Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how organizational culture and intellectual capital affect employee performance in Surabaya City's creative wedding organizer sector. This study employs a quantitative methodology. Data collection to be used in this research is through the use of questionnaires and a Likert scale of 1 to 5 in the scoring calculation of the questionnaire. The sampling method used in this research is the purposive sampling method, and we obtained five wedding organizer businesses in Surabaya City with a sample of 56 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. The data were analyzed using Partial Least squares (PLS). The findings of this study demonstrate that the variable of organizational culture has a favorable and significant impact on worker performance. Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by the intellectual capital variable. Of the three aspects of intellectual capital, the structural capital component is more prominent than the human capital and relational capital dimensions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence that perceived utility and perceived simplicity of use have on a person's desire to reuse electronic money, with trust serving as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative study that was carried out utilizing a sample of individuals who reside in the city of Surabaya, have used electronic money during the last six months, and are at least 18 years old. PLS analysis, also known as partial least squares analysis, was used in conjunction with validity tests, discriminant tests, reliability tests, inner model tests, and hypothesis testing in the process of data analysis. According to the findings of this research, the perceived usefulness variable is able to encourage interest in reusing electronic money, the perceived ease of use variable is able to encourage interest in reusing electronic money, the trust variable is unable to mediate the relationship between perceived usefulness and interest in reusing electronic money, and the trust variable is able to mediate the relationship between perceived ease of use and interest in reusing electronic money; however, the perceived usefulness variable is unable to mediate the relationship.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyse the relationship between business size and capital structure in the food and beverage industry in Indonesian public firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the years 2028-2021. Three factors profitability, liquidity, and asset structure are evaluated here, with a moderating variable, namely company size. 28 food and beverage companies were sampled in this study using method of selecting samples on purpose. Two types of regression analysis, multiple and moderated, are used in this investigation. The findings of this research show that capital structure is influenced by profitability, liquidity, and asset structure, and that the impact of these factors is tempered by firm size.

Abstract

Muhammad Sadad launched the local clothing brand Erigo in 2011. Erigo manufactures a variety of goods, including apparel, purses, jeans, and coats. This research attempts to ascertain how celebrity endorsers, brand perception, and pricing perception affect students at the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veteran" East Java's choices to buy Erigo products. In this work, structural equation modeling (SEM) and the analytic program partial least squares (PLS) were used for data analysis.  According to the study's findings, celebrity endorsements, brand image, and pricing perceptions all have a favorable and substantial impact on consumers' decision-making.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of financial literation and event marketing Sadari Emas PT Pegadaian on purchasing decisions for gold savings products. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents offline. In this study using non-random sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The purpose of the study was to determine how much influence financial literacy and Sadari Emas PT Pegadaian marketing events have on purchasing decisions for gold savings products at PKK Tulungrejo, Batu. The results showed that there is a strong relationship between financial literacy and event marketing Sadari Emas PT Pegadaian on purchasing decisions for gold savings products. Based on the results of the calculation of the detrmination coefficient, it can be obtained that the value is 52%. So this shows that financial literacy and Event Marketing Sadari Emas PT Pegadaian have a 52% influence on purchasing decisions for gold savings products, so the remaining 48% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic and social infrastructure on economic growth in East Java in the 2008-2022 period. This research approach uses a quantitative approach. By using independent variables, namely the electricity infrastructure variable, the road infrastructure variable, the health infrastructure variable, and the education infrastructure variable and the dependent variable is the economic growth variable. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model with IBM SPSS 21 as the data processor. The results of my research studies show that electricity, health, and education infrastructure have a positive and significant impact on economic growth, while road infrastructure does not affect economic growth.

Abstract

The transaction process using e-money in the community in Malang City is very influential. To determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived trust, and perceived risk on satisfaction in the use of electronic money is the purpose of this study. The population of this study were 846,126 people in Malang City. Purposive sampling is the method used to determine the number of samples. From 846,126 people in Malang City samples, 400 people were obtained. The autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity, and normality test are classical assumption tests conducted in this study. After testing, the conclusions that can be drawn are perceived usefulness, perceived trust, and perceived risk partially have a positive and significant influence on satisfaction in using e-money. Meanwhile, simultaneously are able to influence interest in using electronic money services by 63%.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are an important sector in the Indonesian economy. Because Tulungrejo Village is a village that has a lot of tourism, it is very important for MSMEs in Tulungrejo Village to further prioritize the development of new products and customer needs. The purpose of this study is to help MSMEs in knowing the needs and desires of customers. In addition, it is also hoped that MSMEs can continue to innovate to develop ideas both in making new products and old products that are renewed.  This research uses quantitative methods and the data source in this study uses a questionnaire filled out by 66 respondents from MSMEs in Tulungrejo Village. The study found that there is a positive influence of customer orientation on new product development at MSMEs with moderating environmental factors in Tulungrejo Village.

Abstract

MSMEs are the largest contributor to GDP in Indonesia to absorb labor. Therefore it is necessary to do research on UMKM products, especially geprek chicken which is of interest to the public to increase appetite. The purpose of this study was to determine the position of geprek chicken products from various chickens in the city of Payakumbuh when compared to its competitor's ayam penyet. This study uses the Correspondence Analysis method through SPSS software. The results of the study show that SMEs with ayam geprek Mahkota Ayam and Ayam Bikamari: Both of these ayam outlets have focused on increasing their product catalog by providing better variety, Mahkota Ayam can focus on good customer service. Ayam Teteh: Ayam Teteh has a focus on good customer service and has an extensive store.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on the purchasing decision of Madame Gie Blush in Surabaya. The population in this study were users of Madame Gie Blush in Surabaya. The sampling method used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 60 respondents. This study uses data analysis using the component-based Structural Equation Model (SEM) method using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. In this study, primary data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The results show that product quality and brand image have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for Madame Gie's blush cosmetics in Surabaya.
