Abstract

This study aims to analyze the branding strategy applied by fishery product processing MSMEs in an effort to increase market share. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach in fish floss processing MSMEs. The research subjects were fishery product processing MSMEs, while data collection techniques involved observation and structured interviews. Data analysis was conducted through triangulation. The results showed that the branding strategy implemented by these MSMEs has not succeeded in increasing the market share of their products, because many of them still have not implemented the branding strategy optimally.

Abstract

Employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, of course, must have good competence in order to improve organizational performance. The study examines the effect of organizational climate and organizational commitment on job satisfaction, where the study aims to determine how much influence the organizational climate and organizational commitment have on employee job satisfaction at PT PLN Palopo City. This research uses a quantitative approach research method which is specifically causal associative in nature involving 41 PLN employees in Palopo City. The results obtained from this study that organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT PLN Palopo City. The implications that employees get in making a decision so that employees feel cared for and can create emotional employee attachment to the company, and can also increase employee job satisfaction, because employees think they have a contribution to the company and will increase the organizational commitment of PT PLN Palopo City employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance, kepuasan kerja, dan kerjasama tim terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada Aparatur Sipil Negara di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari karyawan ASN Disdukcapil Jakarta, dengan sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda, dengan software SPSS 27 serta Microsoft Excel 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, sementara kepuasan kerja dan kerjasama tim memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menentukan bagaimana kinerja karyawan di Sekretariat Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Pertanian dipengaruhi oleh self efficacy, pengembangan karir, dan kecerdasan emosional. Sampel Random Sampling adalah strategi sampel yang digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini. Semua 83 karyawan diberi kuesioner untuk diisi guna mengumpulkan data, namun hanya 52 dari mereka yang memenuhi kriteria untuk dimasukkan dalam sampel. Dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27, pengujian regresi linier berganda merupakan metode analisis data yang digunakan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan kecerdasan emosional memiliki dampak yang cukup besar pada kinerja karyawan, sedangkan self efficacy tidak memiliki dampak besar pada kinerja. Diharapkan bahwa temuan penelitian ini akan membantu Sekretaris Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Pertanian dengan menyoroti pentingnya mengelola self efficacy, pengembangan karir, dan kecerdasan emosional pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan intelektual terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk WITEL Tangerang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 166 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 63 responden dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Probabilitay Sampling dengan metode Sample Random Sampling Analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software Microsoft Excel 2010 dan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kecerdasan spritual berpengaruh signifikan tetapi negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan untuk kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk WITEL Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of education, community income level and investment motives on the demand for sharia insurance. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to the people of Sambirejo Timur Village. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The data was processed through the SPSS version 26 for windows program with. The results of this study indicate that the t-test or partial education has a significant effect on the demand for sharia insurance. Income level does not affect the demand for sharia insurance and investment motives have a significant effect on the demand for insurance and there is an influence of education, income level and investment motives on the demand for sharia insurance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.645. These results indicate that the variables of education, income level and investment motives that can be explained by the variable of demand for sharia insurance are 64.5% while the remaining 35.5% is explained by other variables that are not included in the regression model

Abstract

Pemeriksaan pasien pada fasilitas kesehatan melalui diagnosa awal dengan pemeriksaan suhu tubuh kemudian tekanan darah dan dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaan diaqnosa lainnya. Pemeriksaan awal ini membutuhkan beberapa alat untuk mengujinya untuk suhu tubuh menggunakan termometer, pemeriksa tekanan darah menggunakan alat tensimeter. Pemeriksaan ini berganti dengan peralatan yang lainya untuk diaqnosa yang lain juga sehingga membutuhkan waktu. Tujuan peneliti akan membuat alat pendeteksi tekanan darah dengan deteksi suhu tubuh manusia dalam satu alat sehingga terwujud efisiensi waktu tenaga kesehatan. Resiko tekanan darah tinggi menyebabkan beberapa penyakit yang sangat mematikan, diataranya stroke yang akan membuat orang tidak dapat mefungsikan bagian tubuhnya dengan baik bahkan terjadi kelumpuhan permanen serta beberapa penyakit yang lainya. Suhu tubuh merupakan indikasi dan peringatan dari tubuh manusia bahwa ada beberapa ketidak normalan yang ada dalam tubuh yang mengakibatkan fatal bila terlambat untuk mendapatkaan penanganan secara medis. Memanfaatkan mikrokontroler atmega 2560 untuk mengitung tekanan darah dan suhu badan. Sensor MPX digunakan untuk mengukur tekanan, satuan awal sensor ini menggukan psi dapat bekerja dari 101.53  sampai dengan 406.11 PSI, kemudian dikonversi dengan satuan mmhg sesuai dengan pemakaian di Indonesia. Sensor suhu menggunakan DS18B20 mempunyai rentang pengukuran suhu dari -55° C to +125° C  dengan tingkat akurai yang tinggi. Hasil proses tekanan dari satuan PSI di konversikan ke mmhg dengan rumus 1 mmHg  =  nilai psi x 51.7149. Hasil penelitian ini bisa dibuat untuk pembaharuan matakuliah dan membatu penanganan dalam diaknosa awal pada pusat layanan kepada masyarakat atau posyandu..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the application of transformational and transactional leadership in government agencies. And to find out empirical studies related to the comparison of the application of transformational and transactional leadership in government agencies. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) research approach, namely conducting the process of identification, evaluation, and interpretation of all available research that is relevant to the formulation of the problem or topic area being studied. The results of the study can be concluded that the application of transformational leadership and transactional leadership in government agencies is a breakthrough and innovation in managing public organizations to achieve organizational goals. This is considered important to provide a more dynamic public organizational climate over time. On the other hand, it should be realized that transformational and transactional leadership each have advantages and disadvantages in their application. In the context of these two leadership styles, what should not be ignored is the influence of situational variables on the implementation of this leadership

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Determine the influence of service on purchasing decisions at Indomaret branch Bratang Gede Surabaya. 2) Determine the influence of price on purchasing decisions at Indomaret branch Bratang Gede Surabaya. 3) Determine the influence of promotion on purchasing decisions at Indomaret branch Bratang Gede Surabaya. 4) Determine the simultaneous influence of service, promotion, and price on purchasing decisions at Indomaret branch Bratang Gede Surabaya. This study employs a quantitative research approach. The type of questionnaire used is a self-administered questionnaire, where respondents directly answer the questions provided by the researcher, which are distributed to the sample. The research findings indicate that the service variable does not significantly impact purchasing decisions at PT Indomarco Prismatama branch Bratang Gede Surabaya, while both the promotion and price variables positively influence these decisions. Additionally, when considered simultaneously, service, promotion, and price collectively have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the same branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and digitalization on employee performance of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Surabaya, This type of research uses quantitative research methods. This study involves surveys and secondary data analysis involving employees in the Archives Unit. The results of the study indicate that fair compensation and effective digitalization both contribute significantly to improving employee performance. Adequate compensation serves as the main motivator in increasing job satisfaction, while digitalization speeds up the work process and facilitates access to information. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance and compensation and digitalization have a positive effect on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Regional III (Persero).
