Abstract

Cervical cancer is the second largest cancer in Indonesia after breast cancer with an estimated number of new cases of 32,469 (17.2%). Meanwhile, the coverage of early detection of cervical cancer is still far below the target, namely 10.4%, which is ideally 80%. As many as 70% of cervical cancer cases are found to be in an advanced stage, thereby increasing mortality in women. This indicates that women still have low interest in early detection of cervical cancer, namely using the IVA (Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid) method. This literature review aims to determine the factors that influence the behavior of women of childbearing age (WUS) for early detection of cervical cancer through the IVA test. This literature review uses Literature reviews such as articles in research journal databases, searches are carried out via the internet in the form of reviewing articles via Google Scholar. From the initial search results using keywords, 240 articles were obtained and after carrying out the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 9 articles were obtained that were relevant to the publication period starting from 2018-2022. From some of the literature, it was found that the factors that influence WUS behavior for early detection of cervical cancer through the IVA test are influenced by knowledge, attitudes, husband/family support, access and sources of information, access to health services supported by cadres and health workers and culture of shame and fear. knowledge and attitudes of WUS, husband's support, support from health workers, and access to information sources. All factors have a very important role in influencing the behavior of WUS in carrying out VIA examinations. To motivate WUS to carry out IVA, health workers can increase health education regarding cervical cancer and early detection of cervical cancer to husbands and WUS with attractive media to attract the interest and participation of WUS to participate in VIA tests to reduce the morbidity and mortality rates for cervical cancer in Indonesia.

Abstract

Researchers conducted research at the Southwest Sumba Regency Environmental Service. This research aims to determine the implementation of government policy in the provision of regional waste final disposal sites in Southwest Sumba Regency along with the inhibiting factors. This research method is qualitative, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that: (1) the implementation of the Southwest Sumba Regency Regional Regulation policy Number 12 of 2019 concerning Final Disposal Sites for regional waste in Southwest Sumba Regency has not been implemented, this is due to the communication and socialization aspect of reducing regional waste. Consistency is also still minimal because there have been no firm efforts to implement administrative sanctions for business actors who do not pay fees or people who throw rubbish at illegal waste dumping sites. Based on the research results, most of the human resources implementing this policy, especially supervisors, only have a bachelor's degree or equivalent at the Environmental Service of Southwest Sumba Regency. Limited budgets make it difficult to procure machines for waste recycling, considering that the price per unit is expensive and it is not yet possible to provide them to villages, sub-districts, and the, entire community in Southwest Sumba Regency. Facilities and infrastructure are also limited, as many tools are in a damaged condition. Temporary disposal sites in several sub-districts have limited waste capacity. In terms of organizational structure, there are Standard Operating Procedures related to the provision of Regional Waste Final Disposal Sites and fragmentation involving the Southwest Sumba Regency Environmental Service. (2) Factors inhibiting the implementation of policies regarding final waste disposal sites in Southwest Sumba Regency, low public awareness of waste disposal, lack of firmness in implementing sanctions, lack of human resources, and budget limitations.

This type of research is causal quantitative research using survey methods. The subjects and research locations were 60 BPS employees of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Before obtaining the best equation, the validity and reliability of the data must be guaranteed from the question items submitted by using data quality tests which include validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests). Data analysis used partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), multiple regression statistical tests and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square). Validity and reliability tests were carried out to see whether the research questionnaire was valid or not. The t test was conducted to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable while the F test was conducted to determine whether the independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that there is an influence of career development, mutation, and information technology on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Career development, transfer, and information technology successively have an influence of 15.1 percent, 17.0 percent, and 17.4 percent on the performance of BPS employees in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. While the three variables together give an effect of 32.5 percent. Abstract

Hospitals function to provide complete health services, both curative and preventive, to the community. Hospital pharmacy installations have an important role in managing medicines such as selection, planning, procurement, storage, distribution, and use of medicines. Planning drug needs is one of the important factors in selecting the type and determining the amount of drug needs. To formulate a strategy, you must start with a situation analysis, one of which is using a SWOT analysis. To determine a SWOT analysis of drug planning in hospitals using a Scoping Review approach. This study uses a Scoping Review method of research using a qualitative approach. Searching for research data sources used the PRISMA-ScR flow diagram which came from several databases such as Google Scholar, ProQuest, and Science Direct. Where published in the last 5 years (2019-2023). Search results using the database obtained 1524 articles. After that, we checked the research location and the year the article was submitted, 1517 articles did not meet the inclusion criteria. A SWOT analysis was carried out from the seven articles. SWOT analysis is the most appropriate analysis for carrying out drug planning in hospitals. Using SWOT analysis makes it easier to determine opportunities and strategies that will be used in the next process.
