Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of each variable Product Quality, Service Quality, and Customer Experience on Customer Satisfaction in Sofyan Frozen on the Shopee platform. This research uses SPSS 20 program. The analysis technique uses validity, reliability, classical assumptions with hypotheses, and multiple linear analysis. The results showed that the variables of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Customer Experience had a significant effect on Sofyan Frozen's customer satisfaction. Product Quality, Service Quality, and Customer Experience simultaneously have a significant effect on Sofyan Frozen's customer satisfaction. The three independent variables greatly affect Sofyan Frozen's customer satisfaction. The Adjusted R square figure of 0.913 indicates that 91.3% of customer satisfaction can be explained by the three independent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 8.7% is explained by other variables not included in this research model

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of BUMDes Mandiri and the success factors for the performance of BUMDes Mandiri in Suci Village, Panti District, Jember Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The type of data needed is primary data with data collection techniques by observation, interviews with BUMDes Mandiri administrators and documentation. The results showed that the main business activity of BUMDes Mandiri was selling household goods with cash and credit payments with a marketing strategy that was by utilizing the existing village apparatus and routine recitation activities for mothers. There are still no competitors in the Suci village, making it easier for BUMDes Mandiri to carry out their business activities. Independent BUMDes employees still need assistance from the sub-district in completing BUMDes financial reports. BUMDes Mandiri in 2021 will only compile a bank subsidiary ledger, general cash book, and cash subsidiary ledger

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Occupational Health, Accidents, and Safety (K3) in employees at PT Alis Jaya Ciptatama Klaten. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were PT.  Alis Jaya Ciptatama. The results showed an average value on the environmental conditions indicator of 3.40 including the strongly agreed category, the air regulation indicator of 3.05 including the agree category, the lighting regulation indicator of 3.09 including the category of agreeing, the indicator of work equipment use of 2.97 including agreeing, the indicator of physical and mental condition of employees of 2.21 including the category of disagreeing

Abstract

This study examines ergonomic hazards in the traditional tofu making process in Tanara, Serang Regency, Banten Province, Indonesia. This study was made to determine the level of risk of skeletal muscle disorders that can occur to workers who do manual work in the process of processing soybeans into tofu products. Abstract

Global product policy facing challenges in the digitalization era is a new challenge for manufacturers who market their products internationally and this is a challenge that must be handled by means of marketing research, digital marketing through social media and also making their own applications, and also using Global store as a public puller for these products. The research used a descriptive qualitative research methodology with literature study techniques which sourced from readings such as journals, news sources, books and also facts on the ground which were clearly explained and led to a result which was then concluded as a research result. The results of this study conclude that only companies that are going to market their products or so far after marketing their products to international shores must follow the development of basic marketing digitalization as well as manufacturers who have never marketed their products abroad and also use international or global figures as brands. and attractiveness for consumers who will buy the product

Abstract

The research sample was 50 respondents taken from employees of the Pangguharjo Village, Sleman Yogyakarta. The research results conclude that there is a significant effect between mPrior work motivation has no effect because the way it works is monotonous so it doesn't improve work performance. Work motivation during a pandemic affects employee performance because it has a change in work patterns on employee performance in the Panggungharjo Village, Kab. DIY Bantul. The work environment before Covid-19 had a significant effect on employee performance because before the pandemic the work system was carried out offline and it affected employee performance. Unlike the case during Covid19, the work environment had no effect because the work system changed to online so that the work environment that was obtained offline was not obtained by an online system so this did not affect employee performance

Abstract

Understanding the culture of a country is very important because when we market products that are not in accordance with market demand in that country, it is certain that the product will fail in the market, this is the basis for this research. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods where all problems will be explained in depth and clearly, presented in the form of a literature study where the collection is done by literature review, reading articles, concluding and describing them in a paper. In this research it was found that understanding the culture of a country in marketing products on a global scale is very important because we have to know the things or goods that consumers need in a country that will have an impact on the success of our business in that country. This is because every country must have characteristics, styles, and habits that are innate and hereditary which have an impact on consumer behavior in that country

Abstract

Financial statements are one of the most important things for every company, used to evaluate company performance and used to compare the company's current state with previous years. By utilizing the balance sheet and income statement as financial statements, this study seeks to evaluate the financial performance of PT Aneka Gas Tbk. This study uses a quantitative method with a comparative method, namely to compare (comparison) the performance of the company PT. Aneka Gas Tbk from 2020-2021 using financial ratio analysis including profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios. The results of the analysis show that the capability of PT Aneka Gas Tbk. in the 2018-2021 period there was a decline that occurred due to the covid 19 pandemic which caused demand for gas in the market to decrease and resulted in a decrease in gas factory production

Abstract

Understanding related to the economic environment of a country is very important if you want to carry out product marketing activities internationally. If marketing activities do not pay attention to the economic environment of a country, it will experience obstacles in marketing its exported products. In this research, it will be explained and analyzed what economic environmental factors are very important to know and understand before exporting products and marketing products on an international scale to countries that are the target market of the company. This research uses a qualitative methodology by collecting data from literal studies through secondary data which is carried out with a literature review concluding an article. Based on the results of this study, to carry out marketing on a global scale, companies must analyze indicators of the economic environment of a country which is the target market for a product that will be sold by the company. The indicators of the economic environment include economic structure, economic growth, inflation, interest rates, tax rates, exchange rates, consumer confidence levels and unemployment rates
