Abstract

This study aims to determine, prove, and analyze the effect of product quality, brand image, and price on purchasing decisions of Nivea sunscreen products in South Jakarta. The technique used in determining the number of samples with non-probability sampling with purposive sampling obtained a total sample of 75 respondents using sunscreen in South Jakarta. Data collection using a questionnaire through Google forms. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis which was processed with SmartPLS 3.3.9 software. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive and inferential data analysis. The results of this study state that: (1) there is a significant effect on product quality of 0.267 on the purchase decision of Nivea sunscreen; (2) a significant effect on brand image of 0.471 on the purchase decision of Nivea sunscreen; (3) there is no significant effect on the price of 0.249 on the decision to purchase Nivea sunscreen. The contribution of product quality, brand image, and price variables together is shown by the adjusted Rsquare value of 92.6% while the remaining 7.4% is caused by other factors outside this research model

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Instagram's social media promotion strategy, brand image, lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Hito Coffee Bekasi products. This research method uses quantitative methods with 75 consumers of Hito Coffee respondents in Bekasi with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique was taken through a questionnaire with descriptive data analysis techniques then tested for validity and reliability then continued with hypothesis testing using SmartPLS 3.0. Hypothesis testing in this study used the analysis of the inner model, outer model, and t-statistical test with a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results showed that (1) the Instagram social media promotion strategy variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (2) the brand image variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (3) the lifestyle variable had no significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand ambassador, product quality, and price on Nike basketball shoes purchase decision in South Jakarta. This research is using quantitative method with 75 respondents in South Jakarta with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique was taken through a questionnaire with descriptive data analysis techniques then tested the validity and reliability test and then continued with hypothesis testing using SmartPLS 3.0. Hypothesis testing in this study used the analysis of the inner model, outer model, and t-statistical test and significance level of 5% (0.05). The result shows that (1) brand ambassador variable has an effect of 0.186 positive and significant effect on purchase decision, (2) product quality has an effect of 0.665 positive and significant effect on purchase decision, (3) price has an effect of 0.143 positive and significant effect on purchase decision. While the contribution that was given by the variable of brand ambassador, product quality, and price collectively is 0.960 or 96%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the audit committee, independent commissioners and ownership structure on the integrity of financial statements. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the chemical sub-sector for the period 2018-2021. The data used in this study is secondary data, which comes from the annual report. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the number of companies as many as 12 times 4 periods to 48 sample data. Methods of data analysis using SPSS version 26 program, namely descriptive statistics, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the audit committee has a positive effect on the integrity of the financial statements, the Independent Commissioner has a negative effect on the integrity of the financial statements. The ownership structure has no effect on the integrity of the financial statements. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the audit committee, independent commissioner and ownership structure affect the integrity of the financial statements

Abstract

This research is motivated to find out what and how business communication is carried out by SMEs Onion sticks from Mancak Village. By using qualitative research methods and a case study approach, by making Fatimah who is the founder of this MSME, and Febby Fitriani the owner, both of which are resource persons in this research, the authors found that MSME Sticks in Mancak Village initially only used interpersonal communication. by entrusting their products to the surrounding stalls. After two years since it was founded in 2015, it was only in 2022 that this Stick MSME began rejuvenation with new packaging which had a positive impact on increasing product sales. In 2022, UKMS Onion Sticks will start selling via e-commerce Shopee, but the complexity of e-commerce tools and the need for the latest or additional gadgets, therefore marketing through e-commerce has not run optimally. The SWOT analysis is also attached at the end of the discussion to provide positive input for the MSME Sticks of Mancak Village in particular, and MSMEs for food products in general

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether there was any effects of motivation and competence on employee performance of PT. Pusaka Sinar Dian Abadi, Kabupaten PALI. This type of research used associative research. The sample in this study were 52 respondents from a total population of 110 employees. The sample data collection technique used purposive stratified technique. The collection method used a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis in this study used quantitative qualitative data analysis. Data processing techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and correlation coefficient. The results of the study with the F test showed that there was a significant effect of motivation and competence on employee performance of PT. Pusaka Sinar Dian Abadi. The results of the t test showed that there was a significant effect of motivation on employee performance, there was a significant effect of competence on employee performance of PT. Pusaka Sinar Dian Abadi

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a competency recruitment director and Badays, Organization on the performance of employees of PT. Lautan Berhan Utama Motor Lahat Branch. The research used in this study is associative. The population used in this study was 48 employees of and the sample used was taken in this study as many as 43 respondents. Yong method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative. The data collection technique is a questionnaire (Questionnaire). The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis such as hypothesis testing. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia. The saturated sample used was 90 employees.  Data were collected by conducting observations, interviews and dissemination of questionnaires. The data were analyzed using double linear regression with SPSS. The results showed that compensation had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention of -0.360 (?1) as evidenced by a t-count value of -3.196 and a sig value of 0.000.  There was also a negative and significant influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention of -0.909 (?2) as evidenced by a t-count value of -8.394 and a sig value of 0.000).  The built model is a fit as evidenced by an F-count value of 120,811 and a sig value of 0.000; in this case, compensation and job satisfaction were able to explain the variation in turnover intention by 72.9 percent

Abstract

In the Mineral and Coal Law no. 4 of 2009, mining is a mineral and coal exploitation activity which consists of stages of general investigation, exploration, feasibility studies, construction, mining, processing and refining, transportation and sales, and post-mining activities. Coal mining is the mining of carbon deposited rock found in the earth, including solid bitumen, peat, and asphalt rock. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tax aggressiveness on corporate social responsibility in coal mining sub-sector companies in 2017- 2021. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The variables in this study consist of the dependent variable, namely corporate social responsibility, while the independent variables are tax aggressiveness and the control variables are capital intensity, company size, return on assets, and leverage. The population in this study is the coal sub-sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021, amounting to 22 companies. The number of samples that have complete financial statements are 10 companies with a research period of 5 years so that a sample of 50 samples is obtained with the sampling technique using the purposive sampling method. The results showed that the tax aggressiveness variable based on the results of the t-test obtained a Tcount of 0.770 <Ttable 1.67655. The conclusion of this study is that partially shows that tax aggressiveness has no effect on corporate social responsibility
