The development of regenerative nature-based tourism is a strategic approach that actively involves local communities as the main actors. This community service activity aims to formulate the direction of future tourism development programmes. This study employs a participatory action research approach, which includes the stages of problem identification, action planning, implementation, and reflection and evaluation. The results of the activity indicate that the tourism potential in this village can be developed through zoning mapping, the formulation of regenerative tourism programmes (including ecotourism, agrotourism, and adventure tourism) and the strengthening of community capacity through outreach and mentoring. The implications of this study suggest that a regenerative nature-based tourism approach can serve as an effective strategy for developing sustainable rural tourism destinations. It provides a foundation for formulating more inclusive and ecological village tourism development policies. Moreover, it serves as a practical reference for other regions aiming to develop tourism based on local wisdom and environmental conservation.

Paragliding, while commonly perceived as an extreme adrenaline activity, also offers significant benefits for mental and emotional well-being through experiences of freedom, tranquility, and relaxation in natural settings. This study examines the influence of the three core components of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on tourists’ intention to engage in paragliding as part of wellness tourism in Indonesia. A quantitative survey was conducted with 358 respondents who had visited or expressed interest in at least one of 11 paragliding sites across Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with Smart PLS 4. Findings reveal that all three TPB components significantly and positively impact visit intention, both individually and collectively. The model explains 69.7% of the variance in tourist intention (R² = 0.697). These results suggest that more positive attitudes, stronger social support, and higher perceived ease of access to paragliding sites enhance tourists’ intention to visit. Keywords: Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), wellness tourism, tourist intention, paragliding.

The Danar Hadi Batik Museum (MBDH) is a leading cultural tourist destination in Surakarta that is widely used by schools as an outdoor learning space. However, the intensity of these visits has not been fully accompanied by structured educational tourism management in line with the museum's function as an educational institution. This study aims to analyse the challenges of educational tourism management at MBDH by examining the gap between existing practices and the ideal museum based on Government Regulation No. 66 of 2015. The analysis focuses on five elements of educational tourism, namely learning objectives, narrative-based collection content, delivery strategies, active interaction, and learning reflection and evaluation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method through observation of visits by primary, junior high, and senior high school students, in-depth interviews with museum managers and guides, and analysis of museum regulations. The results show that educational tourism at MBDH is still dominated by guided informative visits, with knowledge transfer that has not been systematically designed. The absence of an educational master plan, limited integration of spatial narratives, dominance of oral methods, lack of active interaction, and absence of cognitive evaluation are the main challenges in management. This study concludes that a transformation in the management of educational tours is necessary for the museum to function as a meaningful and sustainable centre for cultural learning.
