Abstract

E-commerce has replaced traditional retail, offering corporations financial savings and giving customers a streamlined experience enhanced by user-friendliness, customization, prompt customer support, and transaction security. Favorable consumer experiences facilitate word-of-mouth (WOM) promotion, which impacts purchasing choices and strengthens brand loyalty. Integrating advanced technologies, like artificial intelligence-powered customization and streamlined mobile applications, enhances consumer experiences, promotes brand loyalty, and facilitates efficient interactions. This research aims to examine the relationship between word-of-mouth advertising, technical innovation, and consumer experience in electronic commerce. The quantitative study methodology included a sample size of 120 individuals from the Greater Jakarta area, with data analysis conducted using SPSS. The findings demonstrate substantial beneficial effects of word-of-mouth (WOM) and technology innovation on consumer experience. The results indicate that e-commerce enterprises should allocate resources towards cutting-edge technology and promote good word-of-mouth to improve consumer experiences and sustain competition. Subsequent investigations should investigate supplementary variables such as service quality, customization, and the omnichannel experience.

The method used is quantitative method, with data collection methods using literature studies, questionnaires (questionnaires), and observation (observation) conducted in February-May 2024. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample using the calculation of the SPSS version 25 application program. The population of this study were teachers at SDN Kutabaru 1 Tangerang Regency. The sample contained in this study were 30 respondents. The results of this study indicate that all question items are valid and reliable. This can be proven by the Teamwork variable by the tcount value of 2.915> from the ttable value of 1.705 with a sig value of 0.007 < 0.05. Which means it shows that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Communication variable by sig value 0.000 < 0.05. And the tcount value is 4.060> from the ttable value of 1.705. Which means it shows that the value of communication has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The work environment variable by the tcount value of 2.984> from the ttable value of 1.705 and a significant value of 0.006 <0.05. Which means it shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Based on the results of this study, it has a positive and significant effect together (simultaneously) the Fcount value is 12.494> 2.98. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the Teamwork, Communication, and Work Environment variables simultaneously affect the teacher performance variable.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of distributive justice, procedural justice, and financial compensation on employee loyalty in a manufacturing company in Bali. The problem addressed was the impact of perceived fairness and compensation on employee loyalty. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 employees. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings revealed that distributive justice and financial compensation significantly and positively influenced employee loyalty. However, procedural justice did not have a significant individual impact but contributed positively when combined with the other two variables. The results indicated that fair distribution of earnings and adequate financial compensation enhance employee loyalty, while the role of procedural justice is more significant when considered alongside other fairness aspects. These findings suggest that management should prioritize improving distributive justice and financial compensation strategies to foster higher employee loyalty. This study contributes to the literature on human resource management by highlighting the importance of fairness in compensation and decision-making processes. Further research is recommended to explore other variables affecting employee loyalty and to test these findings across different industries.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer service and product quality on purchasing decisions. Customer service and product quality are two crucial factors that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty, which ultimately impact purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach to collect data from 125 respondents who are consumers of a well-known retail company in a big city. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire to measure respondents' perceptions of customer service, product quality, and purchasing decisions. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between the independent variables (customer service and product quality) and the dependent variable (purchase decisions). The results of the study indicate that both customer service and product quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Specifically, product quality has a more dominant influence than customer service in influencing purchasing decisions. This shows that although good customer service and product quality remain the main factors that encourage consumers to make purchases. This study provides practical implications for company management to pay more attention to and improve the quality of their products and continue to provide excellent customer service. Thus, companies can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, which will ultimately increase sales and profits.
