Abstract

Globalization is a new challenge for companies in implementing marketing strategies. Because with globalization, companies are required to compete with world-class companies that have large capital and higher quality products. Currently, Indonesia is a target market for global companies to enjoy huge profits, while Indonesian companies are losing out in the competition. This study aims to obtain a global marketing strategy in the Indonesian market for Indonesian companies. The research method used is descriptive analysis method. The combination of adaptation of marketing strategy and standard marketing strategy is a global marketing strategy that is in accordance with market conditions in Indonesia

Abstract

In today's digital era, many people choose to use a digital wallet as a payment transaction tool because it makes it easier to carry out transaction activities. One of the digital wallets that is widely used by the public is the DANA digital wallet, which can help with transactions needed by customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of electronic service quality and customer relationship management (CRM) on customers using the DANA digital wallet in Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and classical assumption test. The results of this study are that service quality affects customer loyalty for DANA users in Jombang because with fast and effective service quality, users will more often use digital wallets as a means of payment transactions. CRM also affects customer loyalty for DANA digital wallet users in Jombang because there is a guarantee of security for user balances, thereby generating customer trust and loyalty

Abstract

Global marketing and the digital revolution are growing from time to time providing convenience to every user or person who does it. With the existence of global marketing and digital revolution, this has also brought changes in integration to transactions. According to Warren J. Keegan & Mark C. Green (2017: 585), Global Marketing is the commitment of organizational resources to pursuing global market opportunities and responding to environmental threats in the global marketplace, which means the commitment of an organization's resources to pursue opportunities global markets and respond to threats in the global market environment. There is an opportunity to pursue a global market with a global market environment that is growing with the digital revolution. This study aims to find out how global marketing and the digital revolution are in the current era. This research uses qualitative methods, the data used is secondary, namely from literature books, as well as journals, related articles. Based on the results, the growing development of global marketing and the digital revolution makes it easy for companies, business people, MSME actors and others to develop products, develop ideas, seek more relevant understanding to enter the global market and improve the economy and reduce unemployment

Abstract

The needs of each product by consumers around the world make exporters and importers implement a global product policy which is adjusted by every rule or culture that is different for each country as a condition that must be complied with by business actors/businesses to be able to enter the global market. The purpose of this research is to study a literature review to review global product policies that must be carried out or implemented by business actors in marketing products globally. This research shows that local products are different from global products because marketers must be observant in seeing international market conditions. In order for products and services marketed in global markets to be right on target and receive positive feedback from consumers, marketers must be careful in managing market expansion strategies and positioning global products in international markets

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational culture on guard performance at PT Tunas Artha Gardatama BCA DKI Jakarta Assignment Area. This study uses quantitative methods that are associative (causal). The research population was all employees at PT Tunas Artha Gardatama BCA DKI Jakarta Assignment Area, amounting to 140 people, while in determining the research sample using slovin sampling technique with error rate 5% of the total population, a sample of 104 respondents was obtained. Data analysis and testing techniques include multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Referring to the test results, it can be seen that the multiple correlation coefficient is 0,958 and is considered to be very strong. While the coefficient of determination or contribution of compensation and  organizational culture to guard performance is is 90,7% on guard performance. And the rest 9,3% was effected by other variable outside of this research. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test, namely the effect of compensation on guard performance, the value tcount > ttable or 9,298 > 1,990, meaning that partially there is a significant influence between compensation on guard performance at PT Tunas Artha Gardatama BCA DKI Jakarta Assignment Area. While the second hypothesis test is the influence of organizational culture on guard performance, the value of tcount > ttable or 7,784 > 1,990, meaning that partially there is a significant influence between organizational culture on guard performance at PT Tunas Artha Gardatama BCA DKI Jakarta Assignment Area. The results of the third hypothesis test obtained the value of Fcount > Ftable or 502.184 > 3.090, meaning that simultaneously compensation and organizational culture have a significant effect on guard performance at PT Tunas Artha Gardatama BCA DKI Jakarta Assignment Area. While the multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation that is Y = 0,991 + 0,539X1 + 0,320X2

PT. Unilever is a company that produces food, beverages, hygiene and personal care products. Based on what researchers have done, Revolluzio is an e-business innovation that implements digital marketing automation. The aim of this study is to analyze the global marketing strategy for revolluzio products at PT. Unilever. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This method is used because the problem under study is uncertain and temporary and can continue to grow. Furthermore, from the results of the analysis it is known that PT. Unilever implements a segmentation strategy as seen in the presentation of data which shows that PT Unilever Indonesia offers categories for various market segments and based on the segmentation described by the company, PT Unilever Indonesia in carrying out the international marketing of Revoluzio products applies product targeting tactics. target businesses

Abstract

The study uses the method of literature study or literature review. Literature review is a comprehensive overview of the research that has been done on a specific topic to show the reader what is known about the topic and what is not known, to seek rationale for research that has been done or for ideas for further research. The type of writing used is a literature review study that focuses on writing results related to writing topics or variables. The author conducts this literature study after determining the topic of writing and establishing the formulation of the problem, before going into the field to collect the necessary data. Any systematic study of a new market geography requires a combination of sober minds and generosity. But marketers also have to feel secure in their own beliefs and traditions. Generosity is needed to maintain whole values ??and other ways of life and other values ??based on other people's perspectives. in other words, overcoming the negative prejudices that are a natural result of human tendencies toward ethnocentrism. Abstract

The problem of unemployment is currently still a big problem in almost all countries, especially in developing countries. One of the developing countries is Indonesia. Unemployment today can result from the increasing difficulty of finding a job, especially in big cities. One of the characteristics of unemployment in Indonesia is unemployment that has a fairly high education or commonly referred to as educated unemployment. One of the plans that can be used is to use the Business Model Canvas (BMC).      The research method used in this study is literature review. Literature review or literature review research is the process by which research is sought, explored, read, and evaluated. The results obtained are that the convenience provided using BMC tools with a simple picture poured on the canvas provides benefits for prospective business actors in determining the focus that will be a strategy in achieving goals

Abstract

Skincare MS Glow has been successfully recognized by the people of the country. MS Glow has also succeeded in expanding its market by having agents and official members throughout Indonesia and abroad. Not only that, MS Glow has succeeded in presenting a beauty clinic so that its customers can do skin care with experts in their fields. Until now, MS Glow's skincare business continues to strengthen its marketing strategy so that it can continue to survive in the beauty industry. In achieving success can not be separated from the ability to read opportunities and take advantage of the momentum. Then create innovations to answer anxiety and desire in developing societies. The marketing strategy implemented by MS Glow includes promotions through advertisements. In this study, the authors used qualitative research methods, critical discussion of the author's point of view, as well as support for literature searches, citations, expert opinions, and previous findings on the subject. Sources of data obtained by researchers are not only basic data obtained from previous studies. Based on the results of research through observations that have been carried out through internet media sources and direct interviews with several MS GLOW branch managers in Medan City, there are several marketing strategies used by MS GLOW to be able to face global marketing
