Abstract

Studying and understanding the Qur'an which is a sacred text for its adherents is the basic thing needed so that in carrying out daily activities it can be in accordance with the teachings in it. However, it is undeniable that the text if examined in the eyes of the world of academia and research is only based on a scientific point of view, it can have both positive and negative impacts. As an opinion emerged from James Bellamy who tried to criticize the text of the Qur'an. With this, it can cause a problem, namely what text is the object of research, then how is the method used in criticizing the text of the Qur'an. So in this article, we will describe the text that became the research as well as the method in criticizing the text of the Qur'an. In short, there are several things that can be conveyed that Bellamy's criticism is more dominated by criticism of lafadz or verses of the Qur'an by trying to change and shift the lafadz according to what he understands, not believing in the validity of the Uthma>ni mush{af that have been written. codified since the time of Uthman's companions.

Abstract

For al-Albaniy, the discussion about Muslim headscarves is very important because many women who are Muslim women have been deceived by European civilization. While the niqab (niqab), al-Albaniy emphasized that the veil is not obligatory but sunnah and mustahab, he also gives objections to those who require the veil. and also Al-Albaniy in discussing the issue of Muslim headscarves being more thorough, especially when presenting the hadith on the arguments surrounding this hijab. Almost all the hadiths that are used as arguments in this matter, al-Albaniy always performs takhrij and sometimes provides comments (ta'liq) about the sanad of his hadith. As well as stating the requirements for clothing (read: hijab) for Muslim women referred to in the Qur'an and Sunnah he mentions exist.

Abstract

Darul Qur’an Islamic boarding school is one of the Islamic boarding schools. Still in the same scope as pesantren Darussalam Sumbersari Kencong Kepung Kediri This pesantren was founded in 1992 under the care of KH Abi Musa Al-Asy’ari He is one of the sons-in-law of the founder of the Islamic boarding school Darussalam (often referred to as the Sumbersari Islamic boarding school), namely KH Imam Faqih Asy’ari. Asy’ari is Mrs. Nyai Hj Maslikhah Faqih and now has a son One of which has turned to the Creator, the and daughter. He was the first year of the establishment of this pesantren, the number of students was not too big many of these students even resided in his residence. The method used in the Darul Qur’an boarding school is temporary. This did not exist until now and recently the Darul Qur’an Islamic boarding school. Abstract

The concept of religious unity is a controversial theme among Muslims. Because in general Muslims believe that Islam is the only true religion, besides Islam is a false religion. Those who base their opinion on Q.S Ali Imran: 64. Abdullah al Habashi rejects the claim that this verse shows the unity of religion, with the understanding that all religions are the same, but he emphasizes that the religion of all the prophets is the same, namely Islam. Based on this description, it is interesting to study al Habashi's interpretation of Q.S Ali Imran: 64, so that a problem is formulated, how is the interpretation of the verse of religious unity in al Habashi's perspective?. To answer the formulation of the problem, the author uses the method of library research (library research). The author describes the opinion of al Habashi about the verse of religious unity. This study resulted in a conclusion that according to al-Habashi, Q.S Ali Imran: 64 does not mean an invitation to find common ground, ignoring existing differences. But according to him, the sentence "kalimatun sawâ'" in the verse is interpreted with the following sentence, namely worshiping only Allah and not associating partners with Him and an invitation to embrace Islam. This verse contains God's command to His Prophet to invite people of other religions to embrace Islam, which teaches the teachings of monotheism that there is no true God except Allah.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini diberlatarbelakangi oleh peristiwa masyarakat yang mempunyai peranan pada kehidupan berdasarkan ayat-ayat al-Qur’an. Tradisi pembacaan al-Qur’an surah al-Waqi’ah, Yasin dan al-Kahfi merupakan upaya menjadikan al-Qur’an sebagai mauizah dan syifa. Artikel ini berusaha menjelaskan tradisi pembacaan surah al-Waqi’ah, Yasin dan al-Kahfi yang dilakukan di Ponpes Sabilul Muhtadin Kabupaten Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan. Dengan murni menggunakan pendekatan Living Qur’an, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman santri terhadap tradisi pembacaan al-Qur’an surah al-Waqi’ah, Yasin serta al-Kahfi merupakan penggugur kewajiban serta keterpaksaan mentaati aturan yang sudah ditentukan pengasuh Ponpes Sabilul Muhtadin. Meski demikian, tradisi pembacaan tersebut dapat mendatangkan berkah dari Allah SWT, keberkahan dari guru-guru dan sarana ikhtiar untuk memperlancar rezeki, baik itu material maupun non material. Tradisi pembacaan al-Qur’an surah al-Waqi’ah, Yasin dan al-Kahfi juga berpengaruh terhadap ketenangan jiwa serta hati para santri, sehingga tenang jiwa dan hati bisa membentuk pola kehidupan santri sehari-hari yang senantiasa menunjukkan sikap serta perilaku Islami, dapat menciptakan kenyamanan dan ketenangan dalam berbagai aktivitas di Ponpes Sabilul Muhtadin.

Abstract

Maqasid has the aim of realizing benefits, goodness and pleasure for humans which is called jalb al-manafi', as well as avoiding or preventing damage and evil. Maqasid shari'ah has been rerouted to the classics, but in its development, Islamic scholarship has stagnated. It was only in the contemporary era that it developed again. It is against this background that the research was conducted. The results of the study conclude that maqasid shari'ah is to realize the benefits for humans and prevent humans from mafsadah (damage), both in this world and the hereafter. Maqasid sharia is classified in aspects of human life, namely hifdhu al-Din (religious protection), hifdhu nafs (life protection), hifdhu 'aqli (protection of reason), hifdhu nasl (protection of offspring), hifdhu mal (protection of property). However, this maqasid is not partial but must be interconnected with one another. Then in terms of strong and low values, maslahah is divided into three, namely daruriyah (primary), hajiyah (needs), and tahsiniyah (secondary). There are maslahah that are amah, distinctive, and juz'i.

Abstract

Riba is a social problem in society that has a negative impact on the economy of society in this contemporary era. Along with the times, the medium of exchange developed which in classical times only used nuqud or what was commonly called gold and silver which in the end also had to be reviewed. From this problem, the writer examines the issue of usury and its contextualization with currency. The results of the study conclude that what is meant by usury is additions that are signaled by people who have assets to people who borrow their assets (the money), because of the postponement of the promise of payment by the borrower from a predetermined time. While the Qur'an which talks about the law of usury, the first Qur'an only orders to leave the practice of usury until the last one is a firm command about the prohibition of usury. While the relevance of usury with currency has in common, namely as a medium of exchange that both have the value of usury.

Abstract

In the development of the Qur'an has experienced growth in the field of methodology, orientation, style and systematics. Abstract

This research aims to find out the Meaning of Qana'ah in the Qur'an and Its Implementation In the Present (Tafsir Tahlili QS Study. Al-Hajj[22]: 36). Qana'ah is often misunderstood by resignedly accepting what it is without maximum effort and halal. This can be seen the rise of suicide cases caused by debt and increasing cases of corruption shows a person is dissatisfied with what they have and lack of spiritual, moral and moral understanding in society to prevent such behavior by means of religious. Lafazh qana'ah is mentioned once in the Qur'an, namely lafazh al-qani'. This research uses a qualitative approach based on literature (library research). The formulation of the problem of how the nature of qana'ah means in QS. Al-Hajj[22]: 36? How is qana'ah in the life of the Prophet and his depletion in the present? The method of interpretation used is the tahlili method in QS. Al-Hajj[22]: 36. The result of this study is the word qana'ah mentioned in the Qur'an with lafazh al-qani' meaning a fakir who accepts with satisfaction and sincerity for the sustenance that Allah has given and refrains from asking others. Qana'ah in the life of the Prophet (peace be upon him) is to choose a simple way of life, accept the circumstances faced and accept whatever is owned and not greedy whether the issue of wealth, rank, honor or other. The implementation of qana'ah in the present is by maximizing in trying (working) patiently and surrendering to Allah. Ask God for additional sustenance and caution against the luxuries of the world. Then everything that has been tried is received with satisfaction and gratitude to God and utilized according to needs.

Abstract

Buya Hamka is a charismatic cleric, literary, and also a great and famous politician in Indonesia, his thoughts related to the adoration for the country and the protection of the country are phenomenally evoking the spirit of nationalism in Indonesia which is very burning the spirit of the fighters, And in this study, researchers had the opportunity to find out how buya hamka nationalism is in the book of Al-Azhar Tafsir and focus on verses related to the love of the homeland and the defense of the country. This research uses the maudhu'i interpretation approach where the data obtained is derived from books or study texts relevant to the subject matter. The study also uses an analysis system, in which the author collects verses related to the problems formulated as follows, The first, how Hamka view of nationalism love the homeland and defend the country and the second how hamka nationalism views affect the interpretation of Al-Azhar especially in interpreting the verses of the Qur'an about the love of the homeland and the defense of the state. The results of this study concluded that according to Buya Hamka the country as a means that will be able to maintain religion, if there is no state, religion will have difficulty developing, therefore defending the country and love of the homeland is the same as defending religion and love for religion next is about morals that, A ummah is lived by the value of the life of the ummah itself, by rising or collapsing morals and lastly Buya Hamka said in protecting the existence of the existence of the nation the need for strong faith as a milestone in defending the interests of the nation.
