Abstract

There has been discrimination against the human rights of the Rohingya ethnic minority in Myanmar. There have been a number of attempts by the incumbent regime to remove their citizenship status in Myanmar. The world community; caring countries; non-state and other international organizations that are pro-humanity reacted strongly. However, the regime in power did not ignore it, even closed itself off from various responses from various parties and still did not recognize the citizenship status of the Rohingya ethnicity. The question is, why does the ruling regime insist on not recognizing the citizenship status of the Rohingya? Why do regional and international organizations respond to discrimination against the Rohingya?; What ideas are offered to make “ethnicity” a capital for nation building?. The research uses qualitative methods with literature study, sourced from secondary data from documentation and literature. The finding is that the Rohingya ethnic citizenship status that is not recognized can perpetuate the domination of the military regime's power in Myanmar. The international response to discrimination in Myanmar is a form of concern for ensuring the upholding of the pillars of democracy, global security, international law and human rights in Myanmar. A new ideology is needed for tomorrow's generation in order to change the "ethnic faction" into the nation's "development energy"

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison between the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Ma'arif educational institution and the Muhammadiyah educational institution. Actually, the two institutions are equally good and their usefulness can be felt by every Muslim and Muslim woman. But each educational institution certainly has its own differences. This study aimed to find out how the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Ma'arif educational institution compares with Muhammadiyah educational institutions. Thus, the author is interested in discussing the comparison or comparison of the two educational institutions. This research uses qualitative methods through two approaches, namely literature studies. The study is described descriptively, as well as explained systematically. The results of the literature study show that the preparation between Muhammadiyah Educational Institutions and Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Educational Institutions, when viewed in terms of deepening the content of the material at the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) educational institution, is superior because it can be said that Islamic Religious Education in Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) is delivered twice through nu-an subjects and for the Islamic Religious Education subject itself

Abstract

A sub-district with a Camat as its leader is not an ordinary organization that carries out a certain field of government affairs. But they are responsible for a work area and its contents, namely society and its activities. The Camat's workload is closely related to the size of the area, the number of people served, and their distribution. Kuala Kencana sub-district has an area of 860,74  km2 with a population of 27,774 people, making it one of the most densely populated sub-districts in Mimika Regency. You can imagine how hard the task is, coupled with the relatively limited transportation and communication facilities and infrastructure. As a result, many people are not served properly. One way out is to split the sub-district into two so that the coverage area and population served are smaller. On the other hand, the number of ASN serving them increases. This study uses an exploratory method by operationalizing the concept of scenario planning. The stages are Identify Focal Issue (Focal Concern) or Decision; Identify Key Forces; Identify Driving Forces (change drivers); Identify Uncertaint); Selecting the Scenario Logic; Fleshing Out the Scenario. The research produced three scenarios. The normal scenario for the Proliferation of the Kuala Kencana Sub-district followed PP 17 of 2018 regulations; the above normal scenario for the Proliferation of the Sub-district was carried out with the support of affirmative policies from the Central Government. In the sub-normal scenario, the village/village administrative proliferation is carried out first before the sub-district Proliferation

Medical liquid waste containing blood can develop disease if not processing properly before entering the environment. Aquaponic system is a combination of hydroponics and aquatics, also the resirculation process using plants and animals as: convolvulus land (Ipoema Reptans) and catfishes (Clarias spp.) that able to survive the extremes. Aquaponic system has potential to be an alternative to treating medical liquid waste containing blood according to medical liquid waste standard in Regulation of the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2014. The study aims to observe the value changes of the liquid waste parameter as: BOD, COD, TSS, pH; and compare them to medical liquid waste standard. The research is a pre-experimental on shot case study that done in four days and put the treatment on the first day then the sample were taken every 24 hours. The measurement result of the liquid waste parameter has an efficiency as: BOD 57, 1%, COD 40 %, TSS 53 %, and pH 4, 7 %. All the parameter not exceeding the medical  liquid  waste  standard  in  Regulation  of  the  Minister  of  Environment  of  the  Republic  of  Indonesia Number 5 of 2014. The conclusion is the application of an aquaponic system can be used as an alternative to medical liquid waste containing blood treatment

Abstract

Scolars agree that hadith is the second source of Islamic teachings after the Qur'an. Thus, the hadith serves as an explanatory for the Qur'an. To understand the hadith requires the study of both studies from the sanadnya aspect and studies from the matan aspect. In this paper, the author focuses more on studying the epistemology of understanding hadith in terms of theory. Epistemology is a theory of science, while the understanding of hadith is what Muslims need to make hadith a second guideline after the Qur'an. This paper examines theories related to epistemology, understanding hadith and epistemology in understanding hadith

Abstract

Colorectal cancer has become one of the most common and most diagnosed cancers in the world, with as many as 1.4 million new cases being discovered each year. This cancer affects many elderly patients, but not a few young patients also experience it. Depth of invasion and type of histopathological appearance are the determining factors in determining the prognosis of colorectal cancer. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between age and depth of invasion and histopathological features in patients with colorectal carcinoma in the anatomical pathology section of RSU Cut Meutia, North Aceh for the 2018-2021 period. This research is a retrospective analytic study using the approach cross sectional study and use data taken from the results of laboratory examinations. Anatomical Pathology during the 2018-2021 period. The results of the study found that cancer that had invaded the subserosa to the peri-colorectal tissue (T3) and invaded other organs and/or perforated visceral peritoneum (T4) had a higher percentage in the age group.≤54 years, but statistically no significant relationship was found. Description adenocarcinoma is the most common histopathological appearance and has a higher percentage in the age group≤54 years, but statistically no significant relationship was found.
