy and so forth. Likewise with career development, job allowances, family allowances that play a role as a driver of his desire to work harder and improve his abilities.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of the variable workload, non-physical work environment and remuneration on performance. The sample in this research was 66 Lecturers of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Pattimura Ambon, determining the number of samples using the slovin method with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS 23. Abstract

Penerapan Organizational Domains of Community Empowerment dalam mendukung Program Bersinar di Provinsi Gorontalo, merupakan pendekataan yang digunakan dalam evaluasi internal suatu komunitas masyarakat dalam keterlibatannya untuk mendukung program bersinar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan belum sepenuhnya optimal, khususnya dalam aktivasi komunitas untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan memobilisasi komunitas dalam suatu masyarakat agar memiliki komitmen yang terbangun di antara komunitas atau organisasi masyarakat yang dalam hal ini adalah karang taruna sebagai organisasi penggerak pemuda dalam suatu masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of E-Marketing Mix on Purchase Decisions in E-Commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada). This research is a descriptive quantitative research. There were 433 samples in the study using the slovin formula. The sample technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program version 24. Based on the research data the results of the multiple linear regression coefficient test obtained the final equation, namely Y = 1.490 + 0.563X1+ 0.279X2 +0.708X3+ 0.615X4 +0.018X5 +0.134X6 +0.798 X7 + e. Based on the results of the t test or partially where Product (X1) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 Price (X2) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 Place (X3) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 Promotion (X4) Process ( X5) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 People (X6) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 Physical Evidence (X7) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that it can be said that the variable independent significant effect on the dependent variable. the variables studied have an influence on purchasing decisions. the results of the F test can be said to be 0.000 <0.05, which means Ho.
