Abstract

Media is very important to use because the learning media can convey or distribute messages from a source in a planned manner so that a conducive learning environment, where the recipient can make the learning process efficiently and effectively. This development research aims to Know the development procedure of learning media flashcard, know the feasibility of flashcard learning media developed. The type of this research is development research using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. This study produces flashcard media as a learning resource that can facilitate learners in order to play an active role, and make it easy for learners in understanding the theme 4 care about the social environment. The results showed that flashcard learning media is feasible to be tested without revision based on final validation results that have been done by media experts who claimed to be tested with a 90% validity level and material experts stated that it is feasible to be tested with a 94% level of validity. Based on the results of practicality that has been done with the test in the classroom and interview results obtained the result that the flashcard media developed to attract the attention of learners so that they can understand the learning materials on the theme of social care environment class III RA Muslimat buko Wedung.

Abstract

The purpose of the thesis research entitled improving children’s vocabulary understanding through the Abaca Flashcard Series 1 game at RA Al Ma’ruf Purworejo Bonang Demak is to find out the implementation of the Abaca Flashcard Series 1 game at RA Al Ma’ruf Purworejo Bonang Demak. And to find out the improvement of children’s vocabulary understanding through the Abaca Flashcard series 1 game at RA Al Ma’ruf Purworejo Bonang Demak. The research method used in this study is the Classroom Action Research Method using the Kemmis and McTaggart model research which uses a self-reflection spiral system where each cycle includes four components or stages, namely planning, action, observing, and reflecting. The cycle consists of pre-cycle, cycle l, cycle II. The assesment tool uses an observation sheet instrument in the form of a cheklist. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation and documentation techniques. The subjects of the study were Group B students at RA Al Ma’ruf Purworejo Bonang Demak totaling 15 students with 9 male students and 6 female students. The results of the study showed an increase in vocabulary understanding in froup B children with the Abaca flashcard series 1 game at RA Al Ma’ruf Purworejo Bonang Demak. This is based on an increase in childrens vocabulary understanding from each cycle. It can be seen from the percentage value in the pre-cycle reashing 13,3% then in cycle I the persentage value reached 66,6%. After the implementation of cycle II the persentage value reashed 93,3%. This means that there has been an increase in children’s vocabulary understanding from the pre-cycle to the second cycle of.

Abstract

This research aims to determine reading and writing literacy activities in Indonesian language learning to improve RA students' critical thinking abilities and what the supporting and inhibiting factors are. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, because the data analyzed in this research is descriptive data in the form of documents about reading and writing literacy in Indonesian language learning to improve RA students' critical thinking skills. Qualitative methods are research in which the researcher is the main tool, data source sampling aims to collect triangulation data techniques, inductive data analysis, and qualitative research results. From the results of research that has been carried out, reading and writing literacy in Indonesian language learning to improve students' critical thinking skills at RA Rohmatan Lil'alamin Donorejo Karangtengah Demak obtained an average score of 61.73. It is known that students' enthusiasm for reading and writing literacy activities is quite good and critical thinking skills at RA Rohmatan Lil'alamin Donorejo Karangtengah Demak are quite good, this is proven when students are able to understand, explain, conclude and solve problems. The supporting factors are cooperation between teachers and students as well as facilities in the form of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are laziness and the absence of the role of parents in the learning process.

Abstract

The Psychosocial Development Theory proposed by Erik Erikson has made an important contribution to the world of Early Childhood education. Some of the developmental stages described by Erikson are certain to be passed by each individual throughout his or her life, although not everyone can deal with them perfectly. This theory makes a significant contribution to early childhood education, although it is not the only theory that should be considered in educational planning, especially at an early age. This article will review several stages of psychosocial development and their relevance to early childhood education. This study uses a literature study method, namely by collecting and analyzing library data into a research. The conclusions obtained show that to achieve optimal psychosocial development, the role of family, school, children's living environment, peers, as well as factors of self-maturity, social status, mental capacity, emotional development, and intelligence level are needed. Early childhood experiences of social interaction in family, school, and with peers also greatly influence the way they behave towards others in society. Therefore, the family is not only the main place to shape children's social interactions, but also plays a role in instilling norms and interaction skills. It is hoped that children will be aware of their role and feel accepted in the environment where they live, which in turn will have a positive impact on social, emotional, and other developments.

Abstract

Pembentukan akhlak sejak dini merupakan langkah fundamental dalam menciptakan generasi yang berkarakter kuat dan berbudi pekerti luhur. Artikel ini mengkaji secara mendalam peran Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) dalam pendidikan moral dan agama bagi anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya TK sebagai institusi pendidikan formal pertama yang memainkan peran strategis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moral dan agama. Pendekatan yang komprehensif meliputi analisis metode pengajaran, peran pendidik, serta lingkungan belajar yang mendukung. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif (qualitative approach). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan moral dan agama yang diterapkan secara konsisten di TK dapat membentuk fondasi yang kokoh bagi perkembangan karakter anak di masa depan. Anak-anak yang mendapatkan pendidikan moral dan agama yang baik cenderung menunjukkan perilaku yang lebih baik, seperti rasa empati, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab. Selain itu, pendidikan agama yang diterima sejak dini membantu anak-anak memahami dan menghargai ajaran agama mereka, sehingga mampu mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran TK dalam pendidikan moral dan agama sangat krusial dalam membentuk generasi yang berakhlak mulia dan religius. Rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih terstruktur, pelatihan intensif bagi guru, dan kolaborasi dengan orang tua untuk menciptakan sinergi dalam pendidikan anak. Dengan demikian, upaya bersama dari berbagai pihak diharapkan dapat menghasilkan dampak positif yang signifikan dalam perkembangan akhlak dan moral anak usia dini.

Abstract

Stencil printing activity is one of the learning methods that is often done. During this stencil printing learning, most children look very enthusiastic. The research was conducted with the aim of examining: (1) The implementation of stencil printing activities in Group B of RA Annur Sanding Malangbong Garut; (2) The level of fine motor skills of early childhood in the group; and (3) The relationship between the two variables. The study used a correlational approach by collecting data through observation, performance, interviews and documentation. Based on data analysis, the stencil printing activity achieved an average score of 78, including in the good category in the range of 70-79. Meanwhile, children's fine motor skills received an average score of 73, also classified as good in the same interval. Product moment correlation analysis resulted in a coefficient of 0.64, indicating a strong relationship (interval 0.600-0.799). Hypothesis testing resulted in t_count = 2.623 which exceeds t_table = 2.228 at 5% significance with db = 10, indicating Ho rejection and Ha acceptance. This proves a positive and significant relationship between the two variables. The calculation of the coefficient of determination of 40.96% indicates that there are still 59.04% other factors that influence the fine motor skills of early childhood in the group.

Abstract

Social skills are an achievement of maturity in social relationships or interactions. It can also be interpreted as a learning process to adjust to group norms, traditions, and religious morals. This study aims to determine: (1) Early childhood role-playing activities in Group B of RA Nurul Amal, Cinunuk Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency; (2) Early childhood social emotional abilities in Group B of RA Nurul Amal, Cinunuk Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency; and (3) The relationship between role-playing activities and early childhood social emotional abilities in Group B of RA Nurul Amal, Cinunuk Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. Social emotional abilities are influenced by several factors, one of which is children's activities in role-playing. Children's activities in role play can optimize children's abilities through interacting, recognizing emotions. The research methodology used is through a quantitative approach with a correlation method. This study uses a saturated sampling technique, which means that all populations are sampled. The data collection technique used observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of data analysis show that the relationship between role-playing activities and early childhood social emotional abilities obtained a correlation coefficient price of 0.55. The significance test results obtained t count = 2.774 and t table at a significance level of 5% with db = 18 is 2.101. Because t count = 2.774 > t table = 2.101, Ho (null hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. In other words, role-playing activities contribute or influence social emotional abilities in Group B RA Nurul Amal Cinunuk Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency by 30.25%. While the remaining 69.75% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

The background of this research problem is that students at RA Cahaya Qur'an Banjarsari Sayung Demak are less stimulated in their potential, caused by the media used in memorizing, namely blackboards and chalk which are less effective for children in memorizing Asmaul Husna. In addition, the use of monotonous media, so that children are less motivated. Flashcard media as one of the alternative media studied to determine the increase in the ability to memorize Asmaul Husna. This research method uses Qualitative Descriptive and data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The subjects used were group A students totaling 19 children. Data sources come from educators and education personnel. The results of this study indicate that the Application of Flashcard Media by showing cards and memorizing repeatedly, and is carried out through three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage with a 4-step approach (planning, action, observation and reflection), and the authentic assessment stage. In the ability to memorize Asmaul Husna 1-10 has increased and can be said to be successful according to the criteria for children's learning success, namely increasing well.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how much the principal's leadership spirit affects the performance of Early Childhood Teachers in the teaching and learning process to achieve the desired learning objectives. In early childhood education, the teacher's task is heavier by having to provide learning for children who are still very young, the burden of providing a foundation of knowledge for children's provisions for further education. The type of research approach carried out by examining theories, concepts, and related principles. The results of this study are that a leader who can be the vanguard of problems experienced every day is a principal who can be a motivator, facilitator, and supervisor, to help provide support to teachers, not burdening teachers who are not in accordance with their duties in teaching activities every day, and a supervisor who can assess teacher performance, whether there is anything that needs to be improved and whether there is anything that needs to be followed up for the teacher's teaching and learning process activities every day. Therefore, a good leadership spirit is a principal who can protect and be a good leader for teachers in improving the teacher's ability to educate their students.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of Educational Play Tools (APE) based on environmental materials in the cognitive development of group B children at Al-Ihsan Omben Kindergarten. Teachers often forget the true function of APE and purchase tools that don't match themes, making them unusable again. Using a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation from the principal and teachers. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data validity employed observation persistence and triangulation. Research results show that APE based on environmental materials effectively develops children's cognitive abilities. The materials used are easily found and create interesting learning experiences while encouraging children's active participation. Parents are also beginning to understand that children's education is not limited to reading and writing. Supporting factors for APE implementation include adequate resource availability and awareness of environmental education importance. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include teachers' limited skills in processing used materials into attractive APE, and negative views regarding used materials. It's important for teachers to ensure the safety of materials used. This research is expected to be a reference for educators and parents to optimize early childhood learning.
