Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world and affected world economic growth which has caused a world economic crisis that has caused an increase in the level of extreme poverty in the world. Efforts to restore world economic growth and sustainability by implementing an action plan with world leaders on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a global agreement for sustainability. Special attention to the poor, vulnerable, marginalized and persons with disabilities (SDGs no. 1) which includes all areas of life both in the field of Health (SDGs no.3), the field of continuing education (SDGs no. 4), employment opportunities (SDGs no. 8) as well as the use of public facilities and services and the internet for the sustainability of their lives. The purpose of this study is to analyze, the social impact and linkage of School Entrepreneurship Implementation in SKh on SDGs no1, 4,8,9,10,12,16. The research method used in this study is the descriptive quantifier method). The sample of 34 consisted of 17 stakeholders for each unit. Purposive sampling techniques Data collection methods with Google Forms and structured interviews with principals, parents and school partners to get in-depth information from stakeholders. The analysis method using content analysis is strengthened by SROI analysis. Implementation in December 2022. Based on the SROI Analysis and respondents' answers the impact of the Implementation of the Entrepreneurship Education Curriculum in SKh is very large on the sustainability of the Institution. The implementation of the entrepreneurship curriculum in this school increases productivity and partnership with the community to build an inclusive learning ecosystem and an entrepreneurial ecosystem. Project Based Learning allows teachers and students to develop together and form a learning ecosystem. Group activities improve student productivity and skills as Krüger argues about co-production and Co-innovation. Schools need to establish communication and partnerships with the community and the business world to improve the quality competence of graduates and the competence of human resources in the institution, school promotion, product marketing and fundraising.

Abstract

Young people are a vulnerable group in disposing of food waste due to the spontaneity of this group. This study aims to explore food waste generated by young people with case studies in DKI Jakarta starting from planning and shopping for food, cooking food, storing and evaluating food, the types of food waste that usually arise up to the stage of processing food waste. This type of research is exploratory qualitative. Research data collection method is semi-structured in-depth interviews with the determination of informants using purposive sampling method. Based on the results of in-depth interviews, the average informant tends to have the potential to generate food waste at every stage starting from planning and shopping for food, cooking of food and storage and grading of food. The types of food waste that usually arise are avoidable waste such as rice, edible fruit peels and edges of bread as well as unavoidable food waste such as fish bones and fruit skins that cannot be consumed. The majority of informants still throw away leftover food waste without prior sorting because there are no supporting facilities for waste sorting. In conclusion, there are still many young people who throw away food waste because they do not plan meals regularly and cook food in more portions, the food waste is on average not sorted and not processed before being disposed of. edible fruit peels and bread crusts as well as unavoidable food waste such as fish bones and fruit skins that cannot be consumed. Abstract

The proverb is a cultural item, embodied in a form of figurative expression, being handed over generations within a particular speech community. Proverbs carry out certain information regarding the culture of the speech community, such as the lifestyles, values, and perspectives of the society. Animal lexicon "dog" becomes the most frequently appeared animal lexicon within proverbs in English and Indonesian languages. There are 3 major types of concepts being carried out by the lexicon "dog" within the proverbs investigated in this research, which are the positive human traits, the negative human traits, and situational phenomena. Meanwhile, there are a total of 20 concepts found to be the target domains of the lexicon "dog" within the proverbs being examined in this research, which are as follows: 1) despicable person, 2) opportune aptitude, 3) the spiteful one, 4) greedy soul, 5) significant problems, 6) being cornered, 7) an iniquity, 8) companion faithfulness, 9) futile individual, 10) menace aptitude, 11) fortunate aptitude, 12) the ungrateful one, 13) the powerful one, 14) insincerity, 15) brave soul, 16) humble background, 17) decisions significance, 18) perceived aspects, 19) the grateful one, 20) coward. The speech community of the English language has distinctive points from the speech community of the Indonesian language in their way to metaphorically conceptualizing the lexicon “dog”. However, there are still typical concepts that appeared as the target domains of the lexicon “dog” preserved by both of the speech communities.

Abstract

Corona virus or commonly known as Covid 19 is a virus that can cause disturbances in the respiratory system to problems in the lungs. The first case of the virus occurred in December 2019 in the Chinese city of Wuhan. This study aims to determine the financial performance condition of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample in this study amounted to 426 observations from 142 manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 – 2021. The manufacturing company was chosen as the object of research because this company is engaged in the real sector which has various types of businesses and the number of companies dominates more than other companies so that it is felt that manufacturing companies can provide a big picture of the impact of the covid 19 pandemic. The test used in this study used the Wilcoxon ranked signed rank test method. The results showed that there was a difference between the profitability variable and the activity variable which was measured using return on assets and total assets turnover before the pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the liquidity and solvency variables measured using the current ratio and debt to equity ratio have no difference between before the Covid-19 pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The definition of a grant is contained in Article 1666 of the Penal Code, which is an agreement by which a grantor gives up an item free of charge, without being able to withdraw it, for the benefit of a person who accepts the delivery of the goods. This study aims to find out and analyze about giving grants to someone who is not an heir. As well as knowing and analyzing about dispute resolution about granting grants to someone who is not an heir. This research belongs to the normative type of research. So it can be seen that the granting of a grant to a person who is not an heir is permissible, with the requirement that there is the consent of the heirs and cannot be more than 1/3 of the existing estate. In addition, the settlement of disputes regarding the granting of grants to a person who is not the heir is the heir may sue again for the grant if in the grant the grant exceeds 1/3 of the estate, other than because it does not first fulfill the legitime portie to the heirs.

Abstract

In every activity that is an agreement, of course, there is an agreement that has been made. Whether it is in business, or in certain special matters. This study aims to find out and analyze the regulation of cooperation agreement letters in the civil code (hyperdata). As well as knowing and analyzing the Principles and Determining Factors in Making a Draft Contract (Cooperation Agreement). This research belongs to the normative type of research. So it can be known that agreements are specifically regulated in the Civil Code, Book III, Chapter II on "Agreements Born of Contracts or Agreements" and Chapter V to Chapter XVIII which regulates the principles of legal principles and legal norms of treaties in general, as well as legal norms of treaties that have special characteristics better known as named agreements. In addition, basically, the contract that the parties conclude applies as a law to those who make it. The factors that must be considered by the parties are the legal authority of the parties, taxation, over legal rights, agricultural issues, choice of law, dispute resolution, termination of contracts, and the form of standard agreements agreed upon.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how the SME Orientation Strategy is implemented in West Sumatra. The strategy uses two parameters, namely entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation. The focus of this research objective is to analyze the role of market orientation in mediating the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on company performance and competitive advantage in SMEs, especially the food industry in Rumah Makan Minang, West Sumatra. The subjects of this study were restaurants registered with the West Sumatra BPS which were surveyed by the Googlemaps team in 11 cities. The sample of this research comes from restaurant owners. Data collection was carried out by distributing 173 questionnaires to restaurant owners or management. The data collection process was carried out by a team of five people who had experience and received training and understanding of the questions in the survey. The data analysis technique is SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the SmartPLS 3.2.8 professional application program. This study found that market orientation plays a role in mediating the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on company performance, but it is not proven to play a role in mediating the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage in Minang Restaurant MSME in West Sumatra. Other indicators will be discussed in this article.

Abstract

Quality health services are the needs and desires of every patient. Patient satisfaction is related to the quality of service they receive. This study analyzed the relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction at the neurology polyclinic of the Mohammad Natsir Solok Regional General Hospital (RSUD). Service quality according to Zeithaml et al has five dimensions, namely: Reliability, Assurance, Tangibles (physical evidence), Empathy (empathy), and Responsiveness knew as SERVQUAL. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between each dimension of service quality and patient satisfaction and find out the dimensions that most affect patient satisfaction. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study approach with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis in the form of univariate analysis, bivariate analysis using chi-square, and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression. The univariate analysis found that general patient satisfaction with the quality of service was 86% satisfied with the service. Bivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between the dimensions of reliability (p = 0.001), assurance (p = 0.001), tangibles (p = 0.009), empathy (p = 0.001) and responsiveness (p = 0.001) with patient satisfaction. The multivariate analysis found that the dimension that most affected patient satisfaction at the neurology polyclinic of Mohammad Natsir Hospital was the responsiveness dimension (OR = 73,635).

Abstract

The choice of teaching method will be largely determined by several factors, one of which is the characteristics of the student. Different characteristics of students require educators to always apply variations in teaching methods. Likewise when teaching students with special needs. Students with special needs can study in public schools (inclusion classes) and some attend special classes, for example in Extraordinary Schools (SLB). This study aims to determine 1) the teaching methods used to teach English for junior and senior high school students at SLB Negeri 2 Singaraja; 2) problems encountered by teachers in teaching English to SP and SMA students at SLB Negeri 2 Singaraja. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and literature studies (RPP). The data were qualitatively analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The output of this research is not only in the form of articles and research reports but also in the form of donations of ideas or ideas related to teaching methods that can be used in teaching English to students with special needs at the junior and senior high school levels. The results showed that 1) the teaching method most often used by English teachers at both the junior and senior high school levels at Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri 2 Singaraja is a direct method, especially the drilling method; 2) The challenges that teachers often encounter in teaching English are limited focus and memory of students on the subject matter, limitations in receiving and disclosing information and planned materials often not in accordance with student needs when implementing learning.

Abstract

It is easy to see that the implementation of higher education today is moving into an industry. The higher education service industry that shifts the meaning of the noble ideal of educational goals is to humanize people. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by collecting data, reading and recording, and managing it. The convenience offered in the Digital Economy automatically opens up wide business opportunities in various fields. The management of Tiggi University must be able to synergize all potentials in various situations and various stakeholders in collaborative cooperation between the government, business actors, and other parties. In a digital economy practice situation, the key to a university's success in marketing its study program lies in the level of ability and quality of managers in bringing together three important factors, namely: computing, communications, and content. Computing, which is the core of the industry, computing is the center of data and information processing needed to carry out Tri Dharma transactions.
