Abstract

This research aims to analyze the mediating role of consumer attitudes on the influence of perceived value and product involvement towards purchase intention. The study was conducted at a Yamaha showroom among visitors interested in purchasing a Yamaha 250cc motorcycle, with a total of 152 respondents. This quantitative research employed a survey method to gather information from the respondents. The data analysis method used in this study was Partial Least Square (PLS), utilizing the WarpPLS 8.0 program. The findings of this research indicate a significant positive influence of perceived value and consumer attitudes on purchase intention. Additionally, there is a significant direct positive influence of perceived value and product involvement on consumer attitudes. However, on the other hand, the study also reveals that product involvement does not have a significant positive or direct influence on purchase intention. The implications of this research highlight that by understanding the mediating role of consumer attitudes in the relationship between perceived value and product involvement towards purchase intention, companies can direct their marketing efforts to positively influence consumer attitudes. Furthermore, comprehending how consumer attitudes mediate the relationship between perceived value and product involvement towards purchase intention can aid companies in making more informed decisions regarding product development, marketing strategies, and customer service.

Abstract

Many public health organizations face data quality challenges due to the complexity of the structure of clinical data systems, the massive growth in the volume of clinical data, and the need for more standardization between clinical systems in terms of naming and modelling. Data quality is an integral part of data governance, ensuring that data management is fit for purpose. It refers to the overall utility of a data set and its ability to be processed and analyzed quickly for other uses. This study uses a qualitative research method which is a principled research method that focuses on the description and understanding of the observed social phenomena. Moreover, the results of the study were obtained in the form of Standards for Data Quality according to the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and the European Health Data Space (EHDS). In addition, there is also a discussion on privacy, security, and compliance. As well as obtaining a data governance framework for the health industry and good health industry governance. The conclusions from this study indicate that the quality of data and governance data in governance in the health industry is essential to ensure the achievement of effective and efficient health services and can be relied upon in decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the production of field rice farming in Kalamus Village, Paku District, East Barito Regency. The research location is in Kalamus Village, Paku District, East Barito Regency. Location determination using a purposive sampling method. The sampling technique in this study uses the Saturated Sampling Technique, where the number of samples is equal to the total population, namely 35 farmers. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that field rice farming activities were still carried out subsistence to support food security for farmers and their families. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, partially, the factors that significantly influence the production of upland rice are planting area, seeds, and labor. In contrast, the pesticide factor has no significant effect on production. Swid management has been carried out permanently or no longer moving, and pesticides have been used in clearing land and handling pests and diseases of Paddy Field plants. So it can be concluded that although the results of the Multiple Regression Test show that pesticides do not have a significant effect on the production of upland rice, this may occur because, in general, the cultivators did not carry out maintenance on their land, only relying on the generosity of nature. Still, now with permanent land conditions, without burning, farmers must be able to manage their land with technology, especially clearing land and weeds, as well as pests and diseases using pesticides.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify and formulate recommendations for improvements to Accident-Prone Locations (LRK) in Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The approach methodology used includes collecting secondary data on accidents from the police and primary data through field surveys to analyze and rank the severity of accidents. The ranking is done through the value of the Equivalent Accident Number (EAN) and Upper Limit Control (UCL). The analysis results show that there are 18 points of Accident Prone Locations on the national road in Kupang Regency. These namely locations have an EAN value above the BKA and UCL values. A motorcycle is the dominant type of vehicle involved in an accident, and the dominant cause of accidents is the driving factor. The formulation of recommendations for improvement was carried out for 3 locations with the highest EAN values, namely Jl. Oesapa-Oesao Km 5, Km 1 and Km 4. For these three locations, the necessary treatment recommendations were formulated. This research has implications in helping identify and prioritize the most accident-prone locations. The study can also encourage the development or improvement of roads, sidewalks, street lighting, traffic signs, or other necessary infrastructure elements to enhance traffic safety in LRK.

Abstract

In the capital Vientiane, households, communities and factories discharge wastewater into the Hong Xeng canal, which flows into the Thatluang wetland, where it ends up in the Mak Heiw stream and falls into the Mekong River. Water quality assessment is an excellent factor in indicating the existing water condition. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate and collect water samples at 3 locations (P1, P2, and P3) to understand the status of water quality, and analyze 12 water samples of the Hong Xeng Canal and also compare the findings with past data by standard. Methods Data was collected and analyzed in the laboratory for two months from 25 August 2008 to 6 October 2008. The results showed that the temperature was 28°C - 31.1°C, Nitrate ion (NO3-) was 3.2 mg/l - 46 mg/l, pH 5.9-6.6, electrical conductivity 87 µS/cm - 283 µS/cm, Total Suspended Solid (TSS) 22 mg/l -78 mg/l and CODMn 5.5 mg/l - 10 ,9mg/l. Therefore, these parameters are recognized and substandard. While turbidity was 42 NTU -78 NTU, BOD5 4.5 mg/l - 9.1 mg/l, Dissolved Oxygen (DO) 9.1 mg/l - 10.6 mg/l and Phosphate (PO43-) 0.05 mg/l - 0.25 mg/l. this parameter is higher concentration and above standard.

Abstract

Diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) is a major problem in people with diabetes because more than 15% of patients have to treat DFU during their lifetime. 1 out of people with diabetes can experience a diabetic foot ulcer (DFU). At least a quarter of diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) sufferers cannot recover completely. The prevalence of diabetic foot ulcers (DFU) in Indonesia reaches 8.7%. The current DFU treatment approved by the FDA uses Becaplermin, a recombinant platelet-derived growth factor derivative. However, this treatment has a weakness in systemic bioavailability. FAgene expression analysis method is needed. to develop other therapies. This article aims to discover specific genes that play a role in diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) wound healing. In this systematic review, we searched the GEO Data Sets database to identify articles published from 2018 to 2023. The search results for DFU gene expression data for all species obtained 130 articles. Then, the DFU gene expression data series of Homo sapiens species was filtered to obtain ten related articles. This research has implications in providing better insight into the specific genes involved in the healing process of DFU wounds. This research also has the potential to contribute to early diagnosis of DFU injuries and better treatment.
