Abstract

PT. Agung Automall Kota Bengkulu is a subsidiary of the Agung Concern group which operates as a Toyota main dealer. The formulation of the problem is whether organizational justice and job satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention of PT employees. Agung Automall Bengkulu City. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, job satisfaction, on turnover intention of employees of PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu City. This study used a sample of 62 respondents using total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature review. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. This research uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, followed by using hypothesis testing using SPSS. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, Organizational Justice (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a negative effect on Turnover Intention (Y), this is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 19.109 +0. 252 X1 + 0.19 X2 and a determination coefficient of R2 = 0.142 which means Organizational Fairness (X1), and Job Satisfaction (X2) contributes 14.2% influence on Turnover intention (Y) at PT. PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu City and 86.2% are influenced by other variables which are not explained in this study. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t test and f test with the help of SPSS prongram, it can be seen that the variables of Organizational Justice (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a value of -2,756> .1,670 and -2,306> .1.670 Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. . This means that together, Organizational Justice and Job Satisfaction affect the Turnover intention of PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the effect of marketing mix consisting of product, price, place, promotion toward sales volume of Aroma Bakery on Jl. Bhayangkara Bengkulu City. This research was a quantitative study with a sample of 96 respondents by using accidental sampling techniques. The data collection techniques of this study used observation and questionnaire. The data analysis techniques of this study used descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis techniques, coefficient of determination (R2) analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that from multiple linear regression tests by using SPSS i.e. Y = 3.050 + 0.922 (X1) + 0.287 (X2) + 0.223 (X3) + 0.367 (X4), as well as the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.797 which means Product (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3), and Promotion (X4) contributed an effect of 79.7% toward sales volume and 20.3% determined by other factors outside of this study. From the partial hypothesis test result (T Test) that the Product (X1) has a significant effect toward the sales volume of Aroma Bakery in Bengkulu City, by showing a significance value of 0.000 < 0.050. Price (X2) has a significant effect toward the sales volume of  Aroma Bakery in Bengkulu by showing a significance value of 0.026 < 0.050. Place (X3) has a significant effect toward the sales volume of Aroma Bakery in Bengkulu City, by showing a significance value of 0.025 < 0.050. The promotion (X4) significantly effect toward the sales volume of  Aroma Bakery in Bengkulu by showing a significance value of 0.012 < 0.050. From the results of the hypothesis simultaneously (Test F) shows a significance value of .000 < 0.050 thus Ho rejected Ha received. This means that together product, price, place, and promotion have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously toward the sales volume of Aroma Bakery on Jl. Bhayangkara Bengkulu City.Keywords : Marketing Mix and Sales Volume.

Abstract

This is a survey research with a quantitative approach based on the importance of teacher performance in a school. This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Teacher Performance. The object of this research is the teacher in the district of South Bengkulu, Pino. The number of respondents in this study was 131 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The results of this study can be concluded that the intellectual intelligence variable has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Spiritual Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Koperasi Nusantara cabang Bengkulu dan Curup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Faktor-faktor yang akan dibahas pada penelitian ini adalah Beban Kerja (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara wawancara dan kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik analisis data, diantaranya uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis tanggapan responden, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinan, dan juga uji hipotesis. Dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan Koperasi Nusantara Cabang Bengkulu dan Curup. Dari hasil analisis regresi linear berganda didapat hasil sebagai berikut : Y = 20,315 - 0,489 (X1) + 1,135 (x2) + e.Kata kunci : Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image, Product Quality on Decision to Purchase Maybelline Mascara Cosmetics in Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah Bengkulu University. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including brand image, product quality and purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all students of the Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah Bengkulu University who used Maybelline mascara cosmetics, with the sampling method using Simple Random Sampling method, in conducting the research the respondents were obtained random. In this study using data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed using test instruments, Analysis of Respondents' Responses, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2) and also Hypothesis t and hypothesis f.Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the formulation of Y = 3.630 + 0.314 (X1) + 0.290 (X2) is obtained. The determinant coefficient R2 = 0.572 or 57.2% while the remaining 0.428 or 42.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. The results of the tests that have been carried out can be seen that the Brand Image variable (X1) shows t count of 2.721> t table 1.99601 with a significant level of 0.008 <0.050, the Product Quality variable (X_2) shows the tcount of 5.227> t table 1.99601 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.050. The results of the F test show that the significance value of F is 0.000 less than 0.050 and Fcount is greater than Ftable, 44.709> 3.133, from the results of data management it can be concluded that the brand image and product quality partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study is entitled The Influence of Company Image, Product Quality and Taste on Customer Satisfaction in Bengkulu City Syarah Bakery consumers. The problem formulation in this study is whether the company's image, product quality, and taste influence the customer satisfaction of Syarah Bakery. The purpose of this study is to find out the company's image, product quality, and taste influences the customer satisfaction of Syarah Bakery. This research was conducted on Bengkulu City Bakery Syarah Consumers. While the time of this research was carried out in December 2020 until January 2021. There is also a population and this research is Syarah Bakery Kota Bengkulu, while the sample of this study is a consumer Syarah Bakery Kota Bengkulu amounting to 110 people. This means that the sample material uses quantitative methods.With the research test data analysis technique, the research results can be concluded that the respondents' responses about Company Image (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Taste (X3) affect Customer Satisfaction (Y) with multiple linear regression results obtained as follows: Y = 0.414 + 0.280 (X1) + 0.202 (X2) + 0.109 (X3). In addition, from the hypotheses that have been done, it is found that the Company Image variable (X1) shows that t_hit> t_ (α / 2) (3,945> 1.98260) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.050), Product Quality is t_hit> t_ ( α / 2) (4,517> 1.98260) and (sig α = 0.028 <0.050), Taste is t_hit> t_ (α / 2) (2,167> 1.98260) and (sig α = 0.032 <0.050). Then the test result F shows that the values of F_count> F_table are (73,505> 2,699) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.050). So it can be concluded that all variables namely Company Image, Product Quality, and Taste are partially and simultaneously compliant with Bengkulu City Bakery Lecture Customer Satisfaction.Keywords: Company Image, Product Quality, Taste and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The title of this research is the Effect of Servie Quality and Location on Purchasing Decisions at Bengkulu Wareg Cafe. This research is based on the importance of Purchasing in a company. Purchasing decisions can be affected by several factors. The factors might be Service Quality and Location. This research aims to analyze the effect of Service Quality and Location on Purchasing Decisions. The object of this research was consumers who visit the Wareg Cafe at JL Hibrida Raya 11 of Bengkulu City. The number of respondents was 112 people. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The techniques used were multiple regression analysis techniques, the coefficient of determination test (R2), hypothesis testing T statistic test and F statistical test. The results of the research can be concluded that the Service Quality and location variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work placement on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu Branch, both partially and simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Compensation (X1), and Work Placement (X2). The object of this research is 50 employees at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu Branch. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by means of observation, questionnaires or questionnaires, and interviews.There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using the instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the compensation variable (X1), and work placement (X2) have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu Branch. From the results of multiple linear regression tests obtained the regression equation is as follows: Y = 4.101 + 0.978 (X1) + 0.640 (X2). Keywords: Compensation, Work Placement and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Transformational Leadership Terhadap Intrinsic Motivation Pada Karyawan BANK BRI Cabang Curup. Faktor yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah Transformational Leadership. Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan di BANK BRI Cabang Curup yang berjumlah 78 orang. Penelitain ini dilakukan pada tanggal 19 februari sampai dengan 19 maret 2021. Dalam penenlitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, penyebaran angket atau kuisioner.Ada beberapa teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan uji instrument, analisis tanggapan responden, analisis regresi linier sederhana, koefisien determinan, dan juga uji hipotesis t. Dari hasil uji regresi linier sederhana didapat persamaan regresinya yaitu sebagai berikut : Y = 0.846 + 0.189 (X). Sementara hasil pengujian dengan uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa Transformational Leadership (X) menunjukkan thitung > ttabel (40.294 > 1.99167) dan (sig <  = 0,000 < 0,050). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Transformational Leadership berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Intrinsic Motivation Pada Karyawan BANK BRI Cabang Curup.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of wages and incentives toward employees’ productivity of PT Daria Dharma Pratama Ipuh, Muko Muko Regency. The object of this study was the 65 employees of PT Daria Dharma Pratama Ipuh, Mukomuko Regency. This study used observation and questionnaire as techniques of collecting data. There are several data analysis techniques used in this research, including using instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the variables of Wages (X1) and Incentives (X2) have partial or simultaneous effect toward employees’ productivity at PT Daria Dharma Pratama Ipuh Mukomuko regency. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation is obtained Y = 1.275 + 0.693 (X1) + 0.528 (X2).
