Abstract

The study aims to understand the influence of brand image and brand awareness on the brand loyalty of Ades bottled drinking water in Surabaya. The method employed is a quantitative study with a sample of 100 individuals using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to residents of Surabaya. The variables used include brand image (X1) and brand awareness (X2) as independent variables, and brand loyalty (Y) as the dependent variable. Data analysis using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method indicates that the better the brand image and brand awareness, the higher the brand loyalty of Ades bottled drinking water in Surabaya.

Abstract

The increase in the number of motor vehicles is occurring in various cities in Indonesia, just like in Surabaya. This demands the Surabaya City government to reduce traffic congestion with several solutions, like increase the number of public transportation fleets. Suroboyo Bus, as one of the public transportation options in Surabaya, is required to meet the needs and desires of the Surabaya residents so that its user numbers will increase and contribute to reducing congestion. This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of quality, ease of use, price, product attractiveness, ease of use, and user decisions, both directly and indirectly, on Suroboyo Bus users in Surabaya. The method used in this research is the associative quantitative method. The respondents in this study were 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data processing was carried out using path analysis method with the assistance of PLS software version 9.0.4.5.

Abstract

Economic growth is essential for the prosperity of a country. Adequate infrastructure facilities, including roads, electricity, and water, are essential to encourage economic activity and ensure equitable development and community welfare. This study aims to determine the impact of government spending, tax revenue, and road infrastructure on economic growth in Lampung Province over 11 years using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method and processed with E-Views 12 software. In this study, multiple regression will be used to examine the effect of the independent variable (Government Expenditure, Tax Revenue, and Road Infrastructure) partially on the dependent variable (Economic Growth). The findings revealed that Economic growth was significantly influenced favorably by transportation infrastructure., while Road Infrastructure showed a significant negative influence. This article highlights the importance of developing a strong transportation system to boost economic growth and improve well-being.

Abstract

Preventive measures are needed to prevent fraud in the management of village funds. Fraud prevention measures are a way to reduce opportunities and prevent any activity from evaluating the risk of fraud. The purpose of this study was to determine whether factors such as compnesation suitability, internal control, regulatory enforcement and the use of information technology affect fraudulent behaviour that occurs in the management of village funds. This quantitative research uses the census sampling method and collects data from all village officials in Lambai Sub-district, North Kolaka Regency. In total, 72 village officials agreed to be respondents in this study. The results of this study indicate that the components of compensation suitability and internal control affect fraudulent behaviour negatively and significantly. Meanwhile, regulatory enforcement and the use of information technology affect fraudulent behaviour negatively and insignificantly.

Abstract

Internal control has an important role in the performance of state-owned companies, one of which is PT. PLN (Persero). The aim of this research is to find out in detail what causes doubtful receivables to occur every month at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Belawan. To find out whether the role of internal control is effective in collecting doubtful receivables. To find out what obstacles the internal control system faces in minimizing doubtful receivables. Then to find out what efforts must be made so that the collection of doubtful receivables can be carried out optimally. This research approach uses a descriptive approach and uses qualitative research methods. The internal control system for doubtful receivables is implemented at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Belawan, is quite adequate in terms of the elements of its internal control. Such as the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, but the supervision element is still not effective.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of Augmented Reality (AR) in improving consumer experiences in the retail sector after the global pandemic through a qualitative approach. Involving in-depth interviews and participant observation, the research found that the use of AR in Optimization Marketing was effective in increasing brand visibility, consumer interaction and sales growth. The level of consumer interactivity with AR also significantly influences positive perceptions of brands and products, forming the basis for the formation of long-term loyalty. The implications of this research show that investment in Optimization Marketing with AR can be a strategic key in improving consumer experience and building loyalty in the post-pandemic retail sector.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and illustrate quantitative bibliometrics. Validity and relational techniques were used to generate outcome findings and map research themes, impacts, directions, and collaboration trends. Topic classification is also included to review results from different types of analysis. The theme of the Scopus publication is SMEs Crowdfunding. This began to be heavily researched in 2019 and peaked in 2020. From the analysis, it is stated that SMEs Crowdfunding is widely discussed in relation to various research themes. One of the interesting ones is related to women entrepreneurship.  SMEs have difficulty accessing funding, so the emergence of Crowdfunding is an alternative financing. Bibliometric analysis is used to examine bibliographic data collected from the Scopus database. SMEs have difficulty accessing funding, so the emergence of Crowdfunding is one of the financing alternatives. Bibliometric analysis is used to test bibliographic data collected from the Scopus database.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understanding the effect of implementing personal selling, word of mouth and perceived quality on consumer purchase interest. Customers in the target market for this study's sample are those who need flexible conduit items. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with a sample size of 70 respondents. The results in this research indicate that the simultaneous application of personal selling word of mouth and perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Then, partially personal selling has a positive but not significant effect on consumer buying interest, while word of mouth and perceived quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to provide insight into the potential impact and implications of digital integration on the socio-economic landscape of ASEAN countries. Data sources for this study include an extensive literature review, statistical data from ASEAN reports, and peer-reviewed articles. The selection and extraction of data involved a rigorous process, ensuring that the most relevant and credible information is used. The data was then synthesized to provide a holistic understanding of the subject. The study concludes that although digital integration in ASEAN faces several challenges such as the digital divide, data privacy issues, and cybersecurity threats, it also offers significant opportunities for economic growth, innovation, and improved governance. The role of new technologies, such as artificial intelligence and blockchain, is vital and can help in mitigating challenges and harnessing opportunities. However, efficient strategic management is essential to effectively realize digital integration's potential benefits.
