Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of digital marketing on the sales of traditional traders in the Horas market Pematangsiantar. The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents with an error rate of 10%. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The sampling method used accidental sampling technique. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to traditional traders of the Horas market Pematangsiantar. The research method used is a quantitative approach with questionnaires and managing data using SPSS. The analytical tools used are validity and reliability tests. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression analysis. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that digital marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on sales results. The results of this study indicate that the higher the digital marketing it will affect the sales results of traditional traders in the Horas market Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran motivasi kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) pada Biro SDM Sekretariat Jenderal Kemendikbudristek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling dengan pendekatan Partial least square (SEM-PLS). Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 pegawai. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert yang diolah menggunakan software Microsoft Excel 2021 dan SmartPLS versi 4.1.0.5. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Variabel motivasi kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the existence of digital technology as a strengthening investment in the millennial generation during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pekalongan City. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. Explorative to find further and deeper into other possibilities of the problem under study. The informants in this research are investment gallery assistants at the UIN K.H Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan campus and young investors (millennial generation) in Pekalongan City. The results of this study indicate that there is an interest of the millennial generation in stocks during the covid-19 pandemic because many millennial generation investors make stock transactions, with the expectation that stock prices will increase after the end of the pandemic. In addition, the role of digital technology has further increased investment during the co-19 pandemic in Pekalongan City. This indicates that it is important because of the growing digital technology, this will facilitate and increase investment during the Covid-19 pandemic by not violating health protocols and the lifestyle of people during the pandemic who are accustomed to work from home and online systems.

Abstract

This study's objectives are to determine whether benefits, job rotation, and job promotion affect employee performance at PT X Kota Cilegon. Quantitative research methodologies were used to conduct this study. The population of the study was all employees at PT X Kota Cilegon totaling 403 employees. The probability sampling method using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin error at PT X Kota Cilegon totaling 80 respondents. A Google Forms-distributed questionnaire was used to gather data. The SPSS version 27 software was utilized as the data analysis tool in this study. This study used an instrument test to see the validity and reliability test values, and used a classical assumption test to see the normality test whether the data was normally distributed, as well as a t-hypothesis test (partial) to test the influence between variables and the f test (simultaneous) to test the influence together. The results of this study show that (1) Benefits have a positive and notable effect on employee performance, (2) Job Rotation has a positive and notable effect on employee performance, (3) Job Promotion has a positive and notable effect on employee performance.

Abstract

StudyThis aims to determine the influence of shop atmosphere, promotions and location on purchasing interest at the Indah Sari Pematang Siantar shop. This research is survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population used in this research was consumers of Toko Indah Sari Pematang Siantar in Banjarnegara city. The sample used was 130 consumers of Toko Indah Sari Pematang Siantar in Banjarnegara city using the Purposive Sampling method. Test the validity of the instrument using Confirmatory Factor Analysis and test its reliability using Cronbach's Alpha. . The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The research results found that: (1) Store atmosphere has a positive effect on buying interest. (2) Promotion has a positive effect on buying interest. (3) Location has a positive effect on buying interest. (4) Store atmosphere, promotions and location have a positive effect on buying interest. The magnitude of the influence of store atmosphere, promotions and location on purchase interest (adjusted R2) is 0.467.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of promotion and service quality on customers' decisions to save at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan Gatot Subroto Branch, both partially and simultaneously at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan Gatot Subroto Branch. The type of research used is quantitative. This research uses two independent variables, namely promotion and service quality with one dependent variable, namely the customer's decision to save. The population in this research is Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan Gatot Subroto Branch customers, totaling 100 customers determined the sample size in this research by making the population a sample so that the sample for this research is 50 respondents. The data source for this research is primary data using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data collection method used is survey research. Promotions influence customers' savings decisions. Promotion and service quality together influence customers' savings decisions. The service quality variable has a significant influence on customers' decisions to save at BRI Bank Medan Gatot Subroto Branch, having at value of 2.537 with a significance of 0.014. Then the value in the distribution table (0.025) is 2.011. So the calculated t value is 2.537 > t table 2.011, which means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected so that the service quality variable has a significant influence.

Abstract

The emergence of earnings management is the impact of agency problems that occur between the owners and management of the company caused by a misalignment of interests and is often referred to as agency conflict. This earnings management action can reduce the credibility of financial reports because the figures presented in the financial reports do not reflect the actual situation. This study aims to analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of managerial ownership, profitability and leverage on earnings management in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period. This research is a quantitative study. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the company's official website on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study consisted of 12 companies in the 2020-2023 period, totaling 48 sample data. The data analysis used is panel data regression analysis using the E-Views 9 program.  The results of this study indicate that partially managerial ownership and profitability do not affect earnings management, while leverage has a positive and significant effect on earnings management. Simultaneously managerial ownership, profitability and leverage affect earnings management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and company size on company value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study were 26 companies and the sample of this study were 17 companies after outliers were made so that the number of observation samples was 51 data used. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling technique. This research test uses Eviews software, with panel data regression testing. The results showed that partially the capital structure has no effect on company value while the size of the company partially has a negative effect on company value. then simultaneously (together) the capital structure and company size affect company value pt).

Abstract

The use of QRIS is the desire to use QRIS as a payment method, this is influenced by how useful and easy the technology is to use in transactions. The higher the usefulness and ease, the greater the intention to use QRIS. This study aims to determine how much influence Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use have on Intention To Use on the use of QRIS in an Islamic business perspective. The study used a quantitative method, the population was QRIS users at the Geprek King Restaurant. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, the number of samples was 100 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. The method using multiple linear regression analysis was processed using IBM SPSS version 23. The results showed that Perceived Usefulness had a significant effect on Intention to Use QRIS, meaning that the higher the perception of the usefulness of technology, the greater the user's intention to continue using it. Perceived Ease of Use had a significant effect on Intention to Use, indicating that the ease of use of technology encouraged more frequent use of it. Simultaneously, Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have a significant effect on Intention to Use QRIS, proving that the higher the usefulness and ease, the greater the user's intention to use it continuously. From an Islamic business perspective, high Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use of technology, such as QRIS, increases the user's intention to use it continuously, as long as the technology is in line with sharia principles.

Abstract

Implementing the Smart City program in the field of Smart Transportation continues to be improved and is an environmentally friendly solution. The implementation of this research aims to determine location governance, Madiun City Government, the amount of initial investment costs required, and the investment feasibility of this e-bike-sharing plan. The method implemented is descriptive quantitative based on DPP (Discounted Payback Period), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), and NPV (Net Present Value) to calculate investment feasibility analysis. The results showed that the location of the E-Bike Sharing shelter at the Station, Terminal, Alun-alun Madiun City. It is furthermore, related to the Government governance plan that the E-Bike Sharing plan is managed by the Madiun City Tourism, Youth and Sports Culture Office. The total initial investment cost of the E-Bike Sharing plan issued by the Madiun City Government amounted to Rp 1,416,426,706 which includes the cost of procuring E-Bike Sharing, building shelters, electricity supply costs, and supporting equipment costs. From the total investment value, it is known that the Net Present Value (NPV) value is Rp 1,806,108,550 or more than zero, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) value represents that the result is 58.41% or not lower than the expected minimum rate of return of 6.4% and the Discounted Payback Period (DPP) value is 1 year 12 days or shorter than the project life of 4 years, so it can be concluded that the E-Bike Sharing project investment plan is feasible to run.
