Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis dan merancang Strategi Pengembangan Instagram dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) pada Marogan Tour and Travel Palembang. Latar belakang masalahnya adalah tingkat engagement media sosial perusahaan yang relatif rendah (25%) sehingga membatasi efektivitas pemasaran digital. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi studi ini menemukan bahwa pengembangan yang efektif diperlukan penjadwalan konten yang konsisten, identitas visual yang kohesif, caption informatif dengan tagar relevan, optimalisasi Linktree, serta interaksi berorientasi komunitas yang selaras dengan elemen BMC berupa kemitraan kunci, aktivitas kunci, dan segmen pelanggan. Secara manajerial, temuan ini mengisyaratkan perlunya menginstitusikan kalender editorial dan SOP, mengalokasikan sumber daya sederhana untuk template desain dan analitik, menetapkan KPI triwulan untuk meningkatkan engagement sekaligus mendorong pemesanan, serta memformalkan kemitraan guna memperluas jangkauan memberikan rujukan praktis bagi pengelolaan media digital berbasis Instagram di sektor pariwisata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen wakaf produktif sebagai strategi kemandirian lembaga pendidikan Islam melalui studi empiris di Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah. Fokus penelitian terletak pada bagaimana lembaga mengelola dan mengoptimalkan aset wakaf untuk mendukung keberlanjutan pendidikan dan kemandirian ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen kelembagaan. Validasi data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk menjamin keakuratan dan kredibilitas hasil penelitian. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah mengelola enam sektor utama wakaf produktif yang mencakup perdagangan, industri, keuangan, jasa, pertanian, dan peternakan, yang secara kolektif memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pembiayaan operasional lembaga. Pengelolaan dilakukan melalui sistem kelembagaan yang menekankan profesionalisme, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa manajemen wakaf produktif mampu memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi lembaga, memperluas akses pendidikan, serta mendorong pemberdayaan sosial masyarakat. Integrasi nilai spiritual, ekonomi, dan lingkungan dalam proses pengelolaan mencerminkan model manajemen pendidikan Islam yang berkelanjutan dan dapat dijadikan acuan bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam lainnya.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources, one of which is through Vocational High Schools (SMK) that aim to prepare graduates to be professionally ready to work. However, the high unemployment rate among SMK graduates shows that students' work readiness still needs to be improved. One factor that influences work readiness is the experience of Industrial Work Practice (Prakerin) and learning outcomes in productive subjects. Prakerin provides students with the opportunity to gain real-world work experience, while productive subjects equip students with knowledge and skills relevant to their field of expertise. This study aims to analyze the influence of Prakerin and learning outcomes on the work readiness of 12th grade students at SMK Islam Sunan Kalijaga, both partially and simultaneously. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of theoretical studies on student work readiness and provide practical input for schools and policy makers in designing effective learning strategies and implementing Prakerin, in order to produce competent and competitive graduates in the world of work.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of dual roles and ujrah on the economic independence of families in the district. Pakusai, Kab. Jember, who incidentally is a factory worker and has a dual role in a family, this dual role is apart from looking after the household, he is also the backbone of the family, so his role is very crucial in the family. This study uses descriptive quantitative research with questionnaires as a data collection technique. Statistically-based data analysis intended to test hypotheses. In this study, the population used is the female community in RW 11, Wirolegi Village, Jember which totals 130 people. Perposive sampling is used as a data collection technique because the sample has certain criteria so that the population does not have the same opportunity to be used as a research sample. The sample size was determined using  the slovin formula  with  a margin of error of 5% so that a figure of 98 people was obtained. In carrying out the data processing process using the spss program, the researcher used multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of data analysis, it can be found that the variable of women's dual role (X1) has an effect on family economic independence (Y). The ujrah variable (X2) has an effect on the economic independence of the family (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneously the dual role of women (X1) and ujrah (X2) has a positive and significant effect on family economic independence (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Attachment Style and bullying behavior among senior high school students in Jakarta and to identify its implications for strengthening student services management. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed, using structured questionnaires distributed to one hundred students. Data were analyzed through normality testing, linearity testing, and simple linear regression to examine the contribution of Attachment Style to bullying behavior. The findings show that most students were categorized as having a moderate Attachment Style, while bullying behavior was predominantly in the moderate to high category. Regression analysis revealed a significant positive relationship, indicating that higher levels of insecure Attachment Style are associated with a greater tendency to engage in bullying. The coefficient of determination demonstrates that Attachment Style has a strong influence on variations in bullying behavior. These results highlight the need to strengthen student services management by developing emotional support systems, implementing counseling programs based on Attachment Style, and creating a more responsive and supportive school environment to prevent bullying and promote students’ social and emotional well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing the peer teaching method on students’ activeness and understanding in learning haircutting techniques. The background of this research is the low level of student participation and engagement in the learning process, especially in courses that require high practical skills. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through online questionnaires distributed to students of the Beauty Education Study Program at Universitas Negeri Semarang from the 2023–2025 cohorts. The results show that the peer teaching method can enhance students’ activeness, motivation, and understanding, as learning is carried out more casually and communicatively among peers. In addition, this method also develops students’ social, communication, and responsibility skills. Therefore, peer teaching is effective to be applied as an active learning strategy in practice-based vocational education.
