East Asian Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (EAJMR) is a scientific multidisciplinary research journal published by Yayasan Pendidikan Penelitian Pengabdian Algero. The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the research results, conceptual thoughts, improved research methodologies and ideas that have been achieved in any area of research. The accepted articles are going to be published in the monthly publication. Any interested authors are required to submit their manuscripts in English. This study aimed to assess the research productivity and supervision strategies for the framework development using MASTERp. Additionally, it further identifies the perceived impediments and challenges encountered by these educators. Employing a quantitative methodology, specifically a descriptive correlational research design, the research participants were selected through randomized sampling technique. Data collection was facilitated using survey questionnaire, for the master teachers at elementary, junior high, and senior high levels within public schools in the Surigao del Norte division. The perceived need for supervision skills to enhance research productivity was rated as moderate by the participants, with mentorship and guidance, research planning and goal setting, and collaboration and networking needing attention. Supervision skills were significantly linked to research activities and initiatives, underscoring the importance of continuous professional development in improving these competencies.

This study explores the importance of accounting practices in household financial management, focusing on creating budgets, recording transactions, and systematic financial planning to achieve long-term financial goals. Through literature analysis, this research shows that effective accounting practices can optimize resource allocation, reduce the risk of excessive debt, and increase financial literacy. As a result, families can make more informed and responsible financial decisions, supporting the establishment of a positive financial culture that contributes to the economic well-being of society. In the context of an Islamic family, financial management not only regulates household finances but also forms a strong and fair economic foundation, in line with spiritual and moral values. This research offers valuable insights for families and policymakers in supporting household financial sustainability

Phenomenon of decreasing workers in agricultural sector has an impact on sustainability of agricultural businesses, one of which is in West Java Province. Role of millennial generation is expected to participate in agricultural businesses. This study analyzes determinant of millennial generation work in agricultural sector West Java Province. Sample in this study was number of millennial farmers (19-39 years) according to area in West Java Province. Data were analyzed using multiple regression models. Results showed that the level of education of a region and the characteristics of the region influenced the number of millennial farmers in West Java Province. The level of education has a negative effect and the characteristics of the region shows the difference in the number of millennial farmers in West Java Province.

This research describes Islamic leadership under Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq. The focus of this research is to show the successes achieved by Caliph Abu Bakar during the 2 years and 3 months he led. By using library research methods, namely researchers search for, study and understand literature related to Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq, the leadership of Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq. Researchers looked for general data about Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq to find out his biography. Researchers studied in more detail and explored data on the leadership policies of Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq and what were the contributions of Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq in Islamic da'wah. So the author found that in a short time, he crushed the apostates who claimed to be false prophets and people who denied zakat and prayer.

Research in this thesis aims to examine how work discipline functions as an intervening variable in the relationship between employee performance and servant leadership with the work environment. Respondent data will use the results of the questionnaire distribution to KPPU Head Office employees who are permanent employees with a minimum service period of 5 years and employee ages between 25 to over 50 years online to 100 employees. Seven tests were conducted in this study on hypotheses based on variable indicators made using the smartPLS approach in the analysis of SEM PLS (Partial Least Square). There are three types of testing in this process: outer model, inner model, and hypothesis. This research is expected to have theoretical and positive consequences associated with the research. In addition, businesses can use the implications of this research to inform the creation of job improvement initiatives for their employees.

This study aims to determine the profile of the level of growth and motor development of 13 year old male students in class VII at SMP Rama Sejahtera Makassar. Through this research, researchers can provide general information regarding the growth and motor development of 13 year old children who live in the middle of the city of Makassar, especially boys as the main focus that is accessible in this research. And the data from this research can be used by related parties, especially the Education Department, which collaborates with the Makassar City Health Service to carry out field reviews for the sake of continued growth and better development of children as future generations. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach by carrying out tests directly using test and measurement instruments. The sample in this study was 13 year old male students in class VII at SMP Rama Sejahtera Makassar totaling 30 people.

This research aims to test the research model to obtain results from the influence of training and development on work productivity through the intervening medium of the competency variable. Respondent data will be used from the results of a questionnaire distributed to BNI Relationship Manager (RM) employees located in Jakarta which was conducted online using Google Drive to 113 employees. In this research, researchers carried out five hypothesis tests based on variable indicators that had been arranged using SEM PLS (partial least square) analysis and supported by the smart PLS method. This testing includes the outer model, the inner model, and hypothesis testing. Researchers hope that this research can have theoretical implications in subsequent research. The implications of this research can also be used as input for companies to design training programs that can have an impact on increasing employee competency and work productivity.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how Green Banking affects Corporate Value in Indonesian Commercial Banks. This study employs a descriptive methodology with a quantitative approach. Content analysis on Green Banking items based on the Green Banking Disclosure Index created by (Khan, Bose, Sheehy, & Quazi, 2021) was used to analyze the data. The Tobin's q ratio is used to calculate the worth of a company. In statistical testing, regression analysis techniques are applied. The study's findings indicate that green banking significantly reduces corporate value at Indonesian commercial banks. Green banking significantly affects how well a firm performs, particularly in terms of boosting public trust.

This research aims to: (1) examine the effect of Islamic working capital financing on economic growth in South Sulawesi; (2) explain the effect of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) investment on economic growth in the region; and (3) describe how the combination of Islamic working capital financing and MSME investment from Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) and Islamic Business Units (UUS) affects economic growth in South Sulawesi. This research was conducted from August to September 2023 using quantitative descriptive methodology. Data on the level of economic growth was obtained from the South Sulawesi Central Statistics Agency (BPS). A non-probability sample of 32 was taken using saturated sampling technique from quarterly financial reports. The data collection methods used were documentation and observation. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis on SPSS 20 by IBM. The research findings show that: (1) partially, Islamic working capital financing has a negative and significant impact on economic growth in South Sulawesi; (2) partially, MSME investment has a positive but insignificant impact on economic growth in South Sulawesi; and (3) simultaneously, Islamic working capital financing and MSME investment have a positive and significant impact on economic growth in South Sulawesi.

This study aims to analyze the need of midwifery students for developing digital based English for midwifery teaching materials. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire to analyze the needs for developing digital teaching materials which was developed based on analysis indicators at the ADDIE development model stage. The questionnaire was analyzed using descriptive analysis based on the results from respondents which included (a) learner characteristics (b)resources analysis, and (c)learning objectives. Based on the results of the needs analysis, it was found that the analysis of learner characteristics showed that 87.03% of students had knowledge of the use of digital teaching materials in learning, 94.44% of students had a positive view of the use of digital teaching materials in learning, 100% of students had the habit of using digital resources in daily life, 100% of students have an interest in using digital teaching materials in learning, and 94.44% have an interest in digital teaching materials to foster learning independence. Meanwhile, the results of resource analysis show that 87.03% of students know that the substance of teaching material content is available in journals, books and sources related to lecture material, 100% of students have laptops/gadgets that can support the use of digital teaching materials, and 100% of students have an understanding of the use of digital technology in learning. Meanwhile the result of the learning objectives showed that in general students have a tendency to be interested in digital teaching materials.
