Abstract

The Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) scheme, launched in 2014, aimed to achieve universal health coverage in Indonesia by providing comprehensive healthcare services and reducing out-of-pocket expenses. Despite progress, challenges persist in the primary healthcare system, including disparities in access and quality between urban and rural areas, financial sustainability, and the need for continuous improvements in service delivery. This study employed a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology to evaluate the effectiveness and challenges of JKN in strengthening primary healthcare services, focusing on the period 2013–2024. The primary healthcare framework in Indonesia, centred around community health centres (Puskesmas), sub-district health centres (Pustu), and village health posts (Posyandu), plays a pivotal role in delivering accessible and comprehensive care. However, the unequal distribution of resources and inadequate training of healthcare providers remain significant obstacles. Recent reforms and initiatives aimed at strengthening the primary healthcare system have focused on improving access, quality, and sustainability through infrastructure enhancements, healthcare worker training, service integration, technology utilization, and community participation. The SLR process involves identifying research questions, conducting literature searches, selecting studies based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracting data, and synthesizing findings. The results of SLR are expected to provide insights into the effectiveness and challenges of JKN, forming a foundation for enhanced policy development within the national healthcare system. This study underscores the importance of comprehensive and sustainable strategies for strengthening primary healthcare to ensure the sustainability of JKN and equips policymakers and healthcare practitioners with evidence to strengthen the national healthcare system towards sustainable resilience

Abstract

Most people in the world now live in the modern era, where modernization has had a positive impact in making activities easier. This phenomenon is closely related to consumer behavior that is accepted by society. The aim of this research is to explore modern Muslim consumption behavior from an Islamic Economics perspective. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely reviewing various literature references according to the research topic. The research results show that in an Islamic economic perspective, consumption must consider spiritual and moral aspects, not only fulfilling worldly needs but also getting closer to Allah and preparing for the afterlife. Consumption must avoid waste, extreme attitudes, and must be in accordance with Islamic principles. Islamic consumption behavior ethics need to be considered by emphasizing the selection of halal goods and services, avoidance of haram ones, and wise management of resources for spiritual and social benefits. In the modern era, there is a challenge to Islamic consumption behavior, namely applying Islamic principles in the global financial system, while the opportunity lies in increasing awareness about Islamic values in sustainable consumption. Muslim consumers need to maintain consistency in paying zakat, infaq and alms, and ensure that their consumption behavior is fair and in accordance with Islamic principles to achieve sustainable social and economic prosperity, especially amidst global economic changes. Thus, the principles of modern Islamic consumption behavior when viewed from Islamic economics will be implemented consistently, leading to harmonious and sustainable prosperity both in this world and the hereafter

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Communication and Occupational Health Safety on Employee Performance at PT Labelindo Mas Utama North Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, which used a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reality tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis tests. The result of this study is that the regression equation value Y = 5.248 + 0.382X1 + 0.496X2, and the correlation coefficient is 0.630, which means that the two variables have a strong relationship level. The value of determination or contribution of influence was 0.397 or 39.7%, while other factors influenced the remaining 60.3%. The hypothesis test obtained a t-value calculated > t table (18.768 > 3.16), which was also strengthened by the ρ value (0.000 < 0.05); thus, H0 was rejected, and H3 was accepted, meaning that there was a significant influence between Communication (X1) and Occupational Health Safety (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Labelindo Mas Utama

Abstract

This study investigates the function of purchasing experience as a mediator in the correlation between consumer perception and purchasing decisions regarding halal products in Indonesia. This research employs a quantitative methodology utilizing a survey approach, incorporating a questionnaire that addresses demographic factors, consumer perceptions, purchasing experiences, and purchasing decisions. The study engaged 400 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. The regression analysis results showed that consumer perception has a positive and significant influence on buying decisions of halal products (coefficient = 0.45, p <0.001). Furthermore, path analysis revealed that purchasing experience is a considerable mediator (mediation coefficient = 0.105, p <0.001), strengthening the relationship between consumer perception and purchasing decisions. A substantial part of the decision-making process is the purchasing experience, which encompasses both the quality of the service and the level of satisfaction it provides. By using bootstrapping to test the hypothesis, it was determined that the purchasing experience had a significant mediating effect on the relationship. The confidence interval for this finding was between 0.080 and 0.135, which indicates that the hypothesis was supported. These findings highlight the importance of providing customers with a pleasant shopping experience, which highlights the need to improve purchasing decisions for halal products

Abstract

This study investigates the conceptualization of halal investment among urban communities using a qualitative methodology. Even though most participants know that halal investments must adhere to syariah principles, the study discovered that they frequently rely solely on the syaria label without further investigating the structure and mechanisms of the investment product. Discovered through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and observations. The primary challenges are insufficient education and a lack of more comprehensive and detailed information regarding halal investment products. Research participants indicated extensive training and seminars necessary to comprehend the selection of syaria-compliant investment products. Based on these findings, it is clear that syaria financial institutions are responsible for enhancing information transparency and strengthening education programs to assist the general public in making investment decisions that are truly by syaria principles
