Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand how to Master Uncertainty to shape modern learners. In this research report, a qualitative descriptive method is used, with data sourced from listening to the spoken narrative on Gita Wirjawan's YouTube channel titled "Hone 3 Things to Embrace Uncertainty" as presented by Gita Wirjawan. The study's findings explain that the concept of Mastering Uncertainty, particularly Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle, forms the fundamental foundation of quantum physics, distinguishing it from classical physics. Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle sets limits on the absolute precision of measurements in quantum physics. The design of education aims to prepare students to face future challenges, prioritizing student-centered learning over their desires. The development of emotions, cognitive skills, and character is emphasized with the goal of creating an innovative and beneficial generation for society.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to encourage improvement in order to have better abilities, awareness, skills and quality of life in general. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by taking notes because the data source was obtained by listening to oral narratives from the Satu Youtube channel Percent entitled "Indonesian Education Notes; Evaluation, Solutions, Expectations" | Satu Insight #50. The results of this study explain building a solid foundation and knowledge, analytical and critical skills. This research begins with identifying results related to study objectives to develop or revise existing policies, to achieve these objectives more efficiently.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to solve educational problems in order to create an extraordinary young generation, one of which is improving the quality of teachers in Indonesia. To be a quality teacher, you must have extensive experience and knowledge so that students do not get bored or bored in the learning process being implemented. The research data taken from this research is a descriptive research method, namely to create a systematic, factual and accurate description, picture or painting of the facts, characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. with regard to teacher quality, there are 3 dimensions that constitute the competence of educational staff, namely as follows: 1) Personal Competence, namely that a teacher must have a solid personality that is worthy of emulation; 2) Professional competence, namely a teacher must have broad, in-depth knowledge of the field of study being taught; and 3) Social competence, namely that a teacher must be able to communicate well with his students, fellow teachers and the wider community

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the prevention and control of violence in educational units. Based on or Permendikbukristek PPKSP, this study report uses a descriptive qualitative method by taking notes because the data source was obtained by listening to oral narratives from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture's Smart Character Youtube channel entitled "The Urgency of Preventing and Overcoming Violence in Educational Units" presented by Nadiem Anwar Makarim, B.A., M.B.A. The results of this study explain that the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation explains about. The scope of violence that occurs within the educational unit and outside the location of the educational unit, for example, field trip internships and/or Jamborees as well as violence involving more than one educational unit, the definition and forms of violence are explained in detail to provide clarity about things that are not permitted. Carried out within the education unit, prevention mechanisms that need to be implemented by the education unit, local government and the Ministry of Education and Culture, procedures for handling violence that side with the victim and support the victim's recovery

Abstract

The aim of this study is to review the book as an effort to explore and understand the scientific narrative of the book "Core Philosophy: Ancient Greco-Roman Philosophy for Today's Resilient Mentality" written by Henry Manampiring. This descriptive qualitative research examines the relationship between young people's personalities and today's mental toughness. This study uses a qualitative content analysis approach carried out on the book above. The author also uses secondary data sources from various articles and books related to the research object. This book is a self-development book that discusses aspects of life that are controlled through actions, attitudes and thoughts. This book invites readers to carry out an in-depth analysis of themselves in order to find their "true self".

Abstract

This article is a review which is a critical reading of a guidebook that inspires and provides motivation, personality and self-development for its readers, in a book entitled "Self-Theorist" by Carol S. Dweck, discussing self-theory, mindset, and its influence on various aspects of human life. Carol S. Dweck suggests that self theory is the beliefs we have about ourselves, including our abilities, potential and worth. This study method is descriptive qualitative with content analysis techniques on the book object "Self Theorist". From this book we can learn that it is important to understand yourself and increase your potential. This book offers a deep understanding of self and mindset theory, as well as strategies to help people develop a growth mindset. Carol S. Dweck suggests that mindset has a significant influence on motivation, personality and self-development. What is the meaning of Motivation?, How to get yourself motivated?, What are the theories of personality and motivation? These questions will be answered in this book. By integrating the latest psychological theories, "Self Theories" offers a valuable contribution for readers who are interested in understanding more deeply how self-views can shape a person's life journey. This book is not only relevant for professionals in the fields of psychology and education, but also for anyone who wants to explore their full potential in personal development and achieving life goals.

Abstract

This article is a review which is a critical reading of a guidebook that inspires and provides motivation for readers entitled "Liberating Education" by Akhmad Muhaimin Azzet which reflects on the book "Education of the Oppressed" by Paulo Freire. In this book it has been explained that current education, according to Freire, is considered inhumane because it tends to view students as objects who must receive knowledge from educators as subjects. Freire argued that education should position students as active subjects in facing their social reality and experiencing freedom. Liberating education is not just filling students' empty glasses with knowledge, but providing education in accordance with students' development and potential so that they grow into independent human beings. Even though challenges such as inadequate school conditions still exist, enthusiasm and passion for working together in liberating education is still considered a major factor.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to present a critical review of the book titled "Membelah Anak Panah" by Prem Rawat. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive to analyze the content of the book. The study results indicate that the book enlightens inner strength, offering practical advice on life, success, and relationships. It presents touching stories and unique illustrations that invite attention to the simple realities about oneself, living life, and the present moment. The book "Membelah Anak Panah: Understanding Life" urges us to be aware of life, containing many motivational words, life illustrations, wisdom, and problem-solving questions and answers about life issues.

Abstract

Abstrak – Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) siap merevolusi sektor pendidikan, menawarkan solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran dan menjembatani kesenjangan pendidikan. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah mengeksplorasi potensi manfaat dan tantangan penerapan AI dalam pendidikan di Indonesia. Pada laporan studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan simak catat karena sumber data yang diperoleh dengan menyimak narasi lisan dari Channel Youtube MetroTV berjudul “Sekolah Indonesia Siap Adaptasi Teknologi AI?”. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah seorang Dirjen GTK Kemendikbudristek, Iwan Syahril. Sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah tentang Teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan atau AI di sektor pendidikan yang mempengaruhi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hasil studi ini menjelaskan penggunaan AI dalam pengembangan kurikulum, pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi, interaksi guru-siswa, dan mengatasi kesenjangan pendidikan di daerah terpencil dibahas. Selain itu, pertimbangan seperti privasi, keamanan data, dan masalah etika juga disoroti. Studi ini menekankan implementasi yang bertanggung jawab untuk memanfaatkan potensi transformatif AI dalam pendidikan. Studi ini juga dapat mencakup pembahasan terkait faktor-faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat implementasi praktik-praktik ini dalam konteks pendidikan. Pada akhirnya, AI menawarkan jalan yang menjanjikan untuk menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang lebih inklusif dan adil di Indonesia. Abstract – Artificial Intelligence (AI) is poised to revolutionize the education sector, offering innovative solutions to improve learning outcomes and bridge education gaps. This article aims to explore the potential benefits and challenges of implementing AI in education in Indonesia. This study report uses a descriptive qualitative method by taking notes because the data source was obtained by listening to oral narratives from the MetroTV YouTube Channel entitled "Indonesian Schools Ready to Adapt to AI Technology?". The research subject was the Director General of GTK, Ministry of Education and Culture, Iwan Syahril. Meanwhile, the research object is Artificial Intelligence Technology or AI in the education sector which influences teaching and learning activities. The results of this study explaining the use of AI in curriculum development, personalized learning, teacher-student interactions, and addressing educational disparities in remote areas are discussed. Additionally, considerations such as privacy, data security, and ethical issues are also highlighted. This study emphasizes responsible implementation to harness the transformative potential of AI in education. The study may also include a discussion of factors that support or hinder the implementation of these practices in educational contexts. Ultimately, AI offers a promising path to creating a more inclusive and equitable education system in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah menciptakan banyak peluang bagi wirausaha muda untuk mengembangkan dan memperluas operasi bisnis mereka. Oleh karena itu, internet telah mendorong munculnya kewirausahaan digital (digital entrepreneurship) sebagai bentuk kewirausahaan yang berkembang di antara banyak pengusaha muda dan bahkan mahasiswa, yang memang menjadi generasi digital native. Penelitian ini mengkaji sejauh mana karakter personal atau ciri-ciri pribadi digital natives dari kalangan mahasiswa di Indonesia berdampak pada niat kewirausahaan digital (digital entrepreneurship intention) mereka. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak langsung dari lima karakter personal yang diadopsi dari the big five personal traits, yaitu openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism, terhadap sikap pribadi (attitude) dan digital entrepreneurship intention. Untuk tujuan ini, responden penelitian ini adalah 254 mahasiswa Indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara simple random sampling. Pemodelan persamaan struktural menggunakan SEM SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa semua hipotesis terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan, yakni kelima karakter personal mahasiswa (agreeableness, conscientiousness, extraversion, neuroticism, dan openness to experience) berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap pribadi (attitude). Selanjutnya, variabel sikap pribadi (attitude) juga berpengaruh positif terhadap digital entrepreneurship intention. Hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi pada kesenjangan penelitian tentang karakter personal the big five personal traits, sikap pribadi dan digital entrepreneurship intention. Implikasi teoritis dan praktis telah dibahas dan menjadi rekomendasi penting bagi proyeksi masa depan para mahasiswa, dosen pendidik, dan juga bagi kebijakan manajemen di perguruan tinggi.
