Abstract

The development of information technology in the health sector has changed the paradigm of medical record management from a conventional system to an electronic one. Electronic Medical Records (RMEs) are now an important instrument in medical practice as well as potentially as evidence in medical disputes. This study aims to analyze the legal position of electronic medical records as evidence in medical dispute resolution from the perspective of positive Indonesian law. The research uses normative juridical methods with legislative and conceptual approaches, analyzing related regulations and judicial practices. RME has legal force as an electronic evidence under the ITE Law, but faces challenges related to authenticity, data integrity, and system standardization. Regulatory harmonization and strengthening of technological infrastructure are needed to optimize the role of RME as a valid and reliable evidence in medical disputes

Abstract

The rise of negative news in investing in the media is one of the steps taken by the public to have an interest in saving. The influence of the media in the search for information carried out by the public also determines the behavior they do. News of the launch of the first gold bank or bullion bank launched by the president is an opportunity for the public to vary in investing. In addition, the emergence of news in the media regarding the Trump 2.0 tariff policy several months after the launch of the gold bank in Indonesia. With the news in the media, how is the public's investment power in gold products. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with interview techniques to informants spread across residential areas of DKI Jakarta and also in-depth data regarding news in the media which is then analyzed. The results of the study found that the public's investment power was very high in gold products when media coverage highlighted the Trump 2.0 tariff policy which was feared to have an impact on the Indonesian economy. The media coverage had an extraordinary media effect so that it changed people's behavior into panic buying. This media effect is different from the initial launch of the first gold bank in Indonesia which had not changed public awareness of the power of gold investment before the news of the Trump 2.0 tariff policy.

Abstract

This article explores the critical role of Islamic family law in supporting the development of a just and sustainable Sharia economic ecosystem. It argues that revitalizing core principles of Islamic family law particularly those related to inheritance, marriage, and economic roles within families can significantly influence socio-economic empowerment and gender equity. Through a normative and socio-legal approach, this study examines how legal frameworks can better integrate family institutions into economic empowerment strategies, particularly in Muslim-majority societies. By addressing structural injustices and enhancing legal access for women and marginalized groups, Islamic family law can serve as a catalyst for inclusive economic justice within the broader Islamic economic system.

Abstract

Abstract

This paper discusses the urgency and implications of The Main Poins Of State Direction In The Constitutional System (PPHN) in Indonesian state administration where after the MPR no longer has the authority to determine the Guidelines of State Policy (GBHN), the GBHN function is replaced by Law Number 25 of 2004 concerning the National Development Planning Systems and Law Number 17 of 2007 concerning the National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN) 2005-2025. This has an impact on the Indonesian state administration ideologically, juridically, and politically. The research method in this study uses the normative juridical method. In conclusion, the preparation of PPHN is something that has become a necessity for Indonesia today and the implementation of PPHN will not have adverse implications for the Indonesian Presidential system of government, it will even strengthen the Presidential system. In addition, the existence of PPHN actually complements the perfection of Indonesia's constitutional building, namely Indonesia has Pancasila as the ideology and foundation of the state, The 1945 Constitution of Republic Indonesia (UUDNRI 1945) as the constitutional direction of the state, and PPHN as the basic policy of state development. The results of the study show that this GBHN needs to be elaborated into stages that can facilitate efforts to achieve it. To provide a legal basis, the direction of the State (whatever its name) needs to be outlined in legal form

Abstract

This research was conducted to explore in depth how teachers perceive the implementation of TMTBLT in Indonesian education, particularly in junior high schools, in the process of teaching English. This study employed descriptive qualitative methods where the researcher focused solely on observing the phenomena occurring in the field and presenting data non-numerically. The study took samples from teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja who teach English in the 7th grade. The sampling process used purposive sampling, where samples were selected directly in the field. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire with a 4-point Likert scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The instrument developed by the researcher covered how teachers use TMTBLT, the difficulties teachers experience when applying TMTBLT, and the solutions prepared by teachers. After completing the data collection process, the researcher then conducted a descriptive statistical analysis of the results obtained. The research findings indicate that teachers have a positive perception, stating that TMTBLT can assist them in the process of teaching English. With TMTBLT, teachers also say that they can build interaction with students, encourage students to be more active, and be willing to learn independently to solve problems. However, they still encounter challenges in several areas, such as insufficient school facilities, for example, an unstable Wi-Fi network. Teachers still cannot ensure that all students participate actively due to the relatively large class sizes. Nevertheless, they strongly agree that TMTBLT should be further developed to support the teaching and learning process, especially in the field of language
