Abstract

Salah satu metrik utama dalam menganalisis perkembangan ekonomi adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui data statistik produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB) digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi ekonomi suatu daerah selama periode waktu tertentu. dan mengukur keberhasilan suatu daerah. Selain pertumbuhan ekonomi, pengangguran berfungsi sebagai metrik penting untuk menilai pembangunan regional. Hubungan antara pengangguran dan pertumbuhan ekonomi pertama kali diteorikan melalui Hukum Okun yang dicetuskan oleh Arthur Okun pada tahun 1962. Hukum Okun adalah pengamatan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara dapat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pengangguran. Pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Sumatera Utara dan Gorontalo bervariasi dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022, dengan karakteristik demografis dan geografis yang berbeda, tetapi keduanya memiliki sektor ekonomi utama yang sama yaitu sektor pertanian, kehutanan, dan perikanan. Perhitungan Hukum Okun menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa tidak ada bukti validitas yang sesuai dalam hubungan antara pengangguran dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sumatera Utara dan Gorontalo. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh fakta bahwa pengangguran tidak responsif terhadap perubahan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan justru disebabkan oleh sumber-sumber utama pertumbuhan ekonomi di kedua provinsi tersebut, yang terus mendukung penyerapan tenaga kerja dalam jumlah yang signifikan, yaitu pertanian, kehutanan, dan perikanan

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, price and promotion on consumer satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially. This research design uses descriptive, verification and path analysis research methods. The sampling technique uses the saturated sampling method. The number of respondents was 100 people. The subjects of this research are Bogor Punya Kopi consumers, and the research objects are service quality, price, promotion and consumer satisfaction. The tools used in this analysis are path analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing (F test and t test). The results of the analysis show that partially or simultaneously service quality, price and promotion have a direct and positive influence on consumer satisfaction at the Bogor Punya Kopi cafe.

Abstract

The importance of human resources in an organization or company is to determine the success of the organization or company in achieving its goals, because whether or not a company is successful in achieving its goals really depends on the ability of its human resources or employees in carrying out the tasks given. This research aims to analyze and identify the influence of competence, work discipline and compensation on employee performance l on employee performance. Questionnaires were distributed to 74 respondents who were taken by determining the sample using a non-probability sampling method with the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The questionnaire was tested using validity tests, reliability tests, and also classical assumption tests. The results of this test are valid, reliable, and can be used for regression data. The analytical method used in this research is a descriptive method and path analysis with a quantitative approach. The results of the research show that 1. Competency does not have a direct and positive effect on employee performance. 2. Work discipline has a direct and positive effect on employee performance. 3. Compensation has a direct and positive effect on employee performance 4. Competence, work discipline, compensation has a direct positive effect on employee performance 5. Competency has a relationship but is not positive with work discipline 6. Work discipline has a positive relationship with compensation 7. Competency has a relationship but is not positive not positive with compensation.

Abstract

This research explores the entrepreneurial behavior characteristics of MSMEs in Nagrak Village, Bogor, aiming to provide empirical insights that guide MSME actors in enhancing their business success. Employing a survey method with a descriptive analysis approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires from 27 MSME entrepreneurs. Results indicate that MSMEs in Nagrak exhibit generally strong entrepreneurial behavior, with respondents showing high levels of entrepreneurial knowledge, positive mental attitudes towards entrepreneurship, and proficient entrepreneurial skills. These findings underscore the importance of nurturing knowledge, attitude, and skills in entrepreneurship to foster successful MSME businesses. The study offers valuable input for MSME entrepreneurs in Nagrak, suggesting areas of focus to further improve their entrepreneurial endeavors and achieve business success.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understanding the effect of implementing personal selling, word of mouth and perceived quality on consumer purchase interest. Customers in the target market for this study's sample are those who need flexible conduit items. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with a sample size of 70 respondents. The results in this research indicate that the simultaneous application of personal selling word of mouth and perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Then, partially personal selling has a positive but not significant effect on consumer buying interest, while word of mouth and perceived quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan sangat bergantung kepada kualitas sumber daya manusianya. Meskipun prosedur yang dirancang dengan baik sangat penting, namun tanpa dukungan karyawan yang kompeten, efektivitasnya akan terhambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji beban kerja yang dialami oleh karyawan perusahaan JG, terutaman pada bagian sales, dalam mencapai target penjualan. Melalui metode kualitatif yang meliputi observasi, wawancara dan diskusi, ditemukan bahwa karyawan mengalami beban kerja yang tinggi akibat adanya pekerjaan yang harus dilakukan bersamaan, kurangnya efisiensi dalam promosi dan minimnya pelatihan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan telah mengambil langkah-langkah, seperti coaching dan konseling untuk menangani masalah ini. Akan tetapi, hasilnya belum optimal. Penulus merekomendasikan penyusunan ulang beban kerja, pelatihan keterampilan, optimalisasi media sosial, peningkatan komunikasi tim serta pemberian motivasi dan pengahargaan. Selain itu penerapan teori Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) dan teori Penjualan Berbasis Hubungan diharapkan membantu perusahaan dalam mengatasi beban kerja dan meningkatkan pencapaian target penjualan. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberi kontribusi bagi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Beban kerja, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia

Abstract

The culinary industry, especially dimsum products in Indonesia, is experiencingrapid growth, which is accompanied by increasing public demand for deliciousand practical ready-to-eat food. This study aims to optimize dimsum productionprofits in a successful dimsum shop in Bogor, West Java, by using linearprograms and simplex methods. By analyzing data obtained from interviews andobservations, it can be known the factors that affect decision-making, the goalsto be achieved, and the limitations faced in production activities. This studyprovides guidance for Toko Dimsum Sukses to make the most of resources andincrease profitability, although there are some limitations, such as linearityassumptions and external variables that are not considered. This study revealsthat to achieve a maximum daily profit (Zmax) of Rp.19,800,000, a successfuldimsum shop needs to produce original dimsum (X1) 120 times and dimsummentai (X2) 1120 times.

Abstract

Penguatan ekosistem destinasi wisata melalui pemasaran berbasis interesting promotion dan AI  dan pelatihan sistem informasi  akuntansi, serta innovative product, mempunyai tujuan membantu masyarakat untuk mengembangkan potensi desa, memperkenalkan desa ke masyarakat luas serta berdampak untuk perekonomian masyarakat. Observasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan, pendampingan serta praktik keterampilan merupakan metode yang digunakan. Hasilnya, masyarakat desa dapat mengoptimalkan potensi desa dan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat membantu pengembangan desa. Kesimpulannya adalah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berperan dalam membantu masyarakat memperkenalkan desa wisata yang belum banyak diketahui masyarakat luar.
